I’m freedom customer since long time and I want to write a review about this young Gentleman Harsh who works here at this location he always gives excellent customer service always helps and always professional and I want to thank him from my heart for his customer service.

Giving one star because I cant give zero. Awful service, does not pick up calls, been trying to call from three days. No response. Would not recommend at all

Don't waste your time going to this store unless your intention is to activate a service plan. Store staff can only provide limited advice for existing Freedom customers and can't make changes to existing accounts/plans.
If you're an existing customer and want to renegotiate a plan, or cancel service, it must be done with Freedom's CSRs either over the phone or via online chat. Which of course means wasted time on hold or pingponging back and forth in a chat while that agent juggles multiple clients.
When you sign up, you'll be given all sorts of amazing discounts that will eventually expire. Then comes the battle of trying to get back what you were initially offered. They will always offer more data at first to keep you at the non-discounted price point (goes to show how almost inconsequential data is compared to cash, based on how much they'll offer to keep you spending more). But they will eventually budge to a lower price point and corresponding data amount rather than lose all of your monthly cash. However, chances are slim you'll ever get back the original deal if it was a really good one.
The key to expediting this as quickly as possible (it will still waste your time tremendously), is to immediately state you want to cancel your service so that you'll be transferred to a 'loyalty team' agent. From then on, it's somewhat of a game to see how much you can gain from them, and them from you.

It's entirely orange inside, which is unsettling. Orange, eye-cringing orange. Just about anything would be better. Perhaps floral wallpaper? Also, a few thoughtful accent pieces would help. Would it hurt to have a few tables with chairs and serve proper coffee? It's the little things that create ambience. Freedom can do better, I'm sure they can.

My friend has a phone with freedom. Worst coverage ever some cities you can use your phone some you cant. Consider a different carrier.

Waited ages to be served while a staff member sat behind the desk on his phone and another staff member helped a second customer. Ended up giving up after 20 minutes and going to the Dundas location instead. Got much better service there.
