Fresh Burrito

Have been to other locations of fresh burrito, but this location do not serve the bowl properly, they focus on rice more than veggies.
I ordered deep fried sweet potato large bowl, the girl filled the bowl with rice to the top and just a little veggies.
Sweet potato was half cooked, not fried properly, cold from inside, not crispy at all! Also the sweet potato pieces were just a few. Whereas other locations put more than 10 pieces atleast.

But I appreciate that when i complained, the girl gave me another bowl for free! But honestly, even the second time sweet potato were not good at all! I had to throw away the meal after having a little.

Fresh burrito queen location is comparatively good

I would like to give my special thanks to Nisha at fresh burrito. My sister placed an order for me through Uber eats and due to busy timing store forget to add combo in my delivery order. After receiving the order when I checked missing order, called to store for missing food and I would really say staff (Nisha) was super polite and helping. She apologized and provide multiple options to save my party night. Moreover. Food was super delicious and appealing. Thank you for all your efforts and hard work.

On Saturday, September 30th (Today) at around 7pm. I came in to order my food and immediately was hit with negative energy. The 2 women who were working the floor today had an attitude and were very disrespectful. I asked for one thing and they gave me another and when i would politely complain about it, i would get neglected.you guys need to call a meeting and teach your employees how to talk to customers. Just because of this treatment i dont think i wanna come back.

I always liked burritos here. Quesadilla and rice bowls are good too. Enough quantity for two people if you take medium size bowl/burrito. Their toppings and sauces are tempting. Must try salsa and avocado one. Services quick and friendly staff.

Guys I ordered nacho’s yesterday and I must say that was too bad in taste and the way they serve or packed my food was ridiculous. This was first time I ordered from your location and I made a bad choice!

Nice place to get Fresh Burrito and related stuff. Not very expensive too and the food is good too. Try it.

Ordered 2 vegie burritos on phone picked and went home. They putt just rice lolz only a bit beans and no sauce i think i never ordered only rice in burrito

We just visit this place, a girl with turban was very rude. She always been in attitude and very poor customer service.

Shouldn't there be fish in the fish tacos? It's not hard. It's one piece of fish per taco. You only need to count to 3. The girl serving didn't understand English very well and I had to resort to pointing as my friend was getting really frustrated with the level of communication, or should I say the lack of it. We're coming back tomorrow for a refund since your phone number has no initialized voicemail service.

Good food. Poor service. Some workers just don't know how to talk to people with respect.

I payed $40 for 2 burritos and was still told I had to pay $1 plus tax for a takeout container when I couldn’t finish my food… makes no sense as any other place offers free takeout containers when you’re a paying customer.

Top notch burritos, I eat here everyday for lunch. Meat and veggies are brought in fresh every morning, definitely the healthiest option for a quick bite!

I have been to this place many times but not sure if the management changed or the employees. I chicken bowl had only spoon of chicken 4 pieces in total could count it. I asked the person who fixed my bowl but she said I have to order a large if I need more chicken. This is not my first time eating a bowl or first time eating here. Never going back. I will vist the queen streey location even if it takes an extra 10 min drive.

Thanks for the reply. But I did order 2 burrito bowls and 2 tacos and you are talking about just the one. I don't want to argue here, doesn't make sense to me when you have decided already to ignore my complaint. Please don't bother to reply, I know your answer. I did not feel that the meat was less in both bowls it was a fact.

I wish I could give zero star to the employees. Worst Customer Service ever.
I came today around 8: 00 pm (4 Feb, 2023) and the girls there were don’t even know what’s customer service called. No greetings, nothing. The gesture which she made was so rude and she was giving weird looks.
She don’t even know how to serve, how to greet and all other basic etiquette. Literally the first word which she said was in extremely rude way. I don’t know why management hire such kind of people who don’t even have basic manners.
