Pretty decent place. I think they need to do a bit of quality control.

For example, in terms of their bins of watermelon. You'll notice that they leave these outside in the sun after taking them out from back (cold environment).

This creates a shock in watermelon will which hinder the shelf life.

Other than that place is clean and staff is friendly.

The line today at 8pm wrapped around and beyond the entire freezer section and beyond. Three cashiers working.

At what point are your profits high enough that you start re-investing some of it into staffing?

Greed and complacency. I won't be returning.

Great prices but they have a massive indoor lineup it would be much safer to keep the lineup outdoors during the pandemic. It's cheap but not very safe

Safety protocols in place, but don't have baskets so unless you take a cart (and none are ever free) be prepared to carry everything in your arms. Super annoying.

Great quality and very friendly atmosphere. It was my first time making my grocery in FreshCo - I love it and I shall continue getting my grocery from there!

It's a pretty decent store, good prices. However, they don't have the Ontario-grown strawberries in the winter, like NoFrills does. They also lack Ontario tomatoes. They're much freshier, tastier than the ones imported from California.

I love this store. Excellent prices for what i need. Optimal customer service from everyone. Very personable if that's what you like. Very clean location. Easy in and easy out. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. Its not like any other.

Small store but got everything you need. The biggest draw of this store is its proximity to line 2 subway. Helpful staff. Quick and efficient cashiers.

The produce section is always a giant let down.always rotting produce.

If you shop here make sure to CHECK EXPIRY DATES! Even on dry goods. I once found cheese that was over 8 months expired. Just found salad dressing that was 5 months expired.

The one star is mostly for the staff that are mostly pleasant to deal with.

Convenient location just steps away from dundas west station, go train, via rail, shoppers drug mart

I got all that I wanted at amazing prices as some of the items were on sale. Oh my God the cashier that attended to me was extremely patient, helpful and cheerful. Thumps up and Merry Christmas. Ps. Note. Am clicking on the very first star believing it's the highest of them all as its duely deserved. Thank you.

Pretty good prices and selection. They also have a decent vegan selection. Clean and relatively empty when I went there around 2pm

Great store, great produce choice, smoothies, vegan snacks and even some eastern european snacks and food! Ditched my No Frills near home to this store, since it is on the way to my dojo anyway and love it. Also feels cleaner than any no frills I've been at.

Great store, great rates. I have always noticed that the store gets the best rates in its neighborhood. The produce is pretty fresh but the meat section may not always have the best options

Poor customer interaction. Express person didn't seem to want to be there. Didn't know how to do a price match. Watched as regular lines of up to 5 people waiting got finished before myself who was next in line.

Two employees behind the register - one with her mask entirely around her chin and the other one loosely hanging around the mouth as she operated checkout. Phoned the manager and he tried to argue that I hadn't seen this, and didn't even apologize. It's COVID waiting to happen in there I think.

It's not my favorite FreshCo in the city, but they are pretty clean and I have never find it full!

Selection rotates, but is good. Sometimes they are kissing some essentials, but some of their brands are only found here

Some good deals here, check can be quick though the check out line isn't clear. Many stores have a person asvising which checkout is available, I have not seen it at this location.

Conveniently located right across the street from the Dundas West Subway Station on line 2,5 min walk.

Fresh Veggies at a good price. Mostly focused on grocery items and food items. Service is polite, organized and fast.

Veggies are always more fresh compared to other competitors.

Desi items like basmati rice, spices, dahi, lentils (daal), namak paare also available.

However, I wish they keep Brar or Nanak Paneer, and Aata as well (vegetarian's staple). Would save me occasional trips to stores far away.

It’s the best for shopping, I always stop there on the way back home from work. Service is great, and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Price match is okay, but the deals are always great.

Small store compare to other freshco but has everything you would need. People were very helpful, though because of covid they dont have any basket available inside the store, so make sure to grab a trolley from outside.

A good grocery store that do price matching. Offer a good portfolio of product and located close to the subway station.

Nice and clean. Good selection of products fair prices. Get a shopping cart as baskets are no longer provided.

Front cashier area smells like dead mice. Bread is as hard as a rock. I think they freeze it first. I find that the meat and produce are always old here. Convenient location to grab other stuff.

Super convenient having the store right beside the subway and the railpath but it doesn't seem to have as much variety as other stores nearby.

Throughout this whole pandemic issue, I can appreciate that FreshCo continues to stay stocked, clean, organized and adequately staffed (while implementing safety measures of course). There is a Loblaws just two minutes away from this location but FreshCo is my choice every single time. I only wish they had a proper deli and bakery but I understand how this is difficult given the space limitations.

Rude staff, attempted fraud, falsely accusing customers. Cashier manually entered items with more expensive codes (4-apples charged as a $7 watermelon, $3 spice scanned as $6 item.). When I walked to my car with the store basket (to load my groceries to my bag in my car) an employee chased after me, yelling that I’m stealing and took a photo of my license plate info. Highly uncalled-for. It’s seems you’re saving money but with the attempted fraud and disrespect they present it’s best to choose a better managed store!

Good deals & reasonable prices. Also, the billing queue was handled efficiently by the staff. Would recommend shopping here, especially during weekends.

Worst store ever prices are constantly are wrong alot off food has been sitting past its experation date. Rude cashiers foods. And Chris the manneger what a joke.

Very good shop, all items are fresh and prices are reasonable. I did shopping in many grocery shops in Toronto but I rate this shop as the best.
