I came here twice before 30 minutes closed couldn’t help out always said technical shutdown and asked me to go walmart ended up walmart is third party
couldn’t help out too. Such a wasting my time.

Just went there and asked for help with a carrier problem and the girl was too busy playing on her personal phone to help me. She told me it's probably just my phone witch I just checked. Then she told me to just call even though I told her the issue Was that I couldn't make calls but she was obviously to concerned about her personal call to even care. Because that's obviously what shes getting paid to do right? Lol and when I finally borrowed another phone to call it was the most simple fix it took the person not even 5minutes, thx to that technician so much. No thx to that employee that obviously should NOT be working there.

The employee working here (Mehak) she is very nice and smart she is very cooperative with customers.

Mr. Paras was superb customer service, very knowledgeable with the products, he explained all the possibilities for upgrades and help us with reactivating our new phone! Great store and great service! I have been loyal customer for a long time and will continue due to great service! Thanks Mr. Paras:)

I would like to provide my feedback on the service that I received from Paras today. He is very detailed oriented, helpful, customer focused and was understanding of my needs. Came up with quick solutions, suggestions and ssisted me through the difficult time. It has been a pleasure dealing with him. I wish he will get the recognition for the customer focused employee.

Freedom as a brand has some of the worst service imaginable. Calls not coming through text coming hours later. And i only live 2 blocks from the store not in the middle of no where. A friend of mine had went to this location to get a new phone and plan. But once he had his phone plan for a few days he realized that their service was the worst among every service provider in the GTA. So he went back to return the phone in the first week of getting it as there was a return policy on it. Went there and the staff at this location would not process a refund. Stating he had to buy the phone outright to cancel the plan due to a small scratch. Buying the phone outright was over $1000 and thats not what he signed up for. They didnt honor their return policy. The staff here are incompetent and not for the customer. Anything to lock you down to a contract even when you come back in time to return it. If i can give this location a worse rating i would. The first expirence i had with this location when i went the woman took the sim out of my phone and then lost it for 45 minutes as i waited until she found it. This place is bad. Dont give them your buisness they do not honor their contract of return.

I was new to Canada and in search of deals on phones and data plans. One of my friend suggested me to visit Freedom Mobile so I went to this store at Mavis road. Mehak helped me find exactly what I needed. She was really very kind, friendly and answered to all the doubts and queries I had. I left the store with the best deal possible.

Excellent customer service. The store manager, Paras, is very quick, extremely knowledgeable and to the point. He gave some amazing deals and handled all my queries.

There is a serious trust problem in this location. They always keep the store door locked, like 24 hours, regardless of the business hours. Even when there are no customers in the store. Your employees should be thiefs or you won't keep your store doors locked during business hours. Not in Canada. The owner of the store should do something to fix this. Or if this is the owner of the business, then Freedom should do something to fix this store. Customer care is zero. I was talking to the Gourav on getting a new plan, he answered a call and just left, pointing another rep to talk to me. This business seems to be a mess and needs to be fixed.

Paras is jolly person really appreciate his patience heis very knowledgeable person I have seen ever he gave me superb deal on moto g7. Best ever customer service!

Horrible service! If your thinking about it don’t do it! Have 3 lines with them and arrive is really bad paying for Canada wide service and not receiving what I am paying for! Worst cell phone company ever

Asked them to ship in an iPhone XR, they said they'll will call and it will come in the next day. Waited 4 days and WE had to call them to ask if the phone came in. They said the phone came in but when we arrived they said the phone didnt arrive at all and the deal is already over.

Scammers. Worst and very unprofessional customer service. Paid for a used phone like for a new one.

Pre ordered the iphone 11 pro max did not get it for 3 weeks went to a different location and got it since this location did not receive any pro maxs for more than a month!

Came in with my mom to change the account holder name and credit card on my account from my mom's to my own. We were helped by a man named Paras. It was a fast process, she signed a form and we were told everything was done. After we left, I double checked the app and upon seeing the account holder name wasn't reflecting the change I called back probably 5 minutes after leaving. I called again several times (well before the store was closing) all to no answer and no one picked up until 5 minutes before 9: 00 when they closed (they were not busy at all when we went and there was no one else in the store). When he finally answered the phone, I asked about the change and he kept insisting I didn't ask to change the account holder name just the credit card (I asked several times which my mom can attest to). So I asked him if I would have to go back again to do that and he irritably and rudely said that they were closed now. It was 6 minutes before store closing and he pretty much ended the conversation there and refused to help me.

They didn't know any answers to questions my mom had about her plan and service. She also felt they treated her with disrespect.

Small location, not much of selection, they charge for everything, suggest avoid these locations and go to the corporate stores, they have more selection and they don't charge for things like swapping Sim cards.

Customer service was good. Still too early to about actual phone service. I encountered two dead zones so far one in north York area another at hwy10/QEW
