Ordered a Corsage and Boutonniere from them for a date night and was happily surprised by how nice they were, given I only provided basic details over the phone. I would add this place to my trusted shops for good service and quality product.

We were extremely disappointed with Fresh Floral Creations' arrangement for the memorial for a dear family friend. The flowers we chose were not even included in the very uninspiring arrangement that was sent to the funeral home. When I mentioned this to the staff at Fresh Floral Creations, the only response was a couple of text messages saying they were sorry we were disappointed. We will go elsewhere in the future.

Over a week or almost 2 with freshening the water regularly. The customer service is excellent as well.
