Went in yesterday to move 3 of our lines from Bell
Good CS, Victor was friendly, knowledgeable & stayed late past his shift to set everything up for us.
He went above and beyond to explain everything and get us the best plan
Only minor dissatisfaction was I considering we all brought our own devices a hard credit check seemed rather excessive. We were told after we were approved for all lines (apparently some ppl are only approved for 1 or 2) we are a large family and I still have 2 lines qith Bell? I'd hate to think I couldn't move the other 2. I understand Freedom is a smaller guy but come on a hard check dings my credit where as they could simply cut the lines if the bill is unpaid instead. I was also told I qualify for a certain amount of credit towards a new device
. I didn't ask for this and I think this is why they actually do the check
Which os wrong. I was clear on keeping our devices but it was still required.
Hopefully service is good.

A good 1st impression however I have gone in 2x now trying to get inform on upgrade 1 of the lines and the 1st time during Black Friday wk (which i totally understand is an incredibly crazy time) the line was out of the store with 3 Staff.
I attempted to return this evening around 630pm & my Interaction was when I entered a young lady helping a customer at the desk. A yoi g man speaking to another on the floor and finished. I was next and said hello. This your guy looks and says he will get the manager. No idea why or what.manager comes out walks by me. I said are you going to help me.
No he says she will the guy when he's back from break. I said how long is break is he almost done.
He said no he just started. Like are you kidding me.
This store and specifically this pathetic manager who clearly unDer staffed his store are absolutely unbelievable.
I left. I went to the tooth and will swap both lines to virgin.

A big Thank you goes out to very knowledgeable and experienced Victor from lime ridge mall who was a Tremendous Help in arranging and completing all my family phone plans. Victor greeted us with a friendly smile and his enthusiasm to help us was amazing!

Amazing service! I’ve gotten the $99 plan for one year at least 4-5 times in a span of a year! Referring my cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. Every time I’ve been there the workers have been so kind. I went to get the plan today and Tony was extremely kind and friendly! Even gave us a phone case for free! Will always be my go to spot if I need to go to a freedom.

I am an existing customer and I recently managed to get some of my friends to switch over to Freedom of course we visit Kahleen and she is the most informative and helpful from the start. She made me feel comfortable so I brought others to see her. Recently I had a hard time with accessibility feature on my phone. As soon as I explained the problem Kahleen knew how to fix it and was able to have me on my way within minutes.

Customer Care is in an India based call center. It's noisy when you call and impossible to hear. I tried to explain my problem and the guy said I'll call you back but no call ever came. These call centers are associated with big scam call centers. I called back and asked if they're in India and the girl said no Cairo Egypt. She was clearly lying.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Very helpful in choosing the right phone. They don't attemp to sell the most expensive item, they suggest phones that meet your needs. Amazing deals! Have been with Freedom for years & highly recommend them.

I decided I wanted to get a new iPhone today and was very pleased with the customer service I got. Victor was super informative about the product and I was in and out under half an hour as planned. A job well done.

Victor was fantastic to deal with, was super helpful and very knowledgeable on the services provided.

The stores employees are useless to the s. Didn't even check my phone as I has bought it from different location and also told me that you have a scratch on the screen due to which we can't accept your phone.

The staff was really helpful and even though I was there 5 min before close they brought me in anyways and switched my phone over for me with professional and polite manner and was smiling the entire time. Thanks freedom. I feel like William Wallace when he yelled FREEEEEDDOOOOOMME!

Got a new phone here the other day, staff was efficient, explained clearly and had no problems with service.

I went there to get some information about secondary line, the guy at freedom store was super rude, he did not give any information about line.
Finally I port my number.

The store manager Victor, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Freedoms network coverage has greatly improved over the last few years, im in the greater hamilton area.
I got the latest Samsung s20 fe. A really good bang for your buck plan with 20 gigs, text, call, including ld us unlimited for $65. Can't that beat anywhere.

If was great, service excellent, Shoaib very knowledgeable and helpful and patient, he knows How to explain thing to somebody like me, that didn't know nothing about phones. FANTASTIC

I had a great experience today switching my plan to a big GB plan at freedom with Ali. He answered all my questions and gave me the perfect plan that was suitable for me. He assured me of the great coverage and great and friendly costumer service.

Had a problem with the sound on my phone. Went into the store for help. The customer service I received was second to none. So helpful and friendly. Would recommend the staff to anyone

I had a lovely experience here with Victor who helped me find the best plan for me and gave lots of great advice along the way, will be back solely due to Victor's services

For real I love the staff here. I've never had a problem they couldn't show me how to fix, and as a company, they really try to enable their customers to be able to take care of their own plan management (and it's effective!).

This location in particular is always super reasonable and kind. They employees are friendly to the customers and they meet you on your level. I've never seen anyone get frustrated at a customer who didn't understand something, which is often when it comes to technology.

This is genuinely the only freedom location I will go to. Highly recommend.

We have been with Freedom for quite a few years now. Started with one phone and now have four. For our purposes, the service is good. Only one star taken off since I don't think the coverage is the best but it's fine.
You can pick up very decent phones in a variety of packages.
I hope prices don't change for the worse with their takeover by Shaw a few years ago, but I recommend always looking for special offers. It's always good to be able to upgrade every couple years also.

Dealt with Andrew & Victor, had several request, they did their best to make sure the process was seamless. They both were very helpful & informative. Kudos to you folks. You are the best!

Victor has been terrific. He's been the sales rep who's helped me the last 2 times I've been in.patient and customer focused.

AND he was cleaning the windows when I came to the store because he said there were no customers to wait on.

I’ve had freedom mobile for 9 years and have multiple lines with them. I have always used the lime ridge location to upgrade phones and ask advise on plans. Recently I went in to upgrade to the iPhone 11 pro as I got a text saying I was eligable to with my current plan. The staff member I talked to tried to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive plan with less than my current plan has just so I could get the phone. I said I will think about it and went to a different store later in the day. I’m glad I was closer to the gage and fennel location and went there. The staff quickly went through the paperwork and got me my new phone without me spending any more or changing my plan. These guys at the lime ridge location seem to try to up sell current customers to new plans.: (

Every time I go in there I am helped by the most friendly staff. Today the staff members were working as hard as they could looking after the customers in front of them but even look after those in the line when they had an opportunity. I was having the most difficult time with something Freedom doesn't normally deal with. They went above and beyond making me feel like a valued customer when it wasn't in their scope. Victor is an incredible employee that changed my day. Thank you

Freedom is excellent and the staff is great especially Caroline who is always friendly and helpful!

It was packed and all the employees were busy. The one woman who was free decided to serve others first despite us being there longer and then gave me the rudest attitude when I called her out on it.

The price of a plan is the only reason to go. It is good for kids. If you need to go outside any major city centre you will have no or poor service. It's a good home phone replacement if you don't go anywhere.

I found the staff did not understand their own plans in detail. They also provided miseading and incorrect information. Customer service is horrible - both instore and over the phone.
