Don’t believe any of the positive reviews, dude who’s working there is beyond useless. Regret giving these scammers my money

Very bad experience with this store. I was a freedom customer prepaid. I visited them looking for a new offer at black Friday. He took my ID and visa to see what I was eligible for. I didn't like his offer, so I transferred to another company, but he exploited to change my account to post paid and charged me double bill in one month.
Don't deal with him he is dishonest

Avoid this location at all costs - these guys will lie to you and provide incomplete information. They ended up updating incorrect account number while porting and I have to pay both Bell and Freedom for the additional days. Moreover the individual who signed us up did not advice us about the connection fee nor did he apply the additional discount he promised us. It is rather unfortunate that consumers are being cheated by unscrupulous agents here in Canada. Stay away!

I tried calling on a mistake customer service made about my tap 3 times and all I got was a pay the new amount even though I payed 2 times on a mistake they made and all i got from the supervisors was we don't care about you or our mistakes made pay or go away. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I just ported in a family member's number in this location, and we absolutely love our new service. I'm now even having my family friends switch into freedom because of how excellent the service is. Thanks

Being a Freedom mobile customer for 3+ yrs I visited this location to buy an iPhone for my family member. I received exceptional customer service and detailed information about the new plans which helped bring a new customer to Freedom mobile, liked the low cost everyday cellphone plans and service.

I walked into this store all excited about starting a plan and getting the phone I wanted. However, when it came time to do a credit check, the credit check failed or rather "didn't go through". Initially the staff told me that they the checks were final. When he saw how devastated I was because it was last day for the deal I wanted, he called it in and got everything fixed up. Needles to say i have my phone and plan and the staff Sobey (I can't quite remember his name) continued to be super helpful to me throughout the day. I am positively thrilled.
