During Rush Hours Someome May Leave Their Quarter in The Carts RIGHT at the exit, Tending to create a traffic jam. They Tend to Be Left RIGHT AT the exit by Shoppers, and some of us have been forced to move carts just to exit the building which is a safety hazard. They sometimes have a security gaurd at the entrance and theres been multiple occasions they will just stand there and watch customers struggle to get out. There's not enough employees on the floor helping to solve this. But Come on Community, We can do better than that! Take the 20 seconds to walk through the entrance DROP YOUR CART OFF WHERE YOU GOT IT!

Hope to see more Cart Boys & Girls hired to hangout more in the front of the store in the late afternoon to solve this.

It's a good place for groceries I buy every day from this place and actually the workers there are very nice and the staff is friendly except one girl she’s not polite.

On 11th September at 4.00 PM, I had a rather unpleasant experience. While in the express line, I accidentally missed the sign and began to check out my groceries there. Instead of politely informing me of the error and suggesting the correct checkout, the cashier responded in a rude and unhelpful manner. It’s disappointing to encounter such behavior from a staff member. Customer service is a vital part of any shopping experience, and this incident left much to be desired. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Additionally, when I shared this incident with the manager, their response was disappointing as well. They mentioned they would talk to the cashier only, which didn’t seem to address the broader issue of improving customer service.

Friendly staff, good fresh produce and lots of well-priced selection. One of my favourite stores!

Being a freshco I've noticed some stuff is cheaper which is great! Being able to earn points on a SCENE card is also a plus. Staff is working great.
All the store needs is some work fixing shelfs, cleaning, labeling, and stocking supplies.
Overall I recommend the visit if your mid range distance from the store it is just below a big store size.

Have everything that I need and the vegetables are much fresher than their competitors. I prefer going here than the other chain. Better experience.

Open 7 am to midnight which is a major plus for shift workers. The only minus to shopping at 7 am is that the bakery lady who is putting discount stickers on all the soon to expire bakery items gets weirded out that I follow her around. Very clean store

Frequent this store for groceries.
Often advertised prices don't match scanned prices. Hence have to closely watch scanned prices at checkout.
The cashiers refuse to follow Retail Council of Canada guidelines when price inaccuracy is reported. Attached picture highlights policy not being followed although Sobeys (parent company) is on the list.

Don’t know why there’s no self checkout here!
Why there’s no fast track for less than 5 or 10 items! Why I have to wait for only 2 cashiers working among big numbers of customers just to buy a very few essential items! Not very organized place for good shopping experience.

Not sure how long this has been here because I believe it used to be something else. It’s a convenient location for groceries and the prices are decent though they’re going up everywhere. No issues shopping here. They have everything you need.

They do not have plastic bags for your groceries, forcing you to buy over priced re usable bags

Gross, poor hygiene standards and floor was dirty and sticky. Employees seem not interested in the job.

Why Fresco sells rotten fruits and vegetables? It doesn't matter if they lower the price 50%. THE PRODUCT IS ROTTEN, so Throw it out. If the avocados are soft they are bad

Great price on vegetables and fruits even though at time you can't find the works when you need them.

Great selection of North American and ethnic produce and products. Lots of space in the aisles. Prices are competitive or better. Friendly staff. Carry-baskets could use a good wash.

I asked the General Manager to clean up the needles that were behind his store because they were of such an abundance that they were flowing into my yard.
He was very rude to me and replied with a statement, He had no intention of cleaning it up, that is not Freshco's property.
I asked and pointed out that if it's not your property why are you storing grocery carts in that area.
I also asked him, if he was aware that people are using their carts to create a boxed in area were the needles are behind a large green electrical box.
He said; that has nothing to do with FFESHCO and there was nothing they could do to help with the situation.
I then responded by saying. You have a camera right here, you could monitor it and see who is coming and going and what time of day, as to help stop the needle use and needle build up. We are not talking a couple of needles, we are talking a couple HUNDRED NEEDLES.
He said; can't help you I have more concerning problems to deal with people constantly stealing food from the store and he closed the door.
In my opinion, Freshco is sending the message they could care less about our community and for them it is all about the money their losing through thief.
I'm asking you again Freshco to clean up the area and monitor and maintain a clean environment for our community, your cart storage area is connected to my backyard where children play.

Clean, currently the store is going through some product shifting or restructuring, one of the aisles was half empty. I didn’t give it 5 stars because there was no self checkout and only 2 cashiers working with lines.

Lowering the food price by cheating the public now they started a new technique to loot the public with reusable bag, people should think if we are paying for the bag then why we want to carry their advertisement, they should provide a bag without their name or label, they are spending lot for money for sending flyers to the public but they cannot give a carry bag free to their customers. Freshco is not a bank or non profitable or any charitable center to mention that customer saved such a sum in their purchase.customers are paying for their purchase if they have guts then mention we earned such sum in every purchase.they are making fool to the public with such gimmick. So i will try to avoid this shop

My go to place for every grocery and vegetables I need on a daily basis. Very friendly staff helping you out to find your item. Reasonable prices with a good quality!

I find the layout in this Freshco awkward. It also always seems dirty inside and their COVID-19 precautions are not optimal.

This store has good variety of international products and good prices. I wish there would be option to collect miles or PC points.

Good location with parking. Decent produce, meat and basic grocery needs with limited selection of ethnic foods. Competitive pricing.

Could be cleaner under the current circumstances. For example there is no hand sanitizer at the entrance or exit for customers. I believe a spray bottle with what appeared to be water in it and a roll of paper towels for customers to use is not acceptable. Other than that, they had some very fresh produce, and a good selection of baking items and toiletries (remembering the earlier months). Staff are great, friendly and helpful, and good prices too.

Freshco was my go to grocery store, but during the 2nd wave of the Pandemic I am avoiding this store. They don't have anyone cleaning carts between use and there is no hand sanitizer at the door

I go here every week. This is my favourite local grocery store. It has an excellent selection of international foods at great prices

Store is dirty (during covid) the belt at the cashier was just awful. It couldnt have been wiped now in hours. I request it be done before I put my items on it. And produce ia terrible quality. I could not find a decent tomato in any of their varieties. Chicken looked awful too (yellowish spots and bloody spots). I love my family too much feed them this produce or meat. I dont normally shop at freshco but I need just a few things and they r open later than most right now (covid) but I will go without and wouldnt go back.

It’s nice place to visit specially they carry Indian foods which attracts more. They have reasonable price and they do pride match.

I price match grapes. The young lady keep asking me to see the advertising. I made sure the zoom was big and told her the price at the same time. She told me there price was better. So I said ok. To find out I played more.so I when back and ask for my money. She ask again to see the price. I had it in a large zoom. She still couldn't understand the advertising. It show the same price and the price you would normal pay. She keep looking at the price that you would normally paid. Finally she got it.
Then I go back looking at my bill to find out she charge me twice for the same bag. So a young men look at it they told me he was a manager. I finally got my money back. This was a $10 mistake. If they can't focus properly they should mentioned instead of entering the wrong price. It not like I wasn't telling her the price at the same time I was showing it to her. Not just that this was zoom big.

Here you can get the fresh veggies and also the frozen food which is good for people who would like to eat some delicious foods but do not have time to cook.fresh co is also one of the renowned brands in canada known for reliability in grocery market. It is also good for indian and international people where u can have the basic things for your daily purpose.

Great place. I visit once in a week. Freshco provides all my grocery needs. So much parking available. Good people. Affordable price. Great product. #happycustomer

It's like going back in time to grocery stores when I was a kid, simple, just food for good prices kept cold. Good produce. Cheap meat.

I believe fresh co has a problem with any and all there produce.bought numerous fresh produce over the years.never have i had any fruit spoil in 1 day. I bought around 60$ wo Fresh co fruit and veg have a storage taste.be warned.like ware house smell

Good and economic grocery store. The $10 Elite cakes are super delicious. Always we have good deals for yogurt and nobody else can beat them! All varieties of beans are available at affordable prices. Indian groceries and snacks are available and they're economic. I always buy frozen coconut and are super awesome. Good customer service and shopping experiences always!

Can't say enough great things about this supermarket. Great Staff great produce at good price also. With a lot of Indian food as well it's my go to.even though it's not the closest for me. Always a pleasure:)

Never by strawberries or raspberries here. Every time I go in to purchase these they are always damaged and have mold on them
