Every time i throw my onion bag cz they sell cheaper material on higher rate

almost i throw 70% of onions

One full bag of 10lb has 18 onions in it not good for consumption and they are having bad smell. This people need to take into consideration this because if someone wont say they might be not knowing it.

We went to the store for Aditya Gadhvi garba pass for 9 October and they tell me to come at store 5 o'clock and when I reached there at 5 PM they told me that it sold out and tomorrow call again. I called them 10 minutes after at the same time and they told me that there are few passes available so come early asap like that. They wants to run there business so more people come to the store. They mislead the people for pass.there are not actually pass available.

Best groceries store where you can buy all Indian iteam with reasonable rate and owner was very polite and nice customer service
Inside have restaurants which was gems in Canada excellent taste of all snacks

I would give zero stars if possible.
I bought 2 puffs from this FreshChoice Indian Supermarket. I started consuming the puff after going home in 10 minutesand found out that the quality of puff is compromised.

There was fungus all inside the stuffing of the puff.

I went to the store immediately on the same day and showed them the product (puff). I talked to the person who looked like the manager of the store. He said that ‘This happens at your home too. This is not something that happens only at my store’.

I am replying here … ‘Yes, the food at my house may get stale or smell bad somethings but we do not serve bad food to our family members or guests. You are selling food with fungus…. Mistakes happen but how you handle them and make sure it does not happen again is more important. ’

Very bad food and customer service….
I suggest to my fellow friends and customers of this store to never buy store made food from FreshChoice Indian Supermarket.

Very nice, clean and organized place. Cashier and staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Please do some justice to the name fresh in vegetables. Does not accept any visa. People now days going cashless. You guys need to accept all kinds. Regardless of only above certain amount you accept and all. Just to save some charge you loosing reputation and avoiding people to visit your store.

The store has all sorts of Indian spices and everything that you would like to pick to make you feel in India. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Always Fresh Vegetables… easy to find groceries in the store…enough varieties…. Quick checkout….
And if you are hungry then they have small kitchen where you can find freshly made yummy fast food.

Little expensive than other grocery stores but you will find things which we used to get in old times in South Asian stores.

Best place for Indian people. All varieties of Indian products are available in store.
If you want to get that particular special touch of Indian festivals then do visit during festival time. They always have something new for festival.eg. This dashera they arrange jalebi & fafda. Thank you fresh choice and Lots of love from your Gujarati customers.

Love the food fafda and jalebi was awesome. I would definitely recommend freshchoice. Not only that but thier chatpata chat and sandwiches also tasty.thank you for such a nice food

Perfect place to get indian groceries and one should try their food court too. I have tried different food items and it's delicious

The quality of food is amazing and very good taste in all the item they provide in their tiffin service! I recommend to try the tiffin service once at least!

Staff and owner are so rude and don't care about customers! Price tag was there on the rack but scanned way higher and even not ready to accept their mistake but giving excuse that taking off price might be forgotten!

I would say never ever go there, better you go and buy from Om India or other Canadian Stores where customers are valued assets for them!

Clean and well managed store. Bought some samosas which were very good but way too small, more like mini samosa.

This was my first visit today and i really impressed with their service. The store was neat and clean. Also there was variety of indian snacks at one of their counter. I ordered samosa and dabeli which was made in front of me and it was really tasty. I highly recommend to shop in this store.
Only suggestion would be to accept card even if the order is below $10.
