Fresh Burrito

Missing items from Skip, poor portion size on steak burrito, paid extra for cheese on beef burrito, missing cheese also burrito was ice cold.

Really disappointing experience with Fresh Burrito. Ordered from them for the first time. They didn't label the fish and tofu burritos. We had to cut into them to figure out which one was which. There was also no fish on the fish burrito. They were also unusually small. We should have just returned them, but since we ordered from Uber it wasn't practical. We won't order from them again.

The fish burrito contained no fish - completely missed. Several burritos were ordered, but none were labelled so it was impossible to know which burrito was for each person. Such an easy thing to to! The large size was small (compared to the competition) and the food was tasteless. If you want a burrito - look elsewhere.

I am really disappointed with their service of brantford Fresh Burito. They have not enough staff. I ordered one burrito and they took more than half an hour for that burrito. I never come again here.

The food is consistently delicious and never fails to satisfy and keeps me coming back for more. It's also healthy with friendly staff, every time I visit.

We ordered from a new restaurant called “Philly Joe’s” and after some research, we discovered their address is the same as Fresh Burrito, right down to the unit number, 300 King George, unit G3.

Be warned, Philly Joe’s is actually Fresh Burrito, and the food is the same, burnt reheated meat, and extremely small portions. The bogo deal just isn’t worth the cost, and if you upsize from small, they charge the upsize twice, once for the first portion, and again for the “free” portion. We didn’t upsize, and a small is 6 inches, but it’s actually closer to 4 inches.

Be aware, a restaurant that needs to use a different name to sell the same type of food, Mexican in this case, doesn’t care about creating a customer base.

So you don’t deny the smaller portions, the double upgrade fees, or the need to use a different name to conceal where the food is being prepared? Yes I can sit here and judge the food that was delivered, because where I am is where we all are when we order food, at home.

All I’ve done it reveal who is really preparing the food being ordered on Uber Eats under the name “Philly Joe’s”. We ordered from Fresh Burrito, we didn’t like it, we didn’t order from there again. Tricking us into ordering from you again under a secondary name while still operating as Fresh Burrito is why I’ve posted my negative review.

Be honest, prepare good food, and you’ll get good reviews. Be disingenuous and you’re more likely to get reviews like mine.

I came in the middle of a storm while working on the road. The owner was there and he was friendly, and super fast with my order. The place was spotless and when he was making my food he was actually generous with the portions. Well done.

This is one of the best burrito place i have ever visited and the staff is very nice and service they provided is awesome i love to visit this place again

Came here for the first time.
The guy wasn’t helpful at all and he took a phone call on his cell mid burrito making and then started tryna touch my burrito. Boyfriend had to tell him to change his gloves now that he’s touching his cell and now my burrito.
My daughter got a quesadilla and it barely has any cheese. The quesadilla didn’t even stay shut and all the other ingredients fell out. Terrible service but the food wasn’t the worst in taste. 2 stars won’t be back

Great fresh food. Many healthy options. I got the regular sized burrito bowl and it was enough food for dinner and lunch the next day.

The men working there are so welcoming, happy to see you & go above and beyond. Fry supreme is AMAZING (got without corn & tomato). Super good portion for the price. ONLY thing I’d make better is more cheese on the quesadilla. I wasn’t expecting such a little amount but it was still delicious:)!

Rohan was very humble and polite. Greeted with a smile. He has started a new venture and is all by his own so go show some support by going to this place. I visited this place randomly and was very happy.

Had no idea this place was open, I decided to try it since I was in the parking lot anyway…

Had a ground beef burrito (was supposed to be a white tortilla but I got a whole wheat one…The staff member was very nice so I didn’t want to take it back, but after one bite I knew the wheat tortilla was taking away from what otherwise was an awesome burrito)

The ingredients were fresh
The sauces went perfectly with the burritos other toppings

I downloaded the app and will make this my go to place for lunches when in the area…looking forward to trying again with the white tortilla, I’m sure it will be 5 stars!
