Worse workmanship for hemming kids school pants, came back to have it fixed 2 times and showed him the workmanship. I Came back to show the hemming opened 3 times, and owner refused to Fix. Worst customer service for tailoring place

I really recommend Fresh n Cleaners as their Prices for alterations are quite reasonable. As I do my alterations from Stich It too but comparatively Fresh n Cleaner prices are pretty fair.
They are very professional as they do the orders on time. The staff is very polite and helpful. The business owners is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I really like the Service, and cloths are cleaned with super quality. First of all i love the way they treat and talk with customers. It is one of the good places i had visited in recent times. I will definitely be going back!

Had a last minute wedding that I forgot about and the people here were very courteous and thoughtful and did there absolute best to make sure I had my suit in time for the wedding. Had this to me the SAME DAY! And on top of that, delivered this to my door! Absolutely impeccable. Quialoty and fit was perfect. Highly, highly recommend and will be coming here for all my Taylor and dry cleaning needs.

The customer service was excellent and our clothing came back in great condition. They were super clean and looked better than ever! I will definitely be going back!

All is good only problem is working hours. Working hour must be increased. Some time it clashes with your customer’s work houra. So Fresh n cleaner should add more in open hours.

Raman has been such an amazing person to talk to. She helped me find my missing tie pin! She helps me every time and is a delight!

I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews. I’ve been a couple times over the years and my recent visit was on June 6. My suits came back clean and neat, exactly as expected.

They are Fraud. Worst service ever. Ruined my expensive dress and instead of accepting their mistake, the owner blamed the cloth material even though I told them that i have got the same dress drycleaned twice before and nothing happened.

Reply to the owner’s response- cheap material? Are you serious? Do you even have knowledge of clothing material? You are calling a pure chiffon a cheap material?

If you want to pay a additional $6 fee to get your shirts rush cleaned and still not get your clothes on time then this is the place for you! They need a "zeros star" option for this excuse of a business. The manager is an idiot who clearly has no business background. After reading everyone's reviews this is definitely the worst place to go. If I don't get my money back on Monday when I pick up my clothes; I will print ALL of these reviews and hand them out to anyone who comes here. Customer service is key in the retail industry and the owner is a coward.

So this was a test. I never have spoken to you nor have we ever met. I need to know if what your customers have said is true in the reviews before I drop off my clothes and clearly you are lying. I hope you can conduct yourself in a professional manner going forward and good luck to anyone that goes to your business. ALSO I'm a girl not a boy and a your reply is for someone else. Please read your reviews carefully before replying.

STAY AWAY! Does not even deserve 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible. After trying to clean my item two separate times, it was still in the same condition I dropped it off in. They refused to give me my money back and said all he could do is “TRY” to clean it for a THIRD time. DO NOT bring your business here. They have horrible customer service and they do absolutely nothing to ensure your items are clean/repaired properly.

TO EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: My item had absolutely no stains or discoloration. It was a winter jacket in for cleaning and they could not remove the dog hair/fluff on the jacket. This place is disgusting. Save your money and take it to a PROFESSIONAL cleaner.
