My contract with Rogers ended last night and I spent the last few weeks looking for another phone provider at the last minute, I found out from my mom that she was with freedom and they had a promotion to add on a family member. Long story short, I went to the store about 10 minutes before close on the last day of my previous contract to desperately ensure I had a phone for tomorrow. Someone named Alex was working at the counter and he was so incredibly patient with me. He was probably one of the most helpful customer service person I’ve ever met. He stayed in the store half an hour pass close to ensure everything was set up with my phone. He helped me save $50 per month from what I was paying before with Rogers and also help me to upgrade my phone. I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service I experienced. I don’t typically leave a lot of reviews, but I was compelled to because I was so impressed. He was so thorough, knowledgable, and answered all of my questions, and very pleasant to work with. My family has been going to this location both of my parents headphones from here for at least five years, maybe seven. Moving forward I will only be coming here for my cell phone needs and I highly recommend anyone to come to this location. The customer service here has always been exceptional. Every time my parents have come, and now I’ve personally experienced it, and I cannot say enough how grateful I am that I was able to get a better phone plan and a better phone at a much cheaper rate. I don’t often experience this level of service in my day-to-day activity. I am so impressed! I hope Alex gets a big raise and a promotion because he deserves it!

Simran was an amazing representative. Freedom had a system issue and I wasn’t able to complete my upgrade. Simran promised to follow up and fix the issue. It took about a week but in that time she called me twice to let me know what was going on. The follow up was amazing and unexpected. Thank you for getting me my new phones Simran! So we just switched from Bell to Freedom Mobile. I ordered a new phone online on Saturday and it just arrived today (Thursday). Had some issues getting it set up and we wanted to add my husband to the plan. We went into Freedom Mobile at Woodbine Mall and got everything all set up! We were assisted by Sana and she was beyond amazing! She answered all our questions, fixed my phone issues (it was user error on my part, for the record) and she went above and beyond in every respect. I’m very glad we’ve switched and definitely recommend Freedom Mobile. Also, if you’re in Woodbine Mall, stop in the shop! Sana is a miracle worker and very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Went to this location last Wednesday and took care by Nakita. Very good service. She's knowledgeable. Been with Wind/Freedom for 10 years now and everytime I need to upgrade my phone this is the branch I go to.

Went here today to get a new phone and was helped by Simran.she was amazing! So nice and well educated on anything I asked about each phone plan.she was a lot of help, and I was able to get the phone I wanted hassle free! I would definitely come back to this location if all the associates are helpful like her! Thank you again girl.

If you are a Freedom mobile customer or looking to join the network. I suggest you visit the Woodbine location and talk to Nikita, you will get a rep who is very knowledgeable about the plans and have superb customer service skills.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They don’t force you to purchase stuff.but yeah definitely will market their products well. So, it’s your choice to make a call to bite their marketing stuff or not. Overall a very good staff and professional and attractive offers, definitely there is a positive and budget friendly edge in their plans, products and services. You won’t be disappointed in their offers, actually it’s hard to find such good & budget friendly plans.

Fantastic service. Social distancing is being practiced and sanitizer readily available, I was very comfortable with my experience.

Especially, the employee Nakita kindly took care of things for me, explained the current offers and answered my questions. Everything made sense and they told me things I wasn't even aware Freedom Mobile offered. Honestly a nice experience to end the year on~

Charles is the man! I wanted an S10 but it was out of stock. Settled for an iphone Xr and not so bad after all. But through out this process Charles was a gem, he did everything in his possible and gave us a really good deal allowing us to stay in budget and getting a reliable device. Give this man a trophy please. Freedom however, you need to get better to earn this rating, this is just for Charles!

I came here last week and Simran helped me. I had such a great experience with her she was really fun and helpful. I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered about my new phone that I had just got even though it was quite busy in the store and low staffed she didn’t try to rush me and took her time to answer all my questions.

Simran was great and helped my father get the new IPhone 11 Pro on the release date. Despite it being such a busy time, Simran spent time with us to explain everything and even put the tab on his existing phone plan. I 100% recommend going in and speaking to Simran about anything Apple related and would return in the future to this location for service needs.

So there are like 6 staff working yet u have to wait 1 hour to pay one bill. Nonetheless. It takes forever to get service or pay one bill. This is ridiculous. Too much small talk with customers at the expense of other customer. I just want to pay a bill and leave please. And this happens all the while

My friend and I visited the store last week to get some insights on some plans. Spoke with a sales representative. I cant remember her name but started with a "G" - she was very friendly and listened to the needs of my friend who wanted to switch over to freedom mobile. She was very friendly and pleasant to speak to and explained the plans well and showed us the coverage map since people always mentioned their coverage map of freedom isn't far fetched but she explained how freedom is expanding and has alot of improvements.will definately be going back to switch to freedom mobile!
