Went here during black friday sale and was told by the staff that because I was already a freedom mobile custore, I couldn't have the same sale deal as was advertised and that, new random people that just walked off a street were getting. Instead I was offered a more expansive non-sale plan with less data and fewer features. When I complained that its not fair and that 'if I cancel my account and then re-apply right away, I'd get the same deal as the new people', the clerk threatened me that if I'd did that, Freedom would kick me off their network. (This for being their loyal customer for 8 years and asking for the same treatment that 'new' people were getting.) The clerk then gave me some paper with a QR code and told me to contact freedom mobile support if I had a problem with any of this. Basicaly, Freedom pays commision to clerks for new business, if you are an existing customer they don't really care about you. They just want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. I ended up walking 20 meters over to Fido booth and switching my entire family. (3 phones) They gave me the exact same deal that 'new' customers were getting at Freedom. Thank you Freedom for treating loyal customers like garbage. I'll be sure to share this story every chance I get.

Worst Sales person (Eric) I have ever seen so far. Least interested in keeping the customer from loosing, so freedom mobile you lost 2 lines from me I had to say goodbye to freedom.

Bought Samsung S22 Ultra from this location and Mr Parth gave a really great deal and explained all benefits and prices really well.

Had a great experience here the other day upgrading my plan. It was a busy Saturday but the associate was patient and didn’t rush me.

I was able to save some money on my plan and still get a new phone with out spending much more than I am now.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ivan at the Cloverdale Mall freedom location. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most of all patient with all my questions. He got me setup with my new Samsung S21 and even installed the protective shield and case for me. I have never had a better experience buying my phone. I would highly recommend any looking for a new plan to go to this location and speak with Ivan. I cannot give more than 5 stars but he certainly deserves more. He definitely raised the standard for what customer service should look like.

Alex at Freedom Sherway had provided me one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! Talking to him was like talking to a friend, I was very upset (someone had stolen my phone) but he managed to put a smile on my face and helped me with everything I needed at that moment.

Horrible experience. Muhamed Q tricked me into getting a deal that in the end was more expensive than what it should. He said I had to pay full price for the plan upfront and said I would get a full refund if I didn't want it. All a lie! The bad reviews online are all true. STAY AWAY from this company! I changed providers and they are WAYYYY better and they even matched the prices. They actually gave me a cheaper price than Freedom and they charge whatever they say. They are more honest than this company. I am also going to report them. They told me I was going to get a full refund which in the end the customer service said it would be a cheque of $50 dollars and today I received the cheque which is only $37.40. They are scammers and if you had a problem with them, report them to the government. There is a place where you can complain about cell phone companies. This type of company shouldn't even be in the market. They're probably tricking a lot of other people. I've had cell phones since high school and this is the first time a company lies so bad about their prices and policies. Calling customer service also doesn't help. They're in denial. This company should shut down!

Muhaiman Q provided the WORST customer service in the world. He was rude, disrespectful, nonchalant and he did not know how to do his job AT ALL. He is VERY incompetent. Run fast if you see him he will just waste your time and make many mistakes on your account!

Alekzander and Muhaiman were nothing short of spectacular. Service is exceptional with both reps having a very deep understanding of the product and very polite. If you're going to get a phone these 2 are the ones to go to!

I was there on the 28 of May and started my account with them. I was helped by Sagar who was extremely friendly and nice. He explained most of the payments I needed to get through however missed out on one key payment plan. Apparently there was a payment the customer needed to pay if you started your plan before the 9th of the first month. The initial transitioning payment period for a few days.

Anyhow today I received my statement and it was not what I was told by Sagar. I called customer service and the lady misunderstood me when I kept asking what the extra charges were. She kept saying "they are just there" and kept getting defensive. I asked to speak to the manager. He initially did not introduce himself until I asked for his name. His name was apparently Ali.

I explained the situation to Ali and he did the same thing and said that's how the payments are and said if I wanted to cancel the plan I was welcome to do so. (Never did I mention to cancel my plan during the whole conversation). I then found out he wasn't a manager and was a "supervisor" and when I asked to speak to a manager he said the call center managers never call customers and it was pointless to do so. I then asked what he meant and he said they are all "too busy to call back" I then asked him again to get me to talk to a manager and he said the same thing over and over. (He was practically yelling)

He then mentioned that he wasn't there when the initial plan was being set up and that I needed to call the store to speak to a manager to review the payments. At this point I was furious.

On the side I called the store today at around 4.50 and spoke to someone who said the exact same thing. Call customer service and I wasn't present when the transaction happened.

I wasted an hour behind this 'brilliant' customer service.

Received fantastic customer service from a gentleman named Dara and decided to switch from my existing provider - very patient and helpful in answering my many questions. Very happy with the service received at the kiosk as well as from corporate (especially compared to my experience with other brands) - would recommend to anyone considering a switch!

This past weekend i was shopping around as my rogers contact ended and wanted to get the new s10 plus. Me and my boyfriend stopped by freedom mobile.
We spoke to a gentleman, Sagar. He was amazing help. He offered us a great plan and we ended up getting the new s10plus. I would like to thank you again for all that you've done.
If anyone is planning on going with freedom, i would suggest speaking to Sagar as he was great help.

I was there today at 7: 30pm. 2nd April 2019. There was not a single customer there at their koisk. Me and my husband were literally looking forward for the guy to atleast ask us if we need any help and all he was doing was browsing his cell phone, he is the arab accent one, pathetic. The indian looking one (the one with light beard) was the one who seems like taking interest to serve us but the one i mentioned earlier made sure we leave asap. Pls put him to training, he is surely passing time.

Been with freedom since wind days. They have drastically improved service, everything from coverage to plans offered. Looking forward to what is to come in the future

Staff are friendly, have stock for each phone and Freedom's service itself is great in Mississauga/Etobicoke.

I like the girl named Michaela or something like that. She knows a lot about phones and data plans and can give good advice. Two thumbs up from me.
