I visit this branch and really impressed they guy " PULKIT" Dealing customets so well and giving his best advise, very professional. Highly recommend this place.

The representative namely Pulkit was a crook, dishonest person. I clearly asked him to setup an account for $45 plan which was $40 after digital discount. There was a connection fee which I didn't want to pay. He said"I am going to talk to my manager to waive the fee for you. " Off course, he was clearly lying. Since he had the authorization pre approved for connecting fee waving for $50 plan he tried to sell me that plan which I refused. Without my consent, he proceeded with creating an account for $50 plan. Once again, he tried to play smart in explaining to me that the plan remains at $45 plan after digital discount which was NOT what I I was asking for. I was asking for another plan which was $40 after digital discount. This type crook, dishonest people should not be in customer service positions. He was trying to make some stupid, nonsense explanations which only made sense to himself. He thought I have no idea what the digital discount means. I feel sorry for Freedom Mobile. At the end, I asked him to cancel the account, and this person told me: "are you in s. " instead of apologizing. He made me nervous with his crookness

Very bad service if you don't speak English they don't help you make your payment correctly they made my friend pay someone else's payment without verifying the number because she didn't speak English the guy said it wasn't his problem that he didn't speak English racist

SCAM!
Guy is totally cheating customers saying that to get iPhone14 for 2 years contract needs to pay 240$ ahead for each phone, saying that you are receiving for free wireless charger and headphones with phone, but truth is that he charges for accessories full price 120$ per each (35$ on Amazon), and doesn’t accept sealed package return. When I said to him that he told me that I must pay 240 for each iPhone just to be able to get its, his answer was I don’t remember what I told week ago you should read what you sign
Worse experience ever

The sikh guy was working there the last time i visited. He doesn't even knw how to engage with costumer and how to make costumers feel safe and relax to share their demands and ask questions. He wasn't even smiling. We visited a few month back and that guy was good. This one made me feel awkward bcz he wasn't responding properly and I came back wthout getting info that i needed

It was a really nice experience with Pulkit and Jash on the floor. Am very happy, they took time to make me understand every thing and gave me a really good deal. And I’ll bring Biryani for them because I am very happy.

I went in today to get a new phone and a new plan since my old phone and plan wasn't fitting me right. The plan itself was a solid one - new iphone and 20gb data for $65/month - and the service was great. It was super fast, in and out of there in about half an hour. The people there were kind and understanding of every question I had, they explained the finance breakdown clearly and concisely without any industry jargon, and even gave me pointers about what accessories were the best fit for me. I wish I could remember the names of the man and woman who helped me, one was named Inder (or something close to that). For anyone wondering if the location would imply poor guidance, you can walk in worry free and expect an easy time: D

I went there yesterday to inquire about their $99/year prepaid plan and if I could buy the sim card there as well. I didn't get the name of the person that helped me but I came just as it opened. The person that helped me was fantastic and helpful. I was able to get everything done at home which was more convenient for me but I got all the necessary info and a sim card from him. Thanks for your help bud!

Very helpful! Ronny was amazing, very nice/polite and actually helped me get an affordable phone plan. He was able to break down all the prices and discounts for the different deals to find the best one for me. If you need to change your plan at all go to this location and talk to them instead of calling the customer service phone lines. 10/10 recommend going there and getting help from Ronny!

I'm very disappointed i couldn't return any phone accessories. Only you can return is phone. Bought phone, cover and wireless charger.

We just arrived today and the staff are the best. We were helped by Nitin and Aakash. They were courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and did it in a timely manner. My wife is very happy with her new phone. Thank you both for your help, and I will likely be back to switch over my phone in the future.

I visited this store yesterday as I was looking to buy s20 plus. I would highly recommend this place because of the exemplary customer service and ongoing deals and offers. Rohit is the store manager there and he was the one I met with for my purchase. Not only is he an amazing person, he's a delight to converse with if you want to know what deal is best for you.

Coming to this store since last 3 years always a great experience with Rohit. Takes care of everything in a very good manner.

Staff was efficient. Went in to get a new phone to replace one that had broken. Aside from waiting outside as a result of physical distancing, the time in the store was minimal.

This is a very good place to get a phone. Rohit, who helped me choose a phone for my daughter, was very thorough with explaining all the features of different phones and the costs associated with them. Overall, this is a very good place to get a phone, especially if it's your first.

My husband who has always been on Freedom since they were Wind mobile suggested that I switch to Freedom. I finally decided to make the switch and he took me to this location. We met Rohit and his customer service was amazing. Rohit and the other rep (sorry! I forgot your name) were very professional and knowledgeable about their products and plans and gave us the best options to choose from to suit our needs. I also got a phone and plan for my daughter as well. Very pleased with the service that we got that night. They both went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted.

I went to square one to get my phone and then I came to this location for another phone. The guy named rohit was so helpful and nice. He gave me the Samsung earbuds for half price as the part of the promotion. I regret going to FREEDOM MOBILE SQUARE ONE.
