I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Varun during our recent visit to the Freedom Guelph store.

My wife and I were frustrated with our previous service provider (Virgin) due to connectivity issues that were affecting her ability to secure part-time job opportunities. Varun not only empathized with our situation but also provided a comprehensive solution to address our concerns. His in-depth knowledge and clear explanation of the available packages made our decision making process much smoother.

Since switching to Freedom, we have experienced improved call connectivity, and as a result, my wife successfully secured a part-time job opportunity that she had previously missed due to network issues.

We are truly grateful for Varun’s outstanding assistance, and he has made a significant positive impact on our experience with Freedom Mobile. Please convey our special thanks to him for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

"The network is so poor, and I think this company must update and improve its coverage. I tried to make a Wi-Fi calling option over my Wi-Fi, and it was not bad. It's low price and useful for me. "

Please read & consider my comments for your phone service benefit. I’m gonna be clearly transparent, straightforward & unbiased for my review below.

After shopping & searching for better deals, Five days ago, I got an excellent deal from Freedom Mobile due to Black Friday (festive season deal) and switched my service provider from former one provider to Freedom Mobile. The deal obviously was good as NATION WIDE UNLIMITED 50GB 5G speed for $40/mo. I got and inserted my new Sim, then. I h’ve never felt regretted this much. What a terrible mistake have I really made.
I can not make calls & texts or receive at all while I’m….
At my work place!
At my basement!
Internet cuts off many times!
I would rather pay double and get my older service back.
My phone is my telephone, gps, camera, tv, computer….

Honestly, I would never imagine this to happen to anyone.
I got now to go back and terminate my contract in only 5 days as it is cancelable anytime

Idont really mind freedoms issues with signal and such I've usually not had issues and its a cheap monthly, I'm more bothered by the child playing as a manager super rude condescending not even just towards me but to any others he interacted with, it seemed to have a racial pattern as the richer the color of a customer's skin, the more aggressive he was

I had a great experience at this location with Priyank and other staff member on duty. I had called rogers prior to going there and they had word for word told me “ I will NOT HELP YOU after 7: 30”. I had went into Rogers they had told me the system had been down for hours. THANKS ROGERS!
I had chosen to give freedom a try, told them about what was happening at Rogers they said of course we can help. Priyank had been the one helping me. He had told me prices that would not be beat by rogers even though I had internet with them! None the less Priyank was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much to the both of you on Tuesday night.

Chanel is an amazing customer representative:) I went in today to purchase a new phone. Chanel went over with us in detail the differences between the two phones and plan I was looking at. She is very polite and knowledgeable

Had the pleasure of dealing Dave Thomas who is a fantastic representative. He was patient, explained everything thoroughly and was all around kind and professional. This was my second time at this location and the first representative was fantastic as well (I can't remember his name as this was a year ago). I will only use this store going forward.

Quite often I see really unprofessional behaviour by the staff walking by. The deals look great but I wouldn't bother with this location.

Staff are always wrestling inside the store, walked by yesterday and they were using display signs to hit each other with, a week or so ago two male staff members were wrestling when I walked by. Never seen anyone in the store but the employees always having fun

Service is spotty and staff is alright depending on who you get. Still would rather pay the extra to go with another carrier that I don't lose service going between the tri-cities.

Had a stolen phone problem occur. They helped me change the sim card and setup my new phone. Fellow was very helpful.

They have a guy who is so unhelpful, rude and probably doesn't know what's he doing. Anything you ask him, he's gonna say "you need to call customer service". Very unhappy with them.

Both my wife and I went on separate occasions to try to sort out a problem with her cell phone account and on both occasions were treated rudely and dismissed, leaving us with an account we can't even use, yet have to pay for. Call the manager at the Silvercreek location and he was very accommodating and agreed to help us sort out our problem. Stay away from Freedom at the mall if you value your dignity and sanity.

Alex, David and Griffin were extremely helpful today. They helped me with understanding better the international plans as I am leaving for vacations, helped me get a new phone with some sort of promotion there is with the plan I have and helping my girlfriend transfer her plan over. They were awesome and highly recommend. Thanks again.

Cost is good. Unlimited data is nice. Customer service is good. However, the network is very poor. Only covers a narrow part of Ontario. Venture 1 foot out and you've got no service. This happens almost every day. Useless in Ottawa even. Useless in Kingston and Bellevile. Very small network of towers. Too bad really.

The manager is always super friendly and helpful but just spent an hour with Mike changing over a ton of details about my account and he made it a pleasant experience which is rare when dealing with phone companies. Thanks so much Mike!

Me and my girlfriend went there the other evening to get her a new phone, and the girl that works there, Britt (with the rug rats key chain) was the best customer service I've ever had, she was super helpful and entertaining to talk to and also did her research on all the devices and got us a wicked good deal. I will legit drive back to that one from Waterloo just to deal with her again. We legit kept talking about how awesome she was the whole way back. YASSS QUEEN KEEP DOING YOU CUZ YOURE FABULOUS!
