Huge store, overwhelming when first walk in. If u dont go regularly and someone with anxiety it was ok experience

This store is clean and does offer pretty fresh produce. Currently with store capacity limits it seems there is always a lineup now, but it's good to see that this is being enforced, unlike other stores I've been to in Brampton.

In adequate stock of 3.25 percent milk and when asked staff was irresponsive said it is almost closing tine and can’t help totally unprofessional

Love shopping at Thierry supermarket. Prices are reasonable store is clean and location is great

Good quality vegetables. Sometimes they have very good deal at store but doesn't show on flyer.

RUI stopped what he was doing, walked to the back and returned with bad news: "sorry, we are out of stock". Great customer service on his part and he should be given some recognition and made an example of what a front line worker provides for our community. Stay Safe See you again soon! The location lacks most of the routine stuff. Anything you plan to buy here is always out of stock. Specially the items on sale are never available. We stopped visiting this place and look for alternate stores for our grocery needs

My 5 stars are for Wendy, the cashier that took care of me today January 25th @3: 19pm). She was patient, kind and LISTENED to what I was saying. She made my experience worth sharing with others. Thank you and continue to be kind to others. We truly need it during these hard times. Thank you.

Lined up outside waiting to go in, during winter and being cold outside in the minuses is not nice. But not much we can do

I was embarrassed when I was entering to the Freshco (380 Bovaird Dr E Brampton) this evening about 6: 45 PM, 2021/02/05 by security guard his name is Michael Roddy. When I reached to the Freshco store, the security guy ask me to stop me even thought there is no reason to stop me because there were very few customers in the store. After I completed the shopping and I tried to go in and he said step aside but he allowed to go other customer who came behind me. So I told him that I was upset by him and took his name. This kind of act was consider as a discrimination and I would like to request management team to review or deter such a action done by security guy in future.

Sometimes produce are in poor supply. Vegetables, especially the greens look tired! Associates on the floor, are helpful and nice but scarce when you need someone. The plastic to bag veggies, are my biggest problem. I spend alot of time battling to open them. Having said that, I do like to come here to shop.

Never find the products on sale right after next day when the sale start shelfs empty and asking and the answer is if you don't see it is because is sold out!

Typical bargain grocer. Nice selection of fresh produce and meats. Average prices Unfortunately I spent 5 min looking for a cart inside as I did not see any next to the entrance when I walked in; had to settle for a basket.

I come to this freshco at least once a week for about a year now and never had an issue until now. I buy my “dairy free yogurt” here (silk) or use too now. They always have expired yogurts on the shelf. There are times I have to dig through all the expired yogurts on the shelf to find at least 1 that has a few days left to expire. One day I saw a manager as I was walking to the cashier (already frustrated because the same yogurts that we’re expired a month ago we’re still sitting on the shelf) I told him that he needs to pull off all the expired yogurts off the shelf and he told
Me ok I’ll take a look. I came back in a week later and guess what the same expired yogurts were still sitting on the shelf. The employees should be checking dates and rotating products religiously. That’s just unacceptable. Make sure to check the dates before purchasing from this store.

I got an email for free Orange juice with purchase of $60+ and I told cashier before she was going to cash me out however she didn't know what I was talking I showed her the coupon even, then she called her supervisor who was so rude and said if I want the free orange juice she had to cancel the whole order and do it again after which I left. I have been going to this location for last 6 years however they lost my business. I will be using Food Basics, No frills or Walmart in future.

Price wise.cannot complain. Considering the times we are faced.both my daughter and I noticed the floors were not kept clean. Alot of debris on floors.

I have visited numerous time at this location to get my grocery. I have got my stuff what i need it every single time. Would definitely visit again.

It is very good for grocery and vegetables and many more products. Good staff and good services.

Pretty good selection given the current environment. Very helpful staff. And always good prices. Happy to see them going to 10 pm when everyone else is closing at 8

Was there yesterday for hamburger buns tried to price match but supervisor said no as it didn't have a picture of Dempster bread. As for today asked to leave line as I was purchasing beer and go to longer line but next person had groceries and beer and the girl served him and called a supervisor to punch I the code for service.
This store is getting worse every time I go into to shop.
Walmart is an extra 3 minutes away so I will just start going there for what I need and to price match with no problem.

The store is good but you don't find good variety of fruits and vegetables. Mostly it is not fresh.

Good store location. You will get what you're looking for grocery wise.if you dont see it just ask the helpful staff.

I purchased some ready to eat sweets box on 16 march 2019 which was expired in october 2018,5 monhs ago and when contacted them about that they showed very rude behaviour and told me they dont sell this product at their store, very disappointed will never go to that store again.

Some products are good while some are not, be careful while you buying don't forget to check date of expire.

Cheap prices with produce that should not be on display. But if you’re looking to just buy water and eggs, then it’s ok.
