Guy called ronny is rude and racist. Helped the customer before, and after us, but refused to help us, while a guy was considering for an hour what phone to buy.

Avoid going to this place.they are ripping people off.telling them to buy a new charger, Screensaver and a cheap case for $99. Don't fall for this.
The charger is not even an original one.looks like the ones you get at dollarama.
The freedom representative in this store is misleading people.
I had to get a return and go to another freedon mobile store to get a new phone.

Last weekend i went there and a customer service guy named abdul moeed handled me. A very great service and very honest person. Did not misguide me and truely best person i have ever met. Very good service by abdul moeed.

I went to the freedom kiosk to transfer my phone, I want to leave my opinion about the treatment there, it was wonderful the girl who attended me Simaran was very kind and attentive it was past her closing time and she was with me until the end it was a very good experience I recommend going to that kiosk arena Plaza

I ordered my iphone13pro max 1.5 months ago and these people keep on telling every next week I will get it. They are saying that they can't track the phone and they don't know when I will get it. Even after blocking my phone giving a booking fees, this is what I am getting from this store. I won't recommend anyone to this store!

Happy assisted me in getting a new phone and upgrading my plan. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. His service was very quick but he didn't rush me even though there were other customers who came in after me, which made me feel like I was important. I work in customer service myself and I thought his service was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this location & Happy.

Run by a bunch of morons who intimidated me to buy a plan according to their wish and when I didnt, they gave me an incorrect plan.

I was served by Smrity, great customer service, very patient and took her time to explain for the phone and plan I am looking for. She is an amazing staff. I am satisfied with her service. Thank you

Customer service at this location was really good Anmal was really helpful with Everything when getting my phone but my experience at freedom mobile was really good when i was getting my new phone

Unresponsive staff. Never pick up the phone. Although store open but no staff available. Very poor customer service.

I'm an older gentleman and not very tech.savy. Purchasing this phone today was a pleasurable experience. I was worried about transferring all my information to the new phone, which in the past has always been difficult. Not only did I get what I wanted in a phone at a very reasonable price but the young lady also transferred all my information for me. Not exactly a quick process but one I would have had great difficulty with, assuming I would have been able to complete it on my own.
I highly recommend doing business here. I don't think I'll buy anywhere else.

Came to this store looking to add a new phone to my existing account with freedom. There’s a sign that says to knock the door so I did. The lady came and ask me if I was looking for a new phone and I said yes, she said we don’t have phones here, all phones are sold out. What? Really!? Unbelievable! How come you don’t have any phones? I would never ever come here again and I’m reporting this store to the management.

Went there at opening time.somehow they were trying to close the store due to system issues. 10: 01 AM.heck of a timing.anyhow i guess people should visit this location well past opening time.

Staff was super nice and helpful, there was even a customer in the store having an issue and he handled it very well.
