I came in looking to get my new phone fixed and when I came in Mohammed was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in a calm, stress free, and professional manner. Surprisingly my phone was fixed faster than when I tried to do it myself which was 3 hours at home as opposed to just under an hour at Freedom. The rep named Mohammad was really helpful and was able to give me the lowest deal possible saving me at least 170 bucks for the new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. He waived the 20 dollar activation fee + given me extra 150 dollars credit due to delay of getting of phone + digital discount. Instead of me paying 60 + tax for first 15 months, I'm only paying 55 + tax, then 60 + tax after 15 months. Really friendly guy who assures you he will satisfy your needs after you leave the store.

I have a really really bad experience from this shop.one of your customer agent Muzammal ali cheated me.i came to this shop for taking new iphone.i was using freedom prepaid sim before.but this agent ask me to take new sim because he said they cant change the prepaid sim to postpaid.i feel cheated when i talk to freedom customer care officer because they can easily change the prepaid sim to post paid within seconds.i took new iphone with new sim because he instructed to take new one.now i cancelled my old number and i am using new sim number.because i dont want to use prepaid and post paid sim at a same time.i am not a business man.i am just a international student, working hard for paying tuition fees.customer never wish this kind of experience from any customer care agent.i donno why he did this to me.may be he can get merits when customer take new sim number.but customer satisfaction should be the first priority.i asked him so many time how can i use the same number.but he said that i have to port some other network provider and i need to come back.i was a fool.because i trust him.i didn't check with freedom customer care officer.i really want to make a complaint against him.i have a loss of 100$ when i take new sim number.most important thing is that my old number was really special to me.please guide me to register a complaint against him.he never do this to any customer anymore. #$@#$@$@$#$$
