I was very happy and glad I was able to pay my bill with easy and the lady who served us was super friendly and quick to serve us as we wanted

I went and activated my daughters phone on Wednesday, Feb 23,2022 and the employee I was dealing with (Kanaiya S) said I was good for everything that I just had to insert the sim into the phone and she will be good to go, after paying debit the activation fee and monthly fee and setting up pre authorization payments later on the next day Thursday, Feb 24,2022 we inserted it into her phone and went to try it out to make sure it works and it didn’t we contacted by phone and used freedoms help chat on there website and yet no help at all so now I’ve paid for a SIM card and monthly fee that doesn’t even work and I’ve gotten zero help and she has started school in person so yet she needs a way to contact someone if needed and yet they don’t seem to care and are utterly useless.
There only option was for us to pay again despite showing bank screenshots when we activated and paid by the location bayly south ajax.
SUCH A SCAM HORRIBLE SERVICE! The one star

Freedom is known as the cheapest mobile service provider they always have nice deal than other place they got good offers on phone and stuff as well store is quite nice big and helpful guy who was working there have knowledge about the product what he is selling freedom now cover pretty much most part of canada mobile service area this store they got all post paid and prepaid plan and contract or phone itself if you looking for new phone freedom mobile is the best.

I really was fortunate to encounter Shaz on Sunday (July 7) at this location who was a tremendous help regarding a situation with my cell phone. Had I followed the advice given to me over the phone by Customer Service, I would have wiped out everything on my phone, i.e. Photos, documents, etc. Instead, he had a very easy and practical solution to remedy the problem and it worked!
