Amazing place and amazing people. Today we walked in for a poutine. The Interac machine wasn’t working, so I didn’t have the exact change to pay for one poutine, I had two hungry boys and they could sense that. They gave me the poutine for the change I had! God bless people like them, their kindness will reward them with success in their business. Thanks again for your generosity. We will definitely come back!

Used to be a good spot for burgers, but recently it's gone downhill, servers don't care anymore please step up, I ordered a combo 3.worh poutine instead got a tiny burger and fries

They cancelled my UberEats order (2 burgers and fries, nothing crazy). When I called to ask why, the guy on the phone didn't explain anything and hung up. Thanks for wasting my lunch period, I guess?

Words can’t describe how JUICY the burger was! Pictured is their regular combo with a 4oz patty. The juicy patty paired with their amazing special sauce is a beautiful math. The fries are decent too, and definitely recommend the extra dip! Will visit again soon

Omg! The best veggie sandwich/burger I have ever had! Loaded with mushrooms and perfectly laced with jalapeños, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese, chef’s kiss. I’d never get a meat burger from here cuz this sandwich takes the cake!

Food gave me the runs and the tall middle Eastern guy working the front has the customer service skills of a boy who got his dog run over. He is so miserable and wishes he was anywhere else than Fresh Burger.

This place is garbage. Ordered combo number 1 with no pickles because I am allergic to pickles and he told me to remove it and just eat the burger?
There is pickle juice all over the burger Einstein.

Sadly this place is going down. Place looks dirty, Conditional Food inspection, moldy buns and patties that wasn’t cooked.

I'm a man who likes to try different Burger shops and this one is the far best in Toronto! The owner is so nice he definitely knows what the customer wants. I will definitely come back to try Mushroom melt! Thank you so much Ali!

The patties were juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The buns were soft and toasted just right, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Overall, the burgers were definitely the highlight of my meal.

However, I have to say that the fries were a bit disappointing. They were thin and crispy, but lacked the classic potato flavor and weren't as fluffy on the inside as I prefer. I found myself reaching for the ketchup more than I normally would to make up for the lackluster taste.

Despite the subpar fries, I would still recommend this place for its near-to-perfection burgers. So if you're looking for a great burger, this is definitely the place to go. Just be prepared to possibly be underwhelmed by the fries.

Fries are freshly made and that’s always a good sign. Burgers at 4oz left room for improvement but overall a good meal on a spring day

The food is generally fine, but everytime I place an order, it takes a very long time to place the order and then they still make a mistake filling the order. And they have no relish as a condiment?

I love the burgers here that are made fresh to order. The sauce. The ingredients. The price. Everything is amazing regarding quality of food. In fact, I was ready to place another order tonight but I remembered something that had grossed me out the last time I ordered which may prevent me from being a returning customer. And this is the hygiene aspect. The last couple of times I’ve ordered take out from this place I’ve seen the same girl working the grill come up to the front to assist me and other customers with their orders which is fine. It’s better than being ignored until she’s done. The only thing is she’s done this without changing her gloves and wiping sweat off her face with the back of her hand, which means after handling money and the cash register she goes right back to grilling and preparing the food with the same hands. The last time I had grease marks all over my take away bag which means her hands do in fact come into contact with the food. I’ve worked in the food industry before and this is a big no no. I would just recommend if the employees will interchange between working from the back to the front please enforce the rule of changing gloves and or/washing hands in between making the food and taking orders. Other than that the food is amazing and the customer service is excellent.

Great place, 6oz burger was great, perfect size, generous portion of fries.

I’m a big fan of Fresh Burger and normally go out of my way to visit the Leslie/16th location because they make the best burgers out of all the locations I’ve tried.

I ordered a Prime Burger from the North York location and I was surprised at how poor the burger tasted compared to the Leslie location. It was poorly assembled, the patty was very dry and it was still a little raw in the middle (not just pink - there was raw pieces of uncooked meat in the middle).

I reached out to the franchise location on the website and did not receive any response. I then reached out to Corporate and did not receive a response. Lastly I reached out to the location over Instagram and (big surprise) … did not receive a response.

If you want Fresh Burger, steer clear of this location and make the trip to the Leslie/16th location.

Never had a bad burger until now. Bun was stale, meat was dry and overcooked. The fries at least were good. Not sure if I’ll return. Wendys isn’t good but at least its fresh.

Burger is a good smash burger with good crust. Excellent fresh cut fries, and friendly service.

This place is amazing, the burgers are very juicy and taste great, the California fries are also great even though they cost 5 dollar extra. One issue I always have when ordering from here are the wait times. I had to wait almost 35 minutes to get my order which seems pretty ridiculous considering this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant.

A very good quality burger with perfect fries. These are the best fries I have ever tried, really crispy and soft inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was fast. Loved it here.

Good burger tasted much better than many other burger places and is worth the money I'd recommended you try and you will also like it. The fries were good good. You gotta come and eat it before they close at 10 wish the hours were longer cus you tend to get hungry late at night and crage that burger after 10 pm. At least I do and I think most do as well. So word let's hope they catet to use late night burger conosriurs

Ordered the mushroom melt combo. The burger is fresh and tasty (and got lots of mushroom slices in there!) but the fries are hard as stone which makes me upset. Maybe will have another try with other burgers without the fries.

Also be careful! The caramelized onion inside the burger is completely sweet. If you don’t like that sweet taste inside the burger, you may want to ask them to change the onion portion.

The food is ok but the customer service is absolutely freaking awful. I called to place my order and the employee would keep interrupting me before i could even say what i wanted and when i went to pick it she ignored me for five minutes before even asking what i needed or acknowledging me when i called her. Even when she did she was rude and spoke in a very condescending tone. Overall not a good experience at all

Very slow service in the evenings. The lady’s who work that shift never get my order right. Inconsistent French fries that are often over cooked or too oily and hard pieces throughout which are not even cut correctly.

Totally different level of quality in the evenings. Top dollar for burger and fries it should be better than Wendy’s for example.

Anyone who loves hamburgers will love theirs. This one off place has a small menu of just hamburgers and sides, but sometimes that's all one needs.

Burgers were as the name suggests, "fresh", very clean tasting burgers, similar flavour profile as a smash burger. Fries were really crispy and I can imagine would make a good poutine

Burgers tasted great and definitely the best part about the meal. I'd say that their special sauce is nothing to write home about so would have rather gotten the poutine instead of the cali fries

I ordered through Uber. The food arrived hot because the sweet guy had a thermal bag. Smart guy. The Swiss Burger was good and a big patty. You need to ask for extra swiss because I could barely taste any of it. Otherwise it was very good. The French fries need to be changed. They are like swiss chalet fries which I never liked. I would order the Burger again but without fries.

I think they have such a excellent cook in the kitchen! It always tastes soooo good! I never go other franchises after trying here.

Soo I went here just to try it out. And I'm sooo happy I did. The customer service was great, they helped me knowing I was first timer. The burger was juicy and very tasty. Easily one of my new favorite burger joints.

The carmelized onions bring such an extra flavor. I enjoyed it but have to come back to try it without. It brings the burger to a different level. So if your an onions person give it a try.

I recently had my first Fresh Burger at this store. I’m not a big fan of burgers in general, but their burger was really tasty! I got the Prime Burger combo, and I’d say the patty was juicy, flavourful and seasoned very well. I took one star off because the fries seem overcooked at that time, and was a bit too salty for my liking. 4/5 would still go back to grab another bite!

Not the finest burger place I've been to, but it holds up pretty well for the value. If you have a few more dollars, please don't go to McDonald's. Go to this place instead. It's close to gourmet burgers for the price of a double Big Mac.

All the employees do is chit chat and take their time. They don't think they're a fast food restaurant and take 15 minutes plus for just one order, even if the place is empty which it usually is. Do not recommend!

Fresh Burger at 5025 Yonge street has been our best discovery in 2021! I can say this particular burger shop has a fantastic reputation that is second to none in the town. The quality of the food puts the shop in a class of their own and on a beyond-compare spot. Very reasonable size of burger patties made of very fresh meat, plus smooth, aromatic bun and of course it comes with a goody dressing. Just imagine, all above gets prepared along with a super extraordinary recommendation from a nice and courteous gentleman, Reza, (I believe he is the business owner). The recommendation was a beyond my imagination, a super delicious fries, called Cali Fries! I think everyone, who visits that shop, HAS TO try the fries at least once, otherwise they would miss something in their life! The shop has also a easy-to-decide menu. All mentioned above makes them incomparable and matchless hamburger shop in our town. Reza, we won’t be long to come back to the shop again, thank you

Great food, Fresh as their name says.
The owners Ali and Reza are the greatest people, love to have their burgers everyday.
They’re the best in the area compare to other burger places.
(I just wish they could stay open until 11-11: 30pm)

Overpriced cheeseburger poutine everything was bland including the patty which was disappointing. Fries seemed old, Save your money and your taste.
