Great shipping rates terrible customer service.

I placed the order through sales rep because I did not know how to pass along cargo control numbers to the truck driver picking up the shipment. When the truck driver showed up he did not have the control numbers so the shipment was not released to him. They billed me for a fail pickup attempt. I showed them the email where I sent the control numbers to them and they still refused to refund the fail pickup attempt.
I spoke with them and told them that the place holding the shipment charged storage fees and they would need to pay these in order to get the shipment released. The sent another truck back but did not give him the ability to pay the storage fees and then billed me for another failed pick up.
After another long phone call and a bunch of email they sent another truck back still with no ability to pay storage fees and again billed me for failed pick up.
Every time I called I spook to a different customer service rep who had no info on what was going on.
They have your credit card on file and quickly bill you for fees even when the result from their incompetence.

Great service from Joy Camille Pontanoza. Very professional, quick on responding our emails and doing follow-ups. She got back to us on our last claim within a week with our reimbursement. That's a first! Thanks Joy!

Horrible company who does not listen to their customers, They do not stand up for the customer in disputes, Just bill the customer. We have had Several Issues with them, All seem to be billing matters, Bill the customer more after quoted. The dispute we have is pretty plain and simple, But we have several other options out there that love the business, Steve our account rep is useless has not taken one recommendation. So we have chosen not to use this company now or recommend them!

You did nothing to help, that is the reason, Some simple banding that is covered by tape some how needs extra handling fees, I have yet to be explained how that can cause a problem, now we cover with non transparent tape, and they have no clue we have banding, This is to save the wheels we ship, that get damaged daily by the carriers that do not care, and refuse the claim as they will say the packaging is not adequate.
ALL I ASKED STEVE IS FOR A RESQANABLE EXPLANTION, AND HE CANT GIVE ONE!
Just bill the customer is the policy these guys run, and could care lees about you and your business is the impression I get from this company

Our company uses Freightcom as its main shipping tool. Our customers are grateful when we are able to provide multiple shipping quotes at once for comparison. Best of all, the rates are so good our customers reorder frequently from us since shipping is not prohibitive.
All this is NOT possible without Suzanne K. From day 1, she has been super supportive and open to our needs as a small business operator. She sees the potential in us and found ways to assist us overcome any challenges of shipping products to our customers. While our products and prices are what drives the sales and income for our company, it would not have been possible to deliver the goods to the stores without Freightcom and Suzanne as our main shipping partners.
