Fresh Burrito

I ordered a 'large' grilled pork bowl. I can probably count half a dozen pieces of pork ontop lol. Definitely not worth your money.

The best place for burritos and bowls in the area. Loved the butter chicken burrito bowl and the churros. Super-friendly staff who give great recommendations. Environment was great as well. Pretty affordable with good quantity. Would definitely come again.

Good place, very good when they have deals like buy one get one. Don't fall for the "Burrito of the day! " deal for 7.00 though, the want you to buy a drink and somehow after buying a drink and a small/medium sized burrito, you're paying 14$? All in all, very solid, and very nice when you want burritos. Also their fries with spices on them (I don't remember the name) are amazing, very much worth trying.

Please do keep eyes on billing or else they will over charge and act oh it’s mistakes.
Food was terrible

I ordered a regular chicken burrito bowl and it was amazing. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The service was pretty quick too. This is now my go to spot to eat in the UWP plaza.

They do not have vegan cheese and vegan cream sauces to provide vegan friendly options. Those who are vegans do not have many options, it is just removal of cheese and bottle sauces.

Quantity is Soo less for 13.50$ they charge for a large bowl. Don't see the vfm here.

I completely understand mistakes happen, but if you accidentally burn a burrito, tell me and we'll work something out. Don't just give it to me burnt.

Best place in the plaza. They have multiple vegan options for your protein and their salsa is actually pretty spicy. I come here multiple times a week and it leaves me satisfied each time.

Absolutely delicious! Love this restaurant! There’s something for everyone here: vegans, vegetarians, you name it! As a vegan, I love that there are so many choices. My nephew loves that he can get a ridiculously hot vegan burrito, my sister can get something without wheat, and the rest of the family can get something they enjoy. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. We loved our Mexican Thanksgiving!

Good food and good service.the supreme fries and the churro are amazing. And the prices are quite reasonable.

Burrito is a good size and does not cost too much.the wait time in between ordering the burrito and receiving it may be long especially for the fish taco.you can order it on uber eats for pick up to minimize the wait time but even then it still took 10 mins.burrito tastes good and has a good level of spice.

Steak tscos were great, burrito bowl left to be desired. Ground beef is a bit soft and not seasoned as opposed to having a char, flavour Still 4 stars because the staff actually do a good job making the food, just wish veggies were less wet so tacos wouldnt waste away if tou dont eat them righr away.

Edit: okay, it has been three years now. I'm updating my review from five to two stars after careful consideration. Reasons for the downgrade:

1) service has gone downhill. To be expected because fast food is a difficult job. However, multiple times (and I mean over like a year) they made me pay extra for guac on a Veggie burrito with no filling other than rice. I didn't even get beans. Whatever, I get that guac is expensive, and I would be okay with this, however! I know someone who had been regularly getting the same thing, except they have been giving him guac for free. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding? Who knows but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I stopped going here after that.
2) after a year of avoiding this place, I came back. And left with the actual smallest burrito I've ever seen in my life. Smaller than those wraps they give you as complimentary dinners on long flights. It was like the lady who was making my burrito was trying her hardest to win a world record for smallest burrito.

In summary, the burritos are no longer massive. The service is no longer friendly. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. I am disappointed.

They don’t even have red onions as a topping in burrito bowl and when I asked they said we don’t have time to chope it.

Extremely rude nature.

Tried chicken burrito and bowl, the most tasty ever. All the ingredients are fresh and good quantity, you will feel full, have a great satisfaction for spending the money. Best place till now for burritos and bowls.

Worst customer service. I keep standing today for 5-7 mins and they were literally even not looking at me fells like i came here for free food or may be they are paying me for the food. Never go to their store please they dont know how to respect customers

Poor customer service. No value of peeople at all. Always ready to add $1 for little toppings each but no customer service greedy owner of store

Overall, the food is very good but the customer service is dreadful. Before covid, the workers were all extremely friendly. My dad and I would come quite frequently and the workers even remembered our orders. Now, the service is awful in comparison. Nobody wears their masks right and they're practically breathing on your food. They burn the burritos and THEY DON"T LISTEN AT ALL. You could tell them something five times and they still don't understand. It probably took me 20 minutes to explain to somebody that I wanted 3 tacos. They are just as bad at listening as they are at speaking. They WHISPER, and mind you, because of Covid, there are glass shields between the workers and the customers. I came in this week and one of the workers was wearing earbuds? Then whispered across the glass and asked me a question. I had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times and they proceeded to get angry when I couldn't hear what they were saying. It's disappointing because the food is always great, but it doesn't make up for the god awful experience and the 20 minutes of time you waste trying to explain what you want on your food.

What a lovely store in need for $1 alway for adding some thing each. Store closed even it says open. Always closes 30 mins early than the timming reporting to the freshburrito head office that this franchinse has no vlaje for people.

It was great experience. Food quality and quantity both are very good. Employees are very friendly. Sometimes I have to wait there for the food about 10-15 minutes because it’s very busy in afternoon but it was worth it. Thank you guys.

Not cleaned, they wear gloves on one hand only aren't they aware about the covid, price perspective they are ripping off thin prtion, Unfriendly staff they always in rush, rather I will go next block burrito place Never coming back! I would give zero star for this unfriendly environment.

They make great burritos.
Secret is they mix everything so first and last bite has pretty much same taste.

So many vegan options! Both the sweet potato and tofu are delicious. Great portions for the price!

I just ordered a bean burrito combo and deep fried sweet potato burrito. I didn't received drinks and fries when. I called them, staff didn't responded properly even Manager is very rude didn't responded with the proper solution and disconnected the phone.

Very unprofessional and untrained staff seems like manager is a college student litterly don't know how to talk and behave

Worst customer service. People working there and the manager named Mike is extremely rude. Have zero sense for customer service.
Always making wrong orders. Less quantity.
Advice not to get food from there. Plenty of better places with better food and people around!

They should get trained on customer service from the headquarters. Extremely rude people!

FYI: I previously complaint regarding food as my order was messed up and they provide half filled containers. After 3 weeks- Guy named Sunny from headquarters offered to provide 50% off on 4 burritos and when we asked the manger/owner Mike to apply that resolution provided by Sunny, he behaved extremely rude and asked us to leave and not provide the food that we ordered and paid for.

Why to provide a resolution of such that you can’t keep up with?
Asking nicely didn’t work out and we were brushed off for 3-4 weeks straight. Few days back when we asked to provide a damn solution- Guy named Mike literally shouted at us.

We are paying to get good food- if you can’t provide that, atleast take responsibility for it. Own your damn mistake and refund the money for your sh*tty service and food.

Very rude behaviour of the people working here. Complained for the quantity of food once and they snapped at me like anything.
The owner Sunny mentioned to call back but it’s been 2 months now. He sees my text, leaves me on Read but doesn’t respond now. Such a trash customer service.

I usually get the chicken burrito. One of the healthier options in the plaza (with lots of protein).

I visited this location at late hour, they have A very nice customer service, valuable smile, and fast service, but the taste of the food was not as expected, I hope they work more on it, I’ll visit it again, recommend it to try

Great value and taste for the large beef burrito bowl. They volunteered to give me extra beans when I put less vegetables.

Burritos are large and delicious at very reasonable prices! They really need to get recycling though.

Very tasty but the regular sized burrito bowl proportion seemed a lot smaller compared to other burrito places for around the same price point.

Hands down the best burrito place that I have been to. The burritos here are reliably delicious and filling. Staff are quick and precise and the prices are reasonable given the portions.
Best Tex Mex in town.

The location is good. The food quality is good too. And the best mexican burrito I can find in Kitchener-waterloo area is this store. Love it.
