I got a hydrafacial and it was absolutely amazing. Even with extractions it did not hurt at all, I am so glad I chose this spa for my services. Will go again!

I’ve started my tattoo removal process with amazing results even after just one treatment. I will be back to have a leg tattoo removed that I got in the early 90’s. Customer service was also top notch, everyone is friendly, Nancy was great and very professional.

They took part of my lips away forever. The laser tech which only worked there for one year told me to press my lips together so she could get the skin by lips. I told her I don't want to do this because I don't want her to go over my lips. She told me she wouldn't go over my lips and sure enough she did. The pigmantation never came back in the corner of my lips. Don't go here for laser unless you want your appearance permanently altered.
And yes I have been to this clinic, check your records.

I have been coming to this spa since i was 16 (i am 23 now) before it was revamped to a med spa. I have been getting my eyebrows done by nancy for 8 years but the last couple of times i have had a horrible experience.the first bad experience i had called ahead and booked with nancy but when i got there, nancy was not and i had to get them done by someone i was not familiar with.i left that appointment crying because of how awful my eyebrows were done.the second bad experience i had yet again booked ahead of time with nancy.i waited over an hour and a half and while waiting saw nancy walk out the front door.i thought she was running out for a second but to my surprise the spa was closing.the lady at reception asked me if i was waiting for someone to pick me up because they were closing now.i told her no i’ve been waiting over an hour to get my eyebrows done and no one has helped me since i initially checked in.they ended up having to call nancy to come back in to do my eyebrows because i refused to have them done by anyone else considering my last experience.today was the last straw, i called ahead to book an appointment with nancy and was told to come in today for the appointment.i checked in and i waited from 1: 45 - 2: 10 with out anyone saying anything to me.then someone came and said she was going to be doing my eyebrows today.i told them i had booked the appointment with nancy not just anyone.the lady told me nancy was out getting stock for the clinic but she can go ahead and do them.i stood up and said honestly i am just going to leave because this is the third time something like this has happened and i don’t want to pay for my services to be done here.which mind you is nearly 40 dollars for a wax and tint.while trying to leave the lady told me she has been doing eyebrows for 17 years and can do just as good a job as nancy, and i replied it’s the principal of things not who is doing it or how good you are.i am beyond upset with the unprofessionalism happening, the client experience seems to have went out the window after it became a med spa and now it’s all about how much money they can make not how happy the client is.i have had past appointments where i was pulled into a room after just wanting my eyebrows done and was told how much i needed to spend $499 on some kind of skin treatment because “my skin was horrible”. It is pretty clear that they have lost a customer today and i don’t recommend coming here if you value being booked in with the person you requested previously when booking or if you want to save money because it is very expensive.

AGGRESSIVE SALES PRACTICES
This place has really nice facilities, a very romantic couples massage room and good RMTs, however they aggressively try to push Customers to get their packages (pay in advance for sessions). In my last visit, I was “offered” a package when I arrived, when my massage started (on the massage table…) and at the end when I was paying, and was even questioned why I did not want to get it (What? !). I was VERY clear I was not interested from the first time I was offered the package but they kept going. Very unprofessional and utterly uncomfortable! Ruined my experience and the relaxation I was hoping to get out of it!

First time at fresh touch med spa and received a 1h massage with Kibian! She works wonders! My whole body feels relaxed and amazing! Highly recommend this local business! The staff are all very polite and welcoming!

My girlfriend referred me to Fresh Touch and I have been coming here for over a year now for RMT massage and they have been just amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff and they offer great spa packages. I‘ll be recommending this place to all my family and friends!

This is a fantatic place to go to feel refreshed and renewed. I got a deep tissue massage and I can say with all the stress we all endure each day.besides prayer this is the next best thing. I visit the spa for massage treatments and I would say that Kibian is excellent. Her skills are the best she makes you feel relaxed while she uses her well skillful hands to remove tight tissue buildup. I’ve had deep tissue and the hot stone massage by her and was pleasantly satisfied with how well she handled both. The spa is very nicely done up and there are a lot of different types of services provided. I would try some of the other services in the future. The owner is a beautiful lady. I’m not sure what her name is, she seems very knowledgeable and professional. They also have a lovely receptionist who makes you feel welcome and knows her clients. This one place will provide any type of spa service you are looking for. I would suggest that you visit and experience it yourself.

Always have a great experience here! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and I get the best results. Edit - I had a bad customer service experience here and I am so disappointed. I booked an appointment and showed up to be told that the person I booked the appt with " wasn't there" I was in shock. Then I was told to come back tomorrow by Louis! My time is precious and they acted as though it was no big deal. There didn't seem to be any care for my feelings of disappointment and time wasted and I didn't get any of the services I was looking forward to. It was a very sad day.

I came in to target my heavy acne scars on my forehead and fresh touch was amazing using their RF Mesotherapy! Nancy is so resourceful and provides you with the best service and advice. RF mesotherapy really changed my skin in just 3 treatments and it’s nearly perfect again, I highly recommend fresh touch and RF Mesotherapy!

I joined Fresh Touch by the end of last year, and they are the best service I run into. The staff is so friendly and professional. I started a treatment called Melasma to get rid of my skin discolouration and I can see a result about 80% while I am on half of my treatment.
They have a wonderful other treatments, I strongly advise to try them out.
I am so happy that I discovered this place.

I had a carbon laser peel and laser toning treatment and my skin feels and looks absolutely amazing! It’s never felt like this before and I highly recommend anyone to have this treatment done. I've been a few times, Got it as an initial gift from my sister on Groupon. Its a awesome spot! But unfortunatley they love for you to pay ahead for services. Do not do it. These people still owe me over $250 from before the pandemic. I wanted my $$ back they want me to pay for more services. Greedy!

I'm an event planner with my line of work I need to do alot of lifting Saturday I had a setup for a client but couldn't accomplish it with pain in my right shoulder. My friend Elaine requested a massage from Fresh Touch medSpa, Kevin did an amazing job I'm so glad I walked out putting on my coat and lifting my arm. Thanks for a job well done

I've tried laser hair removal a couple times before at other places but it was extremely painful, in fact I used to dread going back for my appointments. I paid a hefty price at Gates Medical for IPL laser treatment but left it in between. When I saw a promotion at Fresh Touch Med Spa, I decided to try it again. Nancy recommended the Pain free hair free Soprano Ice and this time it did the trick, it was not painful at all! Everyone is super friendly and respectful. I'm extremely happy with my results and would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

I have been a client since 2018. Through covid I like many people were not able to get Massage services. I currently have a work from home job, and came back to Fresh Touch Spa 3yrs later with a massive amount of muscle tension. They had me walk in with every ache in my back, I left feeling like butter. GREAT 90min Massage.
I would highly recommend, if you have a desk job come here to release the pain.

i always do reviews for places i have good experience's and bad experiences. This experience was a 10 star from the beginning to the end. From the moment i made my appointment to the moment i left i had a comforting feeling about this place. When i first called they had a opening but wanted to confirm and took my number to call me back, Usually places that take your number never call back. BUT i received a call back within 5 minutes and had my appointment the SAME DAY. When i got there i was welcomed by a gentleman at the front counter, So nice and polite, He took my information and asked how my day was etc, etc. Then i was greeted by another lady she fully acknowledged me which was great. When i went into my massage appointment the lady i had was super sweet, she made sure i was comfortable, that the pressure she was using was not to much. 10/10! When my appointment was done i swear i was 10000x more relaxed then ever.when i was leaving i asked for the RMT information to submit to my insurance company and the gentlemen showed me all the info ill need to put in with my insurance. (Submitted when i got home with NO ISSUES) I took another appointment for two weeks out for a massage. I also booked a consultation for a face appointment for next week.

I have to add! Great Pricing, Amazing Staff, Very Clean! Very calming place. Will be recommending this place to everyone i know. See you again soon!

Laser Toning
I had a bad scar after a chemical peel that I had done myself at home. I did a consultation with Nancy and she recommended Laser toning. It was amazing! With only four treatments, my scar is hardly visible. I highly recommend laser toning to anyone who wants to diminish marks and scars. The staff here know what they are doing and they are very knowledgable and friendly. I will be returning here for future treatments.

The best massage I have ever had! I feel like a new person with greater flexibility that lasts for days. Kevin helped heal my lower back and inner elbow. I am grateful for the care and comfort offered in all the treatments I have received with this spa. Thank you to the ladies Nancy, Michelle, Mina, Christine, Shauna and of course to Lewis for all their care and sweetness. An extremely clean and friendly atmosphere with full service Med Spa offers an incredibly holistic experience I will return for.

I'm visiting my daughter for the summer and my daughter introduced me to Fresh Touch Med Spa. I had some sun spots which were becoming darker and upon meeting Nancy she recommended the melasma treatment. Within the first few treatments the spots started getting lighter and now they are almost gone. Laser toning is also helping with the texture of my skin and overall appearance. I'm very happy with the results and everyone is noticing it.

I had been looking for a reputable spa to go to for quite a few months now. I found this place close by with high hopes because they had great reviews. I had booked a hot stone massage, scalp massage and hydra facial.
The atmosphere of the spa itself was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I went in for my hot stone with a gentlemen who’s name I unfortunately can’t recall but that treatment was good. He proceeded with the scalp massage and really only did one side of my head and kept stopping. I look up to see he has fallen asleep. He was in and out of sleep the duration of this treatment. It was terrible and very unprofessional. I was very upset and didn’t want to pay for that service at all.
Next I went into the consult room with the owner to take a closer look at my skin. I brought up my unpleasant service to her in private and she genuinely felt bad and appreciated my honest feedback so she said while I got my facial I would get a makeup scalp massage during my mask which I was grateful for. I had the lady come in to do the facial and she was very sweet and pleasant. I have had facials done before but she was a bit rough on my skin with some of the tools. I did have to tell her it hurt at one point but the rest of the facial was okay. My skin did look great afterwards though.
The second scalp massage I received was better but again a lot of massaging in one spot and a few pauses again. I look up to see she is staring at the ceiling waiting for my time to be over and another time I looked up when she paused, her eyes were closed as if she was ready to sleep too. I was really ready to get up and walk out at that point. I wanted to talk to the owner again in private about this but 3 of the employees including the one who did my facial treatment were standing around the front desk. I honestly didn’t even want to pay for anything because I had such a terrible experience but I still did. I appreciate the owner trying to fix the problem initially but my spa day that I was so looking forward to was far from relaxing. Maybe I came in on an off day but I was not impressed. I also haven’t left a bad review before but I was just shocked at the lack of professionalism.

Someone I know booked and appointment with them as well but I told them to just cancel it ahead of time and go elsewhere.

I had the best experience getting my eyebrows micro bladed. It is worth every penny! If you’re thinking about getting your eyebrows done, DO IT!

Nancy was so kind && knowledgeable! She made sure I was 100% comfortable with the shape before continuing with the procedure! I am so happy I came to this beautiful facility and I will definitely suggest this to my friends and family! My mom is even considering getting her eyebrows micro bladed even though she is against tattoos!

I had such a great experience here today. All the staff were very professional and friendly. They booked me in for a last minute 90 minute massage appointment and it was amazing. My massage therapist was Reena and she was great I highly recommend her. She adjusted her techniques to suit my tolerance levels. She took time and care and made sure that I was always relaxed and comfortable. 10/10 experience!

I received the carbon laser peel and toning and it was absolutely amazing. Not only did my skin feel and look 5 years younger but it completely helped with the uneven skin and redness I so hate, and haven't been able to find anything that works until now. Previously had the Honey Massage and it was amazing! I wasn't sure what to anticipate but I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed and rejuvenated I felt afterwards. I would definitely recommend this service! Their Deep Tissue Massage was equally as good. They had me falling asleep due to how relaxing it was:) I will definitely be back for more!

This is an amazing medical spa and I did my carbon laser treatment for my face and I was really happy and satisfied with their treatment. It was bearable and just slightly painful. The results were amazing cause my skin became nicer and I wouldn't get pimples due to acne like before. I highly recommend all to check out their spa as it is not only a spa but more than that so go give a shot and you'll see the results yourself.

Massage was amazing! Everything was well done. I had the honour of receiving two types of massages one the renowned deep tissue and the others was the honey massage, both equally as pleasant. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome.
