Prices are amazing, open later than a lot of other stores. Staff are lovely. I wish their website allowed you to look up items and see the prices, though.

The incident involving racial profiling a child in regards to the 35 cent bags that you had near the cash and your cashier screaming at her, was awful and disappointing to hear about, but the way that FreshCo and Sobeys handled this situation, was even more disappointing. It makes me think that any customer concerns or feedback isn’t taken seriously, including customer service and the way customers are treated. I’m a female minority, and it makes me uncomfortable knowing a store could do this, yet alone if an incident occurs, it won’t be taken seriously. No accountability. I don’t think I will be shopping at this FreshCo anymore out of my own safety and ethics behind the matter. To the owner, Nick: please do better.

Really good selection of relatively hard to find produce. Amazing prices. Get 10x the hot peppers of what you would get across the street at metro.

Clean store, Great location and early morning they have great deal and fast sale on, surprisingly they start to offer more international food at their store the best price in london! No line up at all.

Rice vinegar and mushroom soy sauce, Much cheaper than Chinese grocery store, check out your local grocery!

My favorite of the freshcos. And they're actually a little bit cheaper than one of the other fresh cause I go to on occasion.good produce department.

Wonderful hours, we'll maintained & usually fully stocked. However I do find it a bit expense to other grocery stores. Very spacious, great variety & easy access with good parking.

Love one of the employees that works there her name is Margaret she makes my day every time I go there. That's the only reason I shop here sometimes I go in there just to see Margaret for a laugh.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I have shopped here for longer than it’s been called fresco. I have done a lot of work for the regional facilities manager. I have always enjoyed the staff and the prices are always on mark. We are planning a move for the first time in 30+ years and when I called the store to inquire on boxes I was informed to help myself and come early. Now when my wife and I went there at 7: 30 am my wife went to do some shopping I went to pick up some boxes. I had put 3 boxes in the cart when I was approached by who I can only imagine was some kind of manager. She told me that the boxes were for customers only and when I asked her how many I was allowed she sharply replied that the 3 I had were already enough. I informed her of my phone call to the store and she didn’t care. This all went on in front of customers at the checkouts and I felt like I was robbing the store the way she approached the situation. I put the 3boxes back and asked my wife who was now at the checkout to put back anything she had picked up and told the girl in question that we would not be shopping here anymore. Her response was sorry to hear that. I only needed larger heavyweight boxes not the other 50+ Boxes that were there more suited grocery items. It was a brutal and totally unexpected approach taken by her. Either way every other store we have been to and or enquired at were more than willing to help.

Very poor customer service. Staff is not helpful even I did ask where to find specific product and later the same staff member saw me looking for product did not suggest any directions or help. Not very happy especially that I am a regular customer in that grocery store.

Today, I went to freshco with my kids 6 years old daughter and 7 year old son after their school and my work. We want to do groceries as soon as possible so my kids were helping me opening the bags for me and putting vegetables in them. When we were putting fruits MANAGER came to my daughter and said something to her in an ANGER which I did not hear but that scared her she started to cry so I dicided to go to him and I ask him you were saying something to me? He replied to your daughter he accused her that she was touching everything I told him that she was helping me so he denied me on my face and said well when I saw her she was swinging the weight machine and touching everything
Please be kind and humble that's supposed to be in nature of your jobs what ever he has to say he could have said to me rather then to a 6 years old kids she is in SK. If you are in bad mood that doesn't mean you take out on others specially on kids.
Very disoppionting I wish someone take action on this Mattar he has no right to treat my kids this way.

Was terminated after they found out I had covid. They are using the excuse that I was snowed out of town on the Monday and could not get into London for 11 a.m. If that was the case I would have been terminated right away, instead I was terminated once I emailed my covid results. I left a job for this job and for what to be fired because I tested positive for covid? It's a pandemic, I have my shots but it's bad out there. Debating on taking this to the news. How am I to survive now. They may have good sales but I would never spend my money where people treat others like that.
Case is being opened with labour board.
Oh employees I worked with were wonderful, kind and helpful. I have total respect for these workers.

Produce, and international section are quality. Very clean for not being a "high-end" grocery store, not on the same level as metro or farm boy, but much better than the likes of most no-frills/food basics. The owner seems to think he's the Gordon Gekko of grocery, which is hilarious since he's clearly a total stooge if you watch or listen to him for more than a couple of minutes. Staff either have their eyes glazed over or seem stressed to death, but are generally friendly. Try to talk to a manager if you need help. Part time staff don't seem to be trained well and usually aren't very helpful. More effort needs to be put into ensuring that expired products are getting pulled (It's possible this would require more man-hours that would eat into ole Gordon Gekko's cut lol). All-in-all you get what you pay for here. If you can afford to shop elsewhere I'd recommend it, but if this is close/within your budget you could do much worse.

Nice store, fully stocked.awesome veggie selection and very clean. Best prices in town. Love Freshco, especially this location. Friendly and helpful staff!

Sometimes I find really good breadfruit from this location they bring in some great international foods and if you go early enough you get first pick.

When you're used to your neighbourhoods Freshco and use this one because it's convenient for that day.the layout is TERRIBLE compared to the one I'm so accustomed to going to. Friendly staff absolutely but I hate the way the store "flows".

Decently sized store with lots of products. Not my favorite as some items were a bit on the pricy side but I don’t come here that often either way. It’s still a great store with nice staff.

Notes: you need 25 cents to get a grocery cart and the grocery bags are also no longer plastic. If you don’t have your own - be prepared to pay for some reusable ones if needed

I HAD BOUGHT SOME COMPLIMENTS PRODUCTS AND FRANKLY THEY WERE NOT UP TO SNUFF QUALITY WISE. LOOKED AT. THE PUBLIC RETURN POLICY ONLINE. REVIEWED IT AND WENT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS AS THEIR WEBSITE SAYS IF NOT SATISFIED WILL TAKE BACK THEY WERE NKT EVEN OPENED.
BEGRUDGINGLY THE OWNER TOOK BACK HOWEVER WAS RUDE AND STATED HOW HE DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE BACK DUE TO COVID. WHY POST A. RETURN POLICY IF YOH AREE GOING TO HASSLE CONSUMERS WHEN THEY ARE NOT HAPPY WITHBTHE PRODUCT I DID NKT TRY TO RETURN THE OPEN PRODUCT KNLY THE UNOPENED. I SHOPPED THERE FOR YEARS AND NOW I WILL NO LONGER DO SO.

I am so not impressed Freshco is now only supplying Freshco material bags for 25 cents each. No plastic anymore, which I understand but go to paper, don't charge people a quarter a pop. Groceries & Gas & rent have gone way up since covid. And most of us forget those bags at home when we go shopping. I've shopped here for over 10 years but I do not agree with forcing us to pay 25 cents a bag so I will be finding another grocery store to do my shopping.

Always find what I'm looking for. The prices here have gone up considerably. They no longer have plastic bags. Would have been nice to know this before getting to the check out since I was counting on them. A simple notice at the entrance would have been nice. I will avoid this place like the plague now. So sad how they have gone from being one of my favorite places to now sucking $$@.

I phoned Freshco for a friend she was VERY happy and traveled across her town to get there. It was right where the man told me.

FreshCo at this location is nice, I am. Regular customer there, I always try to go for shopping during the weekdays because it’s very busy and crowded on weekends, they have many different things on sale but I don’t like when the give a limited quantity for the family, I have always a problem to have quarter cent to release a cart, they have a charity box for the food bank, so if you want to donate you don’t have to go to the food bank location, just drop it in there only.

The sales are great! I find the food quality is rather ripe and good picking. The produce has a great selection and the shredded kale is really good with baby spinach. It also has great deals I would recommend for everyone!

Although it is the biggest FreshCo I"ve visited so far I was disappointed at the exit. All started at the entrance where carts are locked and one needs 25 cents to unlock them, or to go inside and try to find someone from the staff for help with carts, since no single shopping basket was available at the door. Inside - quite well variety of products, but only a few on real discount. My bill was only $11 even I was inside for more than 30 minutes, and was hungry and thirsty. If I were in that state in my favourite FreshCo in Waterloo I would spend at least $50.

Fresco at Wellington and commissioner is great it's been pretty dead in there since covid-19 no one lineups we're waiting out front what is hand sanitizer when you walk in and security to make sure it stays on track for protecting you from covid-19 getting out of control keeping the numbers down in there it's open till midnight it's convenient has lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and if there something that's not there like your favorite bathroom supplies or you spoil your pet like me there's a shoppers drug mart open till midnight aswell and a pet store open till 9 p.m. At side of shoppers so that one stop covers most of your household needs.

Its a great store, also lots of hallal options. Little disorganized, as in things in isles that you would think belong in other isles. And their carts all cost take a quarter. During covid times that shouldn't be the case. Less points of contact. Ive used cash twice since the pandemic started, and only because I had it before hand. (Clerk gave me a quarter to keep in my wallet for next time). Fantastic service.

Not sure if carts were pre sanitized, or if you put the cart back in the right spot because there was one place to put the carts. Good deals tho. Just know your prices. May not be getting a deal when its a lower price at another place

This has to be the worst experience in the store I’ve ever had. After waiting in line 10 minutes and five more at the cashier, she told me that my chicken wings which she had rang in and we’re already in my bag, I could not have. I wanted 2 bags and the limit was one. No limit on the flyer which brought me in the store no limit on the big sign as soon as I walked in the door. 15 people waiting in line for her to argue over a bag of chicken wings.

Too many bad experiences at the store I vowed never to go again to Wellington and commissioners

I was in the store at Wellington and Commissioners this evening, there was no one at the door enforcing mask by laws, when I entered I saw a girl not wearing a mask, I politely asked the manager if he would be enforcing what I believed was mandatory, the manager named Chris began to yell at me and point me out to the girl without the mask, after being treated poorly by the manager I decided to ask the girl why she wasn’t wearing a mask and offer her some education on the the virus, the manager began shouting at me once again and kicked me out of the store while shouting about social distancing, it was extremely unprofessional, I’m a regular customer and I had quite a few other customers approach me and expressed that they were upset with how the manager dealt with the situation.
I have this all on video and I’d like to discuss this with the owner
Also I’ll be reporting this to the Heath Unit and reporting line tomorrow.

My preferred grocery store. Good value, great produce and decent hours. All in, the best grocery store in London.

Smiled and gestured at a manager to ask a question and he responded "do not point at me". Great okay next time I'll yell across the entire Grocery Department like the other shoppers.

Carefully check your receipt before leaving; the price tags on shelves may differ from those on the flyer. Had this issue with 2 items in the same visit (Calrose Rise and Romaine Lettuce). For the romaine lettuce I was charged $0.70 higher than shelf price. The staff seemed obnoxious when I brought the matter to their attention and didn't even apologise.

At commissioners and Wellington the Freshco guarantee is that if it is on sale they will be out of it

It was alright the cashier and the staff in general seemed a bit on the stressed side I can't really fault them it's not the best year to be in that employment situation. The prices were spectacular. BIG HOWEVER HERE: they have stopped price matching with metro which to me kills the point of price matching. But whatever.

Over crowded. People went shopping until 2 A. M there was a line up a mile long. Everyone behaved and staff was really working hard.

Fantastic prices on what brands they carry. Limited product choices. Compliments mostly. Arrive early on the day, parking is really tight and lot is shared with many stores in a mini strip mall.

Considering all that's been going on and as busy as they have been every time I asked for assistance they helped me right away.

I give the over all sore a 4 star. But I give the produce section a one star. Some many rotten items it's disappointing when you are looking forward to produce and its all moldy. But the store has a great selection of other items!

The selection was awesome. I could find things there I could find nowhere else. Very clean store. Good pricing

I've never been more frustrated at a grocery store. They couldn't find the price of an item at the checkout. They called for a stock person to go and find the price. The stock person could not find the price.

The cashier's solution was to just not buy the item. She was clearly agitated, as was everyone else in line. I've never felt more uncomfortable just trying to buy my groceries. There was no apology from the cashier or management.

I can confidently say I will never shop here again.

The store had a re-vamp just over a year ago and it took some time to make sense of it, breads and baked goods are divided by an aisle that frequently (usually) is stocking something totally unrelated that could more appropriately be placed elsewhere.

Produce is usually "fair". You have to be careful of what you select.

Meat selection is small but diverse.

Freezer section is massive and can occasionally look barren. Not sure if its from inconsistent deliveries or irregular restocking routines.

Lots of spices (found in at least 3 different areas of the store) and the baking aisle is pretty dismal.

Hygiene items, way over-priced. Seriously. Not worth it.

Carts, usually found at the carrels, staff seem to wait til the last minute to bring them up to the store entrance.

Sales can be good, keep an eye out on those cupboard fillers. For the fridge though.you may need a second shop.

Its nice shopping experience.but they shoud hire some more staff in order to help customers finding things.cuz the place is quite busy on weekends and its difficult to look for the things in the whole big store!

My family and I have been customers of this store for years now because I truly believe Nick and his team bring in the freshest produce with a vast selection for arguably the best prices in the city. Thank you!

If 0/5 was an option that would be more accurate. Night staff has a huge attitude problem. The girl cashier at night has the absolute worst attitude I have ever seen, very unfriendly and rude; she always makes it so its like shopping here is a burden on her and I've seen it happen to every customer she encounters. My money pays your wage. I shop here every week or 2 weeks but will probably just go across to the Metro and pay a little more for a pleasant attitude and better selection. Terrible store, wouldn't be surprised if it closed down in the next few years to be honest.

I love shopping at this FreshCo. The staff is so friendly and eager to help with anything. I highly recommend this store commissioner and Wellington road.

It's a decent discount store and not too big so quick to get in and out. All the usual items on sale most of the time. No deli counter and no hot ready stuff, but other than that it's good.

Some of the best deals on groceries you're going to get, and the quality is quite reasonable compared to other bargain grocery stores. Selection can be limited sometimes, but that's to be expected. Open 24/7, so super convenient

2nd lowest prices in London behind No Frills. Slightly higher produce quality. Some ethnic produce available (more than No Frills), and a clean, well kept store. Lots of variety and selection. Organic and/or gluten-free foods too. Especially love 24/7 hours (closed on holidays).

Freshco is ok. The atmosphere of this shopping center makes me uncomfortable sometimes. But it's got maybe the 3rd lowest prices
