Went to this location to trade up my iphone for a newer model. When I asked what colours they had available I was informed they only carry black. When I asked why I was informed people only want black phones and they just buy colourful accessories. I asked if they could call another location as I wanted the white or purple 14 and was told I have to do that myself. Customer Service at this location is poor.

I'm almost never satisfied with the service I'm given here. The people that work in these stores are very hard to communicate with and only offer one word responses mixed with blank stares, shrugs or side to side nod that leaves me mostly confused and doubtful of the business freedom mobile gives me.

Used to be a great store with fantastic staff, but lately, terrible. I'd say perhaps try another location. The manager here tends to lock the door every day.and not helpful at all.

Terrible service. I ordered a new phone a month ago, still waiting. I've walked out twice now after 30 mins wait. The front door is often locked becaus only one staff member on shift. I like the Manager but don't think she can cope alone

DO NOT GO Here! Went in and asked for an unlocked phone and they said they didn't have any, asked what their cheapest phone was and they said they did not have any. If you do not have any phones then why are you open?

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. Tried to buy a phone outright and the woman working Komal said she needed to do a credit check before I could buy it. Not sure why that's necessary she then told me I should just change providers. Probably not a good way to keep customers that have been with the company since the beginning

Terrible service from a female working here. My friend (who is the account holder) went in to inquire about her buyout fee and they said they couldn't give her the info even though she is the account holder and had her driver's license present to show it was her.

The sales associate was more interested in what he was being texted on his phone then what the customer was saying. The lady in front of me was there trying to get what she went in for for 3 hours and she had 2 young children with her. My husband entertained the boys while the lady could get done what she had went there for. When it was finally my turn I told him exactly what I needed as I knew before I went in. I had to tell him at least 3 times the phone i needed and the plan I wanted. I even mentioned as soon as I started telling him what I was there for that both phones that I brought in were not reliable. 1 didn't work at all and that the person that I was getting this for has been without a phone for 2 months. I was trying to pay for everything even though the device is not in stock and needs to be ordered he just stood there staring at me so i asked him if he was going to do up the order so I can pay which he previously said I could and now says that I can't as the phone needs to be ordered. Ok fair enough. I asked him for his card and when exactly will it be there. He said that I will be called. After telling him a few times that the person has been without a phone for 2 months and donated /recycled 2 phones. I asked at what number and he replied his number! So I said ok that's all good but how is he going to answer the phone when it will be here? Hmmm. Buddy you are there to work and help the customers and not to be texting on your phone especially when you close at 7: 00 and it's 6: 50 and you have 5 customers standing behind us waiting to be looked after.

I've been with freedom for years.
The phone service only gets better.
This store however, never has any phones in stock.
It's hard to spend money here!

I purchased a plan with a phone from freedom mobile at this location last month. Without ever receiving a bill my account was suspended for non-payment. I went to the website and was asked for a 4 digit code. Used both SMS and email for verification, did not receive either. Called customer service, they sent SMS and email, did not receive it. Was told to go to the store with photo ID. I walked my dog down in the pouring rain and monsoon like winds to show my ID and pay my bill.
She sent me a text and an email. Don't get it. Show my ID, can't give me this fabled code. My email is working as I was receiving emails whilst she had my phone in the store.
She says my bill is $170! It's supposed to be $40. I ask for am itemization of the bill. Cannot provide it or even tell me why it's so much. While I was there, a lady who paid $80 for service while traveling in the US had no service whilst driving her sick mother to medical appointments. She was told right away; without even looking at her account that she can't help her, has to call the number.
The unappolgetic apathy of the woman that worked at the store spoke volumes to the type of service freedom mobile provides; She is probably inundated with irate customers on a more than regular basis.
Absolutely terrible failure on every level of customer service.

Very rude customer service.
My elderly uncle came in to get his phone connected with a pre-paid plan. He had multiple ID's and had an expired health card. But regardless was asking for a pay as you go plan. He was denied and treated very poorly as they were being very judgemental of him.
We went to a different Freedom Mobile where we were treat with amazing service and had our needs meet. They even mentioned how everyone complains about this Freedom moblies customer service.

I also have Freedom Mobile and love the company but will never be bringing my service to this location ever.

Thanks for the horrible customer service.

Came by for a new phone but young lady working locked the doors early. Arrived at 7: 05pm, closes at 7: 30. I get closing a few minutes early but ridiculous. 10/26/21

I will never recommend Freedom. They will take your account payment but they wont give me my account number. The picture on my phone of my drivers license was unacceptable but my money was good. I have nothing from frredom showing my account #. As soon as this paymeny cycle is up so is my relationship with Freedom.

This is a franchise store they had half of what I needed and kindly ordered the other item and it will arrive with in the week and will receive a call. On a side note I have been a loyal customer for many years now, freedom has come a long way from wind.

Staff was very helpful and efficient in setting up an account and plan for me. I explained what I needed and the staff member didn't try to push me to upset which is a HUGE PLUS.

Had problems with my new phone and big gig plan since the 2nd day I got it.been to the store twice. And they keep blaming the network. For my old phone with no SIM CARD receiving texts messages.but not on new phone. 27 minutes for a text message to be received.different colors for text messages in same conversation.new or had 1 ISSUE WITH MY OLD PHONE ON A 40$ PLAN. BUT GET A NEW PHONE AND A 90$ PLAN AND IT SCREWS UO FROM THE GET GO!? !? !? !? !? !? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. GO TO ANOTHER CARRIER!

Went to this location to pay my tab and upgrade my phone. The clerk let me pay my full tab, got everything set up only for him to tell me the have no stock and it would have to be ordered. If I wanted it ordered I could do it online. On top of that, this location charges a $2.00 service fee to pay by debit. If you're a small corner store business I understand, but no other wireless service provider I've ever been to nor any other Freedom store.

I went to the barton location on a weekday morning when it wasn't busy. The nice lady inside got me signed up for a new account and connected my phone within 15mins. Good service

I've been a customer for over 2 years, steadily getting better. Very happy with the LTE network, cheaper then everyone.

Service at the store can honestly be hit or miss but I have had mostly good interactions. Fact is if there is a lineup it's going to take a while be patient or leave and try again at another time no big deal. Honestly it's no different than a Roger's or bell store in my experience. Bottom line though I switched over 2 phones from Roger's and improved my service plan in terms of data while saving over 150 bucks a month! That's with 2 brand new phones by the way. Service has been good service area is fine. Save yourself some cash and switch.
