Today after I finally decided to get a new phone I headed into this location.
Firstly very nice clean well laid out store. Secondly EXCELLENT customer service! I had the pleasure of working with a young person named Darren. He was friendly, knowledgeable and wasn't put off by my desire to save money and answered all my questions too!
I've been a Freedom customer since they were called Wind Mobile. They truly have the best prices and promotions in my opinion.
The in-store service here was top notch. I had the pleasure of speaking with other representatives and even the manger today; ALL of whom were very kind.
I love my new phone and I highly recommend working with the team at the Jackson Square location.

Been with Wind/Freedom Mobile for 9 years. The staff at Jackson Square is knowledgeable and friendly who will certainly serve customers needs.

I would not recommend it at all. Not the company but the employees are super rude and not professional at all. I am surprised how freedom hires employees like that. I dealt with one person and do not know about the rest. Unfortunately, did not know his name.

Came in here after the store in Burlington Mall refused to sign me up with a promo plan I asked for, and tricked me into getting a worse / more expensive plan.

Shout out to Troy for going out of his way to rectify the issue! He got me easily switched to the promo plan I wanted and explained everything quite clearly. Super friendly guy.

Shout out to Ziga who was helpful and friendly on another occasion. These guys are the best.

I did not get the names of the 2 gentlemen who helped me but the date and time is 13/05/2022 at 11a.m. It was busy and they were awesome they were quick knowledgeable and super funny amd friendly. Also to the people who go into any phone store on a Friday morning we all know it takes at least up to 15 minutes to discuss anything about phones so do not look at your watch and huff and puff like 3 year old because all of a sudden your time is more valuable then the customer ahead of you. You can pay online now if you own a phone you have access to online payment or go on your day off when you know you have a good hour. Anyways rant over to the two guys you were awesome and handled the irritable customers and defusing almost some temper tantrums! Give these 2 a raise! Thanks guys hope your boss sees how valuable you really are!

Andrew was extremely helpful and knowlegable in fixing an issue I had with my phone. I purchased the phone and Freedom Mobile plan from another store and since my purchase I had continued issues. I had to bring it back to the Waterdown location multiple times to be fixed by the gentleman who set up my phone. Each time I brought it back he said I would no longer have a problem, but a couple months later it would come back. No-one seemed to know how to fix this issue, until I broght it to Andrew. Hopefully the issue will no longer occur. I was sure I would never purchase a Freedom Mobile plan again but I will now reconsider when the plan expires.

I recently visited this location and was so pleased with the customer service that Andrew offered. He was extremely helpful and understood that I may need a little extra help and let me know his work schedule for the coming week in case I had any more questions regarding my new phone. I had the best customer service experience at this store! I got a new phone and Stephanie worked on getting me set up with my new phone until after close time! That is the definition of customer service, and other stores should take note.
She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and made the whole experience seamless and easy. She is a great asset for the company!
Another 5 star employee who helped today is Ziga, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products as well. They both care about the customers and it shows!

Yesterday I dropped my phone into the street and it was run over by a bus. I wasn't too worried because the guys at this store got me to get insurance.however when I went to claim my insurance on my phone, Freedom mobile claims that the sim card was never activated. This company is a group of thieves, if you couldn't afford to pay Will Arnett you should not have hired him.

Today I went to the Jackson square freedom location. I had absolutely amazing customer service from an employee named Stephanie, who worked on my phone issues the whole time until it was finally resolved. She did not just give up if one solution didn’t work, in fact she kept finding other ways to fix the problem until it was resolved. There were a lot of issues but she managed to focus and was determined to fix them all before I left. Another employee named Benjamin also jumped in and was determined to help us work at these issues. As a team Benjamin and Stephanie did an amazing job, and I would definitely suggest going to this location again because you will get the help you need. I am very appreciative for all the time and support that was put in from both Stephanie and Benjamin.

The worst customer service I had ever. I went there and staff were just laughing loudly and rudely with no care that there are customers haven't been served. When I explained my issue to the agent there he was very rude and shouting. I'm so happy that I ended my business with freedom and moved to another service provider.

I wouldn’t receive any phone calls and my phone would straight go to voicemail. So I went to this location and they exchanged my SIM card free of charge and resolved the issue Within 2 minutes. Super friendly staff (especially the gentleman named Ziga) and extraordinary customer service. Thank you!

If i coyld give a zero i would. I lost my i.d, had called call centre, n told them of poor internet speed, if any. Was told my sim card was old, go to local freedom mobile, to have it changed for free. Call centre was aware i lost my I. D, said would be asked a series of questions, n my card would be changed. Long story short i pay 60 dollars for a service i can't use, was refused at mobile centre.any help. And n sick of this company. This coming from i first yr customer of the origional Wind. Who use to not treat u like a number.

Long time customer of Wind/Freedom. Very frustrated, until today. Great service from the store staff, ESPECIALLY CSR Steph. Freedom, you have found your superstar in Steph. She was very patient with me explaining my problem and Steph came up with a wonderful solution. She took the time to explain all the details and then took her time showing me the functions on the new phone that I purchased.

I came in to this location to switch my services from Fido. It was the most painless phone provider experience I’ve ever had. The gentlemen that helped me out was friendly and knowledgeable and made some great suggestions without me feeling like I was having products and services pushed on me. He was knowledgeable about the phones, the plans, and the accessories that I was looking for. He explained the billing perfectly and I managed to understand my fist bill without any confusion because of it. I came in at the very end of the work day because of my own work schedule and wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience and didn’t feel rushed out of the store, I am grateful for that, I know it’s a pain to be watching the clock while helping out your last customer. I really wish I’d taken this guy’s name because he does deserve the shout out. Also, as far as the actual phone service that o switched too, I’m very satisfied and it seems like this company has really stepped up in the industry in the last little while.

Freedom mobile is a rip-off I had a 5 gigabyte plan and they reduce me to a half a gigabyte for the same price when I tried to confront them on it they only had death ears

Have dealt with a few staff members at this location during various visits. Everyone has been personable and professional They are always willing to offer suggestions to best fit what I'm looking for, and explain everything in detail. I've had a great experience with the staff at this location.

We are tired of listening to excuses for your customer service agents not completing a simple task. It's still not done! But we are! When the credit on our account shows $0.balance. You will have 2 less customers. Our patience is not infinite.

My recent exsperience with this outlet was really great. The staff was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. The new tablet I bought there is great and had a very special promo price.

Today I was at this location with my friend who was trying to get her new phone. Although the person helping her, Aaron, was very polite (even though he gave her the wrong sim card and only realized it a few hours later) and he was professional, I was very unimpressed with the other man working there. He was speaking very loudly to his coworkers and telling stories about getting high and making jokes about "cum bubbles coming out my bum-hole. " What bothered me more was that his coworkers were laughing and encouraging it. I was extremely disgusted by this, as it was inappropriate and completely unprofessional.

Company is scummy as hell and wont uphold their own offers for current customers and expect them to pay more if they wish to keep their current plans and if you call to complain they have nothing to offer to make you want to stay. My phone is broken and they want me to upgrade to a more expensive plan that offers me less then i currently have. On top of charging me 20 more dollars for the phine itself

Have only been a customer a short while (5 months) but customer service had been very good. Have had all questions answered and was helped significantly when trying to get my old number on the new service.
Customer Service has handled my situations quickly and for the most part with account credits in return.
