Got the new IPhone from this location. I was very impressed with the customer service we received from the salesperson Siri at this location. She has excellent customer service skills. She dealt with all the customers with a big smile and explained the minute details very well. She responded to tough customers very patiently. All thumbs up for her, she is great asset for this business.

The WIFI service itself has no issues. They have signs at booths in malls that say you get 20 gigs of data for $40. Not so. No photo ID now it's $50. No auto payments now it's $55. Add taxes and you're well over $60. There are so many places to sign in to WI-FI free these days you can manage on a $35 plan from CHATR. It's what I did. If collection calls or ex spouses calls get you down it's a great opportunity to change your number at no extra cost.

Ronny is the best guy to be honest. He was very helpful and explained me everything in details which cleared all the questions I had. Also, he makes the process so smooth and convenient. Great service Keep it up!

Very disappointed by the service this store provides.
I have enrolled 2 accounts from here and visited them for some queries and the guy asked me to call customer service and denied any support from his end.
Customer service needs so much of improvement.

I am a freedom customer from last 3 years and I really feel good. Specially from upper James store I really got good service. There is a guy name is Ronny who really good to every customer and express all deal with customer very nicely. Store is very clean and neat. I always like to go there whenever I need it. I strongly suggest to visit this store.

Apple has pretty much perfected the art of designing and manufacturing phones. The iPhone 13 PRO sierra blue is beautiful and screams premium quality.

Just got an iPhone 12. It was a big upgrade and I was worried about the price but he gave me a really good deal on it that only added a little bit extra to my monthly plan. Ronny helped me out a lot!

Very friendly staff especially ronny, he set me up with such a good plan along with the phone. And elaborated each plan. Moreover he suggested me with a plan according to my needs. Shah who works here is very nice but unfortunately didn’t explain things and will look over your shoulder to try to force you to give a 5 star review.

The Freemdon representatives, both Meet and the other gentleman at the Fennell Ave location in Hamilton are very professional and courteous which made my overall experiences most enjoyable.

I had came from the Fennel ave store where I had a very good experience whereby the representative, Meet, was very courteous and professional which made it a GREAT experience however; I had to come to the Upper James location to just pick up my new upgrade phone and which would have only taken all of 30 seconds or less and I explained my situation to the Upper James representative but he chose to be very uncooperative and unaccommating and initially told me that I would probably only have to wait 15 min, but it turned out to be more like 35 to 40 min and I just find this to be completely unacceptable. What a big difference in customer service from the Fennel store to the Upper James store. And as a matter of fact, Meet, the representative from the Fennel store was kind enough to even offer to personally deliver my phone to me at my place of residence! Lastly, when he did finally come out to service me, it took him all of 10 seconds to get my phone but he became very belligerent with myself and my friend who was with me. These are not the kind of people Freedom Mobile should have working in any of your locations. Therefore.my rating for Meet at the Fennel store is a 10 plus star and my rating for the Upper James location is a -10 score. Freedom nearly lost me, a 10 plus year customer because of this person's behavior and customer service!

Went there yesterday.
Needed a pay as you go service on top of my current service.
Talk to SHAH, a really nice and friendly young man. Explained everything really nice and easy and helped me out.
This was my first time in this store and I'm sure won't be the last one.

Attended this location to try and upgrade my phone and plan. Employee/owner showed up 10 mins beyond the store opening time, kept the door locked and made me wait an additional 10 minutes before assisting me. When I did gain entry to the store, he was short in his mannerisms, unhelpful, and was not able to assist me with my upgrade. Asked me to contact customer service and have them help me. A simple phone upgrade with a popular device should be able to occur within store, as advised by customer service. Terrible service.

I called prior to coming explaining I had to add a business line. Both associates working were beyond helpful showing me several different options that would work for my needs. Based on my business needs they were able to help narrow down the best phone and plan. I would highly recommend this Freedom location. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They even were able to get a number that has part of my buiness name when spelled out.

Freedom mobile is just Wind they just change their name. I use them years ago because it was cheaper than the rest of the places. Little does anybody know they don't have enough Towers so your phone doesn't work half of the places you go. Even in my own apartment it wouldn't even work half the time so now I'm with Koodo and my phone works all the time

Martinik was super patient with us and helped us overcome some obstacles en route to a new iphone. Great experience.

There was one other customer in the store. I've waited more than 5 minutes. Finally the lady looked at me and asked me what I wanted. So I start telling her, but she just picked up her phone and started talking to someone, how busy she was. Totally ignored me. I just turned around and walked out of the place. Won't go back there.

I used to give this company 5 stars before they got taken over by Shaw. Now they just seem like the big three.

Went in to ask a SIM card question and got the answer I needed. Salesman tried sell me a new phone which I wasn't necessarily looking for, but that's what you'd expect anywhere else. No problems with this location.

I've bought 3 phones from here and received excellent service each time. Keep up the good work.

Monday Approximately 1: 00 pm. Absolutely terrible. Their is only 1 person working there at all times. Waited a half hour. Other couple and I where telling each other how bad the service is MOST of the time. No smile at all while worker did his thing. Sometimes I call there, and the phone rings approximately 20 times and still NO ANSWER. Most of time they don't PICK UP? NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE FROM FREEDOM. When I call head office I have to ask for supervisor most of time. Usually cannot understand language. After all that I finally get a person, who is pleasant. Service 1-10 is a MINUS 1! Unless I get a supervisor! Not happy FREEDOM!

I went in looking for some information. When i walked into the store I had to wait 5 minutes for a person to even get out of the back room. When I asked about upgrading my phone they tried everything to tell me I had to change my plan. Which of course means paying more and getting less. I don't plan on changing my plan. I would have had no problem buying a phone outright but of course according to the clerk that is not an option. They only care about their commission, and not about what is best for the customer. Will never step foot in this location again.
