I waited in the line for more than an hour just to transfer the line and when I came to the salesperson he never helped and LIED that the site is slow and back-office is not responding. The customer before us had the same concern and they were helped by other salesperson. How can site work for one customer and not another.
Salesperson “JUNAID” needs to stop lying to the customers and try to work rather than avoiding it.
So horrible experience.

Horrible experience visiting from out of town was inquiring about a plan and worker didn't take me serious. Mid conversation another worker cut me off and started talking to him in his language.

Bikramjeet kaur is the best customer service employee as she helped us and gave a great deal on black friday. We went to every store but got the best deal at freedom.

I had a great experience with Bikrampreet mam, she was so generous and helped me alot while choosing my plans and deals with the phone. Everyone is so nice and helpful here.

Please give proper training to the customer representatives as they don't provide simple account information to users after showing required government IDs.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have been here last week, BCC Freedom store to buy a new SIM card for my phone and I got really it on discount, the main purpose I am reviewing this store service good is a guy who serve me 5+ service the name of that Guys was Mr. Ajay Guy With turban he was very Polite and always ready to help or try to serve as much as better to their clients even as am also India and new comer here in Canada, that guy Ajay give me some really helpful tips for my futur so that I can’t go through problems as other new comers go through. I go here because me sim hasn’t been working for 4 days and I was charged $33.90 for help yet it still doesn’t work how worthless

Yesterday went to freedom mobile to get a phone upgrade Aaron went above and beyond with helping me out to get the phone I wanted as well gave me an amazing freedom mobile plan that was economical viable and very beneficial then my old plan I had furthermore in all the process Aaron was really professional in explaining freedom mobile plans to me and gave every answer to my questions that I had. Plus Aaron is a fantastic freedom mobile agent on dealing with me in a professional manner. Lastly thank you some much Aaron for getting my mom a great mobile plan for her phone.

Only 2 people allowed in the store at a time so I had to wait outside for 15 minutes. Once inside the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a pleasurable experience.

Failed to provide me the details of a 911 call I made. Customer service needs to improve a lot.

Very poor customer service. Employees doesn’t respond to question and are not interested to work. Whenever i want to look for a deal they directly ask for ID’s and directly say no if we want to know about the plan. Really disappointing. Need to improve their standards

I had to return a phone purchased recently within the return period. The rudest customer service I ever had. The employee spent half an hour trying hard to find any scratch on the device but there weren't any. It was obvious there weren't any and was no need for the excessive checkup! Still I remained cool and respectful all the time been there thinking he had to do whatever he was doing. I had to ask for my receipts and sim card back and got them back in a way lets say at least not nice. I politely asked for a copy of the new plan/phone rates from the pile of copies he had. But he refused to give me any! I don't know why though I believe I was respectful all the time been there. I'm wondering why I got such treatment! I was to pre-order an Iphone 13 but didn't with such experience. I've been with freedom for almost 4 years with multiple lines and hadn't any bad experience before. Going to cancel soon.

Good experience. Good distancing. Went for a new phone. Wasn't pressured at all. Be aware that they will try to sell extras. Maybe you're in a hurry or the mask is bugging you. Just be aware or you might walk out with stuff you didn't want

I'm calling these guys to ask for my phone I pre booked and they are not picking my call only very bad service atleast they should pick the call. I called like 30 times in a day.really frustrated now

Gurinder ran my CREDIT check without informing me, Went there to sign up for prepaid plan for my daughter and ran a credit check without consent. As soon I got an email he tried to pretend, worst experience ever I left and wouldn't recommend this place for SHOPPING

Walked in, planning to get a new phone, with my old plan. Got rid of me in secons. Not going back ever.

Just got a new Samsung A71 at the Feedom store at Bramalea City Centre. Was helped throughout by Gurinder and I don't usually do this, but his excellent customer service compelled me to leave a review. He was informative, helpful and to the point and did not waste my time up selling. He in fact got me a phone plan $10 cheaper than my current one with triple the data. I have been with Freedom for over 10 years now and this was easily my best customer service experience.

We went in on Saturday and received wonderful help from Leonard.he was very kind.listened to us
. And gave us a solution above and beyond our expectations.my sons were happy with their new phones. Thankyou so much Leonard

Today is September 7’ 2020. We went to the freedom store in Bramalea city centre to buy a Samsung note 20 ultra. We were there around 12: 30 ish. We spoke to a CSR. His name was Gagan. It literally felt like he was not interested in either selling anything or doing his job for that matter. We were so disappointed. He gave us very little information on the asked question and then kept repeating the same thing over and over even when we asked something else.
I am currently with freedom but such things make me want to switch to some other provider.

My service rep Leonard was very patient and helpful when I came in to get a new phone for my elderly parents. Was able to answer all the questions we had in a clear, cohesive manner. Very pleased with my experience.

The guys are tired of working, and the phone i bought is not working properly, i returned it and exchanged for another still given the same issue my caller cannot hear me but I can hear them.it's terrible

I wish to give -5 but yeah not possible. I personally use better carrier not freedom. Anyways, was there for my friend. We lined up and waited like 33 minutes to get our turn we had baby in stroller with us too. When we got our turn we asked the representative named Gagandeep about what we are looking for, he was tired and frustrated like anything, and clearly asked us if you are looking for s10 s10+ or i11 there are sold out, and yes his attitude was very rude as if we were asking for a favor. After a quick talk we asked request him if we can wait for my friend's husband (was about to reach in a minute so we can make the decision to buy). He said ok, so we set aside, when her husband came (just within a minute) and we asked Gagandeep if he can resume with us, he said no, you need to again line up! And when my friend tried to remind him what he told a minute ago, he loudly told us from 8-10 steps far, that "he has some other customer and cannot help us now but may be after that customer" so even we waited 10 minutes aside so he can help us after that customer.

Yes this was happening in front of all customers, and other associates. And after this all happening, he just ran away to the other desk with another customer, and was watching us from there.

Freedom store management need to teach this guy (Gagandeep) basics of customer service and some manners.

Seriously if you are tired and cannot deal with long shift, why not take a day off go home and let someone else make some hours and provide some customer service.

Worst customer service by Sana. I went to the store to enquire about plans, I asked for her help she was busy in her phone instead of giving any device.

I was in to buy a phone and speaking with Ayushi. I wanted an Iphone but she kept telling me to get a Samsung for some reason. But the most annoying thing she kept looking at her phone and answer texts while dealing with me. Obvisouly I left without buying.

Freedom mobile has the worst customer service, I would not recommend this provider to my worst enemy. It is not worth trying to save a few dollars. Using one of the other providers is what I would suggest.

The sales person that sold me an extended warranty lied and I was misled. When I tried to get my Samsung Galaxy s9 repaired the warranty is useless.freedom mobile wont stand behind there product in order to fix my phone at 16 months I need to pay a sevice fee of $230.00 thats on top of $144.00 that have payed in monthly payment till now to the insurance company.
I asked for freedom to refund my premium back to me and i would cancel my insurance policy they said NO the insurance policy is worthless. I want my hard earned money back. I am very angry and disappointed in the way i was treated they told me its my fault the sales person dupped me. I sould have read the 3 pages of fine print. She told it was free repair and or replacement of my phone NEVER did se say i had to pay a service fee or how much it would be. She lied and im out of a $700 phone

I luv the customer service, this store is the best fone store in the mall by far shout out to wendy and sana and gurinder they really helped out lots.

I want to start off by saying that I have nothing against the agent that sold me the line. But after 3 days of usage I came back to the store and got the line cancelled due to extreme pool service. After a month I got a call from these guys saying I own them money for the line. I told them I've cancelled the line after the 3rd day of usage month and half ago, it turns out that the agent never cancelled my line and I've gotten billed for 2 months. It's been 3 months and these guys haven't cancelled my line and they still keep charging me. Their customer service suck and is no help. I call the costumer service they tell me to go to the store and when go to the store they tell me to call the costumer service This company has no other way of maki.ng money so they rob people who cancel their line and they don't even cancel the line and keep charging them. Be aware of these scammer. Their network sucks and does not even cover Parts of GTA. People don't get involved with this service these guys a legal scammer.
