Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect and was immediately blown away. Carolina is the sweetest human - both her and the injector were professional, receptive, kind, and the whole experience was delightful and painless!
I really appreciated how they were modest and conservative with their suggestions for dosage, as well. It means a lot when a clinic cares more about what you actually *need*, rather than how much they can push you to spend. It’s this kind of personal, compassionate service that will keep me coming back!
I just left my first appointment and I’ll have to wait to see the results but I’m already pretty confident I’ll never go anywhere else in the GTA.

My first experience was amazing and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff are super friendly and wonderful and made me feel very comfortable being my first time and found the nurse very knowledgeable explaining the procedure. The location is also great. This was my first ever Botox treatment and it could not have gone better. I felt comfortable in the space (clean and beautiful) and I was walked through all of the pre/post care in detail. The actual treatment was done carefully and with ease. Very highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I came to hear of this clinic through a highly rated Groupon. I’ve done botox treatments before paying full price and know the typical amount of units I require. In the past, when I’ve purchased this type of service via Groupon, I’ll usually be told by the nurse that I require 1.5-2X the usual amount so that it requires me to pay out of pocket. Thus, I was pleasantly surprised by the nurses at Fresh Cosmetic. They were extremely honest and told me I actually had purchased more units than I needed! Not only was I impressed by their honesty, but they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They told me things that I had never been told before, and were also very patient and kind. Based off of this experience, I have no problem returning to them for future services and referring them to friends.

This was my first time at this clinic, and I must say I left very impressed. Carol and nurse Nazran listen to you, make you feel at ease, and do incredible work for the lowest price in Toronto. Do not freak out because they are in a basement!

I had gotten bad filler previously in my under eyes and lips that had left bumps, and Nazran managed to conceal the bumps for me and make my lips look so pouty and sexy! I did have an insane amount of bruising for about two weeks, but I believe it’s her technique, which is worth it in the end! I never managed to get the lip shape I wanted until I went here. Thank you, team!

A few of my friends had recommended Fresh Cosmetic Clinic to me. I was definitely a bit nervous to see someone new as I have only done botox treatments a couple of times with another nurse at another clinic but my friends know best and would only go to someone who is great so I took their word for it and they did not disappoint!

I have to say the whole process was smooth, I was asked what areas I wanted to target and explained exactly what it was I wanted. I did have a bit of a negative experience at my last place which was rectified and everything worked out however I did explain my concerns about what happened last time so that it didn't happen to me again and the nurse was so great at listening to exactly what I wanted. Even though I could have used more units I chose to go with the amount that I wanted at the time and I was never made to feel pressured into getting more. I also wanted to say that Carol was great, so friendly and professional and she checked up on me the day after the service to make sure everything was okay.

I am coming up to two weeks since I have had this service and I am super pleased with the results - I wish I had done it sooner and I will definitely be going back again!

I sought botox for the pesky wrinkles under my eyes. I had botox before, and the injectors refused to inject under my eyes, but Carol said it was fine and made 3 botox injections directly in the thin skin under my eyes. A few days later, my eyes started burning, and I had trouble closing my eyes completely. When I would wash my face with my eyes closed, it was impossible not to get soap into my eyes. I also looked really weird. The burning sensation and trouble closing my eyes lasted at least 2 months. When Carol followed up 2 weeks post treatment to inquire about how I was doing, I texted her about what I was experiencing, and never head back.

Loved this place. They took my wants of wanting to look natural into consideration. They didn’t push me into getting more, and the results were amazing. I got Botox in my forehead and was thrilled that I still had movement but just looked well rested. I will for sure be going back

Very happy with my dysport injections and I appreciated the follow up the next morning to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. I’ve been coming here since 2018 for filler and dysport. They always take extra care when it comes to my comfort and safety.they even go the extra mile to follow up 1 day post op and 2 weeks post op. I no longer live in Toronto and still make a day trip to come here because of how comfortable I am and how stellar the results are. Highly recommend.

I’ve been visiting the team at Fresh cosmetic clinic for a year now. I had my first experience with dermal fillers for my tear trough/under eyes. I was so nervous when but after we walked through the procedure I felt very comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I was so thrilled with the results I received and I visit the clinic every couple of months for touch ups. I recently had cheek contouring done and I’m so satisfied. They also offer touch ups post treatment at no extra cost. Excellent services at very affordable prices. You will not be disappointed!

I went in for a lip flip, the service was really quick which i enjoyed. They followed up and checked up on me after the treatment. The service was 10/10, and I will be going back for all my cosmetic treatments.

I got 2 treatments done and I am very happy with the results even the next day with swelling. She did a great job listening to what lip shape and fullness I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the whole way. I even made a second appointment after the session because of how well they took care of me.

I was honestly very impressed with my visit and services at fresh cosmetics. Having injections done a few times at other places, I’ve dealt with the hard upselling, the lack of professionalism or consideration, a very depersonalized experience and what felt like a lack of experience from the injector themselves.
This place was absolutely none of that.
Carol is so thorough, so professional and i felt a very genuine vibe from her with no trying to sell me on doing or buying more (which for me personally, is a big red flag)
The injector also was clearly experienced, and just again felt really trustworthy to me.
5 stars all around, and the energy I felt made me really comfortable. I’m excited to go back when it’s time

Lip filler process felt rushed, but I think it is because it was a first post-pandemic day and they had a lot of patients.

Regardless of this experience being more painful than at another clinic, the final result is superb, I plan to come back, but probably sit with a painkiller for like an hour.

I've had my lips done at a few places before but I've never been happier with them than when I had them here! Nasrin used a technique that really worked (swelling went down after a day) and 6 months later, I'm still really happy with them! Prices are great too. Will definitely be back!

Pros: owner and the nurse are very friendly, responsive, careful and respectful pre-treatment. The phone consultation give me great vibes, I was followed up with the next day as promised- my feed back on day 2 even with swelling was very positive and that it was miles better than what I had experienced at the last clinic.and so I offered to leave a review.

Context: had a botched nose filler treatment with Dr. Cory Torgeson just a few weeks prior to which I had to reverse. ($$$ down the drain). I had a great natural and feminine nose which I regrettably tried to perfect due to some a minor dent. When I came to Fresh, it was a few weeks after the filler dissolving treatment with hyularandaise left more shadows and dents in my natural nose (where my own collagen would sit). I had showed them pics of me before and after and they agreed it was poor work by Dr. Cory and unfortunate that it happened to me.

Cons: friendly nurse used too much product in my nose and made an already long nose longer. And a slim nose wider and masculine.

I recall trying to look at the mirror mid treatment and she stopped me saying "wait let me finish". That part didn't sit well with me but I trusted her. With all the swelling gone now, I regret to say.it's another bad experience.ladies if you have a wide or long nose, consider a true rhinoplasty because although injectors will claim they create the appearance of a smaller nose that is "more in harmony with your face " it's false. Only get fillers if you actually want a higher bridge or a straighter (aka longer and wider) nose. I did not want the cookie cutter look that everyone else that comes through the door may ask for. I thought I made myself clear. Anyway I am counting the days (months) till this product goes away naturally.

Also Carol is still responding to new customers on instagram but not her old ones who hint at requiring post-filler revision.

Again the pros: friendly, patient service and they try to keep their word. Low low price = attractive = shady.
But I just that's just show business.

My experience at Fresh Cosmetic clinic was great! As someone who is relatively new to this, both ladies working were extremely comforting and actually took the time to listened to what I wanted. The results were exactly what I was looking for and I appreciated all the follow up texts. Very fair and reasonable pricing without the sacrifice of quality!

I felt very comfortable and safe throughout the entire session. Very clean office, and everyone is so welcoming. The results are better than I could have imagined, and I will be back for any future procedure. 10/10

I just wanted to share what an amazing experience I had today at Fresh Cosmetics!

I had previously had my cheeks filled at another place and found that they were quite uneven. Actually- I had a horrible experience at that other clinic, and I found every single time I had gone in, even just for check ins after I had my cheeks done, they tried to sell me more fillers. I found every tome I went in I wasn’t quite happy with the results, and there solution was to add more fillers at a hefty cost. Not only did i not want to spend thousands of dollars, I did not want my whole face to look totally plastic.
Anyway. I had gone in to Fresh today to even out my cheeks because they seemed pretty mismatched.
The nurse I saw was AMAZING. She actually told me that not only did I NOT need to add more fillers, she told me how to even my cheeks out (massaging) as it just seemed that one was higher than the other, not less full.
After that, I wanted to add a little bit more plumpness in my lips. She did such an amazing job on giving me the exact results I wanted. I only wanted a half, because like I said I don’t want to look super fake. She was happy to only do the half like I had wanted (in the other clinic this never would have happened) and was able to provide me the exact result I was looking for. I was also shocked at how little it hurt. At the other clinic I was in a lot of pain, and the swelling afterward was extreme. (Id like to note that the first place I had gone to was very reputable and very expensive, and since it was my first time I was ok spending extra money to get a more premium service as I was pretty nervous). Anyway. The first time I had my lips done it hurt so much and was so swollen I literally couldn’t speak for about 24 hours. They did the injection and then sent me out the door. At fresh my experienve was entirely different. The nurse was very kind and gave me ice after the procedure and told me some after care tips. There was some swelling of course but it is minimal in comparison. And it only hurt a little bit! The numbing cream was pretty effective and she was really great at making it gentle throughout the procedure. And. Speaking afterward was not an issue.
I’m so happy I found this place and can’t recommend it enough!

She recommended only getting filler as botox wouldn’t be a good choice because I was going to be flying. She was very honest about everything and i’ve been to many other nurses that just recommended more things so that you’d pay more, she wasn’t like that. I went for some Botox yesterday and I was extremely impressed with my service. I have received Botox once before at a different clinic and this experience has already been so much better. The nurse and Carol were both extremely knowledgable and friendly. I was under the impression that I would be receiving actual Botox but got Dysport. The nurse took the time to explain the difference to me. The after care instructions were sent to me right away and very clear. I received a follow up the next day. The pricing is a great value and I will definitely be back!

What a fantastic experience I had. I suffer from anxiety but still love to do these kinds of things. I tend to bring someone with me usually, but due to covid, I haven’t been able to do that with many appointment places. I always find myself so nervous. The ladies at this clinic made me feel so comfortable I wasn’t scared once (which is rare for me). I will be going back and refer anyone I know looking for treatments like this. A little kindness really goes along way and everybody seems to forget.
