On Father's Day I went to the store for a few things. I never made it past produce. Despite having a staff member at the door for Covid protocols, SIX people were in the store, just in that area WITH NO MASKS ON, including a family of three with a child about 10 years old. Another lady made it into the store maskless; plopped her purse down on the peaches, and then pulled out a mask to wear.

I immediately left the store without shopping due to the lack of safety. I spoke to the staff member at the door noting the sign said "mandatory" masks and there is a bylaw requiring them. While doing so, I pointed out another customer entered the store maskless. Another customer was leaving with not mask and openly coughing out loud, also pointed out. Apparently she is to offer a mask which she did not do. A second staff member checked her supply cart and then went and got her a package of masks.

I then spoke to the manager and he stated head office told them to not force anyone to wear a mask, some people having conditions. He repeated this descpite me staying I understood that part. I discussed that they were simply allowed in to the store without any discussion, reminders, explanations. It ended with me telling him it was not safe for me. Freshco.why bother to have a staff member at the front door for Covid protocols when such a large percentage of the allowed number of custormers can simply walk past the "mandatory mask" sign MASKLESS.

Visited after 2 years only to find out that I need to buy a $1 bag to checkout groceries. No note, no signs no nothing. Ended up wasting 20 months

This is my main grocery store, especially since the No Frills nearby closed last year. The selection and quality have improved in the last couple years, produce is much better than it used to be. It's much more affordable than the Superstore down the street. Sometimes it can get pretty busy and customers don't understand personal space but if you go early in the morning then it's mostly empty and everything is freshly stocked so it's easy to find everything you want.

The deli here is way better than the nearby President's choice, more cuts of meat at better prices.some cool international ingredients as well.wish they had a better bakery tho.

Good selection of products.
Fresh fruit and vegetables.

Long lineup to pay, but plenty of cashiers to make line go quick.

Notably, most of the people in line had less than 5 items

It's a decent store. Clean and friendly enough. Usually fairly well stocked.

2 stars off for the very narrow checkout lanes and overly restrictive price match policy (compared to other stores) that won't even match the Giant Tiger in the same plaza - nor Sobeys, nor many of the other places that the nearby Superstore will (yep.the Superstore matches Giant Tiger but this place won't)

Nice store; mobility device accessible. Staff are always helpful and polite. We enjoy shopping there when we are in the neighbourhood.

Really like this store. Prices are reasonable and the produce is excellent. Unfortuanately I don't live close enough to come here regularly

This place manages the cash out line like it's a Soviet style bread line up. I travel throughout mississauga, london, hamilton and woodstock and this is the only grocery store that let's the cash out line up extend pass 50 people. Today I was here about to wait in line that was wrapped around half the store, asked for a manager to get cashiers and they made me feel like the Karen? ! Seriously, avoid this place. Metro on Sheridan mall is much better and I honestly dont see a price difference from what I buy. Avoid this place if you value your time

Helpful staff and cashiers are quick, they manage long check out lines (social distancing) well and make sure customers don't have to wait forever.

FeshCo is a good place to do a quick grocery shopping with many affordable options and a variety of products I recommend you to go here if you have a tight budget or if you are in a rush

Decent grocery for good and cheap produce, just like no frills and other competitors. Not a huge selection overall comparing to other grocery stores.

Love this one. But I wish they delivered. And only 4 start because of this one cashier dude (forget his name) is super rough and has some kind of speed complex, he tries to be fastest cashier on the planet. Is he trying to compete with machines or something? Like dude, i get your on the clock but cmon those are eggs there

Affordable but good quality veggies and fruits.
Fresh meat is really good quality and priced well.

I like fresco and this location is my favourite, staff is friendly and store is well managed. I go on weekdays so there is no rush. There are alot of variety of fruits and vegetables available. It's accessible from Dundas and enough parking is available. Regular sanitation and cleaning is happening all the time. I feel safe to visit freshco even in this pandemic.

Very good FreshCo.location comparing with other ones. Good stocks and and very clean and tidy store. One big complaint is that the bike rack has been removed and their staff smoke close to the entrance on breaks.

Store is clean and usually well stocked even of sale items. The low star rating is solely due to the ridiculous setup they have for checkout. Takes 20 or 30 mins to get out sometimes

Usually enough cashiers and service is prompt. I always say hello, and please and thanks, and have a nice day. The cashiers often are really rude, and don't say a word, as if they really hate me for some reason. Not even have a nice day - I'm the one saying that, and usually get no response. Frescho should spend a bit more effectively training employees who deal with the public. Being selectively rude to people, or just to everyone you serve, is why I try to shop elsewhere. Maybe the cashiers hate people of my age, or people of my race, or hate the job, but that still should not excuse rude and spiteful service I have received from some of the cashiers.

Reasonable price.well stocked and has numerous Indian grocery items.that too priced lower than Indian stores at times.

The management here is an absolute joke. Been going here for the past one year.
But slowly moving on to No Frills and Walmart.
The only reason I go to this branch is its closer to where I live.
Customer service is sub par. If you need the management they are not going to help especially the Asian guy whos the supervisor or manager is an absolute idiot.

Hand sanitizer station is very dirty unsafe to use.if thats dirty image the rest of the store

When i complained the manager of their unsatisfactory customer service he told me to go shopping from somewhere else in a threatening way. I'm scared now.

Love this place as much as I love No Frills (oops sorry). Great bargains, plenty of inventory and weekly sales.

The manager is so rude and so distrustful. He doesn't treat people equally. I stop going to this location because of him.

Terrible experience non of the carts are sanitized always find the bottles empty outside no paper towels. Will it take someone to get infected to change the attitude

The inventory is extremely low and they never have items that other grocery stores have, even other chains of freshco. It’s like they just deliver the leftover scraps to this location.
The employees never know where anything is when asked or even WHAT you are asking about so if you don’t go through scoping every isle they’ll tell you something isn’t there when in fact it is.
This is a very frustrating grocery store and shouldn’t even be considered one. I don’t know why they moved metro from this location!

This location's manager is so rude and stupid i hope he never gets a good day for the rest of his life.

Prices are lower than other major stores, but there are no high end items. One negative issue, none of the staff were wearing mask during this covid -19 pandemic, as the staff contact so many people, they could spread the virus widely.

With covid, everything is extremely annoying. They should have a separate line for the express. I had 3 items and had to wait in a long line to pay ridiculous.

Overall its a good place for grocery shopping however every time I go to this location they always have something out of stock or the fruits are not fresh enough. Anyways stuff is nice

FreshCo is one of the budget grocery stores, so definitely a great location to live near to do some inexpensive grocery shopping. The inside appearance is decorated similarly to other FreshCo's, a little dim, but clean and painted walls.

Worst grocery store to be placed in that mall. Dirty store, ignorant customers. Sure might not be the store fault but they seem to attract those there. Lines ups are ridiculous.

The nice lady Sylvie was very helpful, customer service was good. I had a poor experience at the Glen Erin location. Sylvie fixed that for me. It was my first time at this location, I’ll be back.
