Great food and warm atmosphere! Tried the Mom’s Menemen with Turkish coffee for a late brunch and really enjoyed it. Thank you to Korhan and team for being very informative about Turkish cuisine. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes!

This bakery and cafe is located in the atrium food court. They have a great variety of baked goods, particularly middle Eastern style. The atmosphere was very dark so not ideal for working. The tables and seats look very old.
I got the almond croissant (toasted) but it didn't have much filling and it was not very flakey.
Worker was nice though.

Had regular croissant; find it too flaky (falling apart), carrot cake (too greasy) and the GF pistachio cookie (too sweet)

This Turkish bakery and cafe is a hidden gem in the Atrium's food court. I really liked the peach, pear, and almond tart. I'll be back to try the shakshuka and the simit (a Turkish-style bagel). I heard that they sell out of the simit in the morning.

I didn’t know that it was possible to mix French, Italian and Turkish culinary together but this small place serves tasty Parisian croissants freshly baked, superb Italian espresso + cappuccino and Turkish tasty specialties with a friendly service. A clean and relaxed atmosphere with some carefully selected jazz playing in the background. I make excuses to stop by Fresh Start Bakery when in the Dundas-Yonge area and when I visit Little Canada across the street. Well done. You deserve a 6 star.

By far one of the best Turkish eateries in Toronto, the owner is super kind and helpful and he clearly showed me all the halal options and also told me he could accommodate any sandwich to halal meat upon request! Healthy, delicious and filling!

I love this place, the vibe is beautiful and it’s just your corner cafe where you’ll be treated with excellent service. It’s very homey which is hard to find in the heart of downtown:) 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely a waste of time and money. Waited over 10 minutes for sandwiches that came out dry; and for it to cost $9 is a joke. You’re better off eating at Tim Hortons before going there

Tried Menemen for the first time and it was really good, pretty decent prices, good ambience and excellent hosts. Strongly recommend

One highlight is the service is super friendly. I have tried both a turkish style bagel and an almond croissant, both times was lack-lustre. The turkish style bagel was a bit too salty with all the feta overpowering everything else in the bagel. Although the ingredients used were fresh and portions were decent. The almond croissant I tried was undercooked and too doughy. I tried an iced americano which was good but very small, the cup was a tad bit bigger than an espresso size. I am giving the 4 stars for the service but food could improve. Since it is in the same building of where I work I am willing to try more items again during my lunch hour.

I enjoyed the best Turkish breakfast here (and I have eaten many in Turkey and other places in the world).

Excellent place to have a different breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend the Turkish simits (bagels). The atmosphere is as good as you expect in a shopping mall.workers are amazingly friendly and nice.

Their food is super delicious and more than that their attitude is lovely. Hospitable staff and authentic Turkish dishes. We will definitely come back.

Wow! Went for breakfast and did not think I was getting the delicious, abundant meal I did. You could tell the owner loves what he does. I had the "Mom's menemen" platter.so much flavour! Definitely coming back to try their very tempting baked goods!

Very nice eatery. The employees are super nice and kind. Our team had lunch together and everyone enjoyed it. I had a boccacini sandwich. It was good, just the bread was a little too dry. The tea cups are so cute. I wish they had some options without eggs in the sweet treats section.

Find the best Pistachio Cookie there, no where else. Great job folks. Keep up the good work. See you soon

I work in an office building nearby this restaurant in the Atrium centre, and I literally come to eat here at least once a week.

This place has built such a loyal following of customers because the food is delicious and the team is so friendly.

I love the warm food, you get a generous portion of meat and vegetables, and it tastes very real and homemade.

Best of all, the gentlemen at the cashier always have a smile and the whole team feels really excited to share their Turkish culture. They also make a good effort at remembering its customers.

This place is a humble little gem!

Update. This family owned cafe, is a hidden Jem! Loved every single dish they served. The coffee is excellent. AND THE BUREK!

I've been eating here for the past two years, was never disappointed. Probably one of the best cafes in Toronto. You got to try their almond croissant!

We came to this place for a meeting.my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Recommended.

Whether you're grabbing coffee on the go, their delicious baked goods or having a sit down meal, the experience here is always great. I would recommend everything on offer but especially their full Turkish brunch on the weekends.

Fabulous flavours, excellent service. Fresh everyday. Had the eggs with Turkish sausage and Turkish tea. And also the “bagel” with a variety of dips, nuts, olives, clotted cream, dried apricots and rose marmalade. Well worth every penny for this inviting family run business.

I can't say enough nice things about this place! They serve some of the most legit, home cooked, natural and ridiculously tasty meals I've had in this city. Definitely reminiscent of what my own family cooks in the home. The buffet style meals are your best bet here, though the baklava, simit and coffee are also worth a try. Portions are massive with lots of variety and the price is very fair. The hospitality is just exceptional and the owners and staff are super kind and friendly and they make you feel right at home. It's always a pleasure to come back here.

If you like to try some delicious Turkish meals (except kebab), this is the only place you can in Toronto. Amazing dishes remind us our hometown all the time.

We had breakfast and lunch. Coffee specifically espresso was perfect. Pistachio baklava was one of the best in town. Lots of healthy and delicious options for lunch. Will go back again.

Saw something that looked like an earwig near the coffee lids. Disgusting and especially disappointing because my cheese/egg bagel and coffee were pretty good until then.

Just incredible. Probably the best turkish food in the city. It’s like you wandered into a common turkish restaurant on one of the side streets of Taksim. Soo good!

They don't really want your business and prefer to give money back than be pleasant to customers.when i went in to order breakfast the guy was on his phone at the back. Finally he came to the front and took my order. Stood there on his phone not placing my order for at least 3minutes. Very ignorant. I am on work time i said tto the manager.he said 'you can have your money back'. Even ruder. What an a _hole. At the same time phone guy proceeded to grill my bagel.who grills a bagel? I said i would like it toasted. Toaster is broken. Heres your money back.

They serve large dishes and for reasonable pricing.super nice employees. I recommend this place.

One of the best Turkish food I have ever had. I dont know if they serve kunefe, but their doner was pretty good. Everyone was pretty friendly.

Best espresso in the area, I will go out of my way to go here. Their blueberry scone is delicious, as are other baked goods. Plus they have flavoured coffee that is also good. Love this place!

Very nice cafe that serves small snacks and good coffee. Their San Sebastian burnt cheesecake is amazing. Highly recommended. Prices are very fair too!

Hands down the BEST gluten-free brownie I've ever had. I think they make it with black beans? But, man, so so good. And the staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful! Definitely stop by if you have the chance!
