First thing right at the front when you walk in. Great sub buns, great deal. They also have great weekly specials.

Not well stocked and variety to choose. Empty shelves, limited choices, will disappoint any reasonable shopper. Asian shoppers will be certainly disappointed Conveniently located, lot of parking. Certainly need to improve in a big way.

Reasonable hours and lots of parking if you have car. Organize and clean. Polite staff.

I loved working here, Monica is the sweetest and really cares for the employees, I could go to her with anything and felt comfortable doing so. Anytime she was supervising during my shift I knew the day would go by quick & well! I appreciate everything she has done for me, and taking time to make sure I was ok while I was pregnant and working around my schedule while I came back from maternity leave. Dwayne and Kelly are also very kind and understanding and always working so hard to keep the store fresh and clean. If I could return I would! Thank you for everything, really means a lot to me.

The store at Clark St Brampton, certainly does not listen to their customer.
There are about 6 self checkout terminals but there is a sign telling customers
You can use the self checkout if you have 16 items or less. One would think they
Will then open up more tellers. That is not the case. The lines to check the groceries
Are long with only 1 casher working. Now I will say this is not thinking for management.
The cashers are as rude as they come as if they are angry they have to serve us the
Customers because we chose to come there. I cashed out this morning and I was
Not using my glasses, I paid interact the option came up if I wanted a cash back
The casher pretended she did not hear me after a few time of asking her for help
the other customer who was cashing out behind me came to help me and then she
started being rude to him telling him he was not to come close to me.
This is the level of customer service of this store has to offer.

It was not crowded when I went there and no big queue for billing.

All the fruits and vegetables were very fresh

I was there just today they were out of black diamond cheese i asked the lady if I can get raincheck she said u have to wait for 5 actually 6 mins. She started doing random stuff after like 5-7 mins went upstairs to get it. Calling someone else in another 10 mins and telling her to print it out. Horrible people works there. Honestly 20 mins plus for raincheck ridiculous.

This is a great grocery store on the East side of the Bramalea City Center, just across the parking lot from the Bay's 1st floor entrance! Fresh Co is also following covid mandates so don't forget your mask! In the parking lot, you can find plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible parking! The store is also accessible to the disabled and is also wheelchair accessible! Please check their website on social media for times and dates as well as protocols for covid!

Very nice staff very impressed so much when I forget my all my cards and only one card forget password and and they helped me for free grocery. Thank you so much freshco

Provides good service, unfortunately the people doing grocery shopping tend to get close and not minding to keep distance.

I shop for my mother every other week. I found that going early in the morning is best to avoid crowds. Today, Monday was good, most items in my mom's list were in stock, except the garlic and coke on special sold out over the weekend.

This is the most disorganized disorder store in Ontario.few months ago i they had legs chicken on sale so i grabbed a few when cashier tried to cash me out price was showing regular price.i asked for lady manager to come who seemed not too happy being called by a customer.she said they put the wrong sign in the front of the legs, so i left and didn't make an issue out of it, perhaps human error.the other day they had the whole chicken on sale so again i grabbed a few and when cashier is cashing me out its showing regular price.cashier called for someone to verify the sign, nobody showed up so she went to check herself, she comes back and tells me the sale is finished and they never removed the sign.so much of my time wasted and i had to go pick up my son from school and i got there very late, my son was crying.if i can i would i give this store a zero star.also there is a short, fat dark skin girl works there, she is extremely rude and got some serious attitude problem.

Love my local Freshco. They price match places other Freshco's don't. Always saves me time & money!

Update: Now only price matches Food Basic, No Frills, Walmart and Real Canadian Superstore.

Today will be my last day, doing groceries at this Frescho, or on the second thought I will stick with Oceans. This Freshco has one miserable, rude & unprofessional, cashier name Lalli. How do I know her name? After this mornings encounter with her, I asked her employees, why is that miserable cashier, so rude and they replied she is like that often with customers and then I asked them about her name and they told me her name. I wish I could post her picture. She dyes her hair blond, to shoulder length. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of rude emotional tormenting behavior from her. I'm sure there are many other customers, who have been a victim of her, nastiness. Thank You Frescho, for ruining my beautiful morning.

Yesterday, the cashier was so nice.when i brought one box of egg, she reminded me that one family can buy max. 4 boxes.i then picked up another 3.thanks so much

I live by that store. I will only shop there, it's a bit of a drive, but I don't care. Their slogan fresher cheaper is the truth. I go there every week for my griceries

This fresco is very good to get food items mainly you can get Indian food items there Indian Species moreover you can get cheap vegetables fruits rather than to Walmart because there are all things are available on best price I recommended to you go there try that fresco It also near to Bus stand

Is very basic, very full, long lines, low variety and EXPENSIVE! I find things in this FreshCo more expensive that the Chalo FreshCo in North bramalea. Odd.

I’m giving FreshCo 3 stars because I’ve never had a problem with produce or customer services. But I have always had a problem with it comes to buying meat from this location in particular.

Pros • Great customer service, friendly, fresh produce, shelves are always stocked!

Cons • Meat ISN’T always fresh.

I enjoyed shopping here. The variety of items available was mind-boggling. You name it, they had it. A very clear store and friendly staff are at this location.

One of my Favorite Grocery stores to go to.
Prices are very reasonable and they are open till 10: 00 pm which is very helpful.

Good place for Indian and Pakistani items, I found kurkure and Monaco biscuits. The prices are also competitive to Walmart, which is near by.

Good discount grocery store, friendly staff, and good selection. Watch out for an old lady that waits near lines and claims to have been waiting in line when she just gets there. Had a few run ins, not pleasant.

Now they reduced the price matching options to only 4 stores. No point in their tagline "Lowest price guarantee and We price match". Rather they should say " price match with only 4 stores"

I have been doing groceries last 6 years.it is clean, staffs are friendly.price is good. Vegetables are really fresh.after 4pm gets rush.

I asked a cashier to keep an eye on my cart while I went to get my bank card when I came back I had to go replace my items some which were no longer available. I think they allow a lot of unessessaries going on in this location because they have no competition

Lots of cashiers on, so the lines go quickly. Got some good deals. Lost a star for the crazy new set up of produce section that blocks passage for people who are there for something else. Too many bodies have to stop in the same areas, so the produce aisles get congested. Reasonably clean except where the corn-shuckers were stripping cobs all over

Great place to get your groceries. Fresh local produce, unbeatable prices. Look out for special weekly surprises in store.

Only good thing is that it is adjacent to Bramalea terminal, otherwise in terms of price & variety Chali Freshco is much better than this place.

Freshco is another one of those big grocery chain retailers in Brampton. While you can get A-Z in groceries, what differentiates Freshco is the presence of good customer service personnel. I had an incident where I initially picked 4 pieces of Chayote, but decided I only needed two. At checkout, I asked the cashier to remove 2 from the bag and only bill for 2. She removed the veggies from the bag alright but she forgot to put the billed items in the bag. So in essence, the billed item for which I paid didn't reach home. I had to make another trip to get all this sorted but thankfully the customer manager saved me the hassle and made the entire process simple. If only the cashier had billed the items properly in the first place. 5 stars otherwise.

The employees and owner at this store is disrespectful and could careless about their customers! To think I was calling the owner of the store to inform him how his store was being represented as a place that doesn’t put customers first/and how customers are disrespected by his employee, thinking he would be disappointed in his employees actions. To my surprise he actually saw no problem with his employees refusing to give me their name after being argumentative with me and putting the phone down on me. He also showed me why his employees act the way they do because he’s the perfect role model! I’m disgusted at the fact that I spent my hard earned money at a place where they treat their customers like they’re the problem. Dwayne (the owner) needs to teach his employees common customer service. Bottom line I’ll be spending my money where they treat their customers with common decency I hope everyone else will too. These places need to understand that they need us more than we need them. Until you’re the only grocery store you can’t be treating your customers like trash.

Absolutely Terrible. I went there today July 30th around 630 to price match a box of pampers diapers that Walmart was having on sale for $19.97, as I had gone to Walmart earlier in the day but Walmart didnt have my sons size in stock.

So I go to Freshco to price match grab the box go to the cash and show them the ad on the Flipp app that states the price for the pamper super pack. The cashier said she didnt have authorization to price match and needed to ask her manager.so I wait there, manager calls the owner who is sitting upstairs if it is okay to price match owner says no. I said okay let me speak to the owner then. Owner Dwayne cones downstairs and I ask him how come you cannot price match? Im showing you PROOF Walmart is having it on sale for $19.97? And I was just there today and they had the EXACT same one on sale? He says to me the picture in Walmarts advertisement (which Walmart had a size 2 box in there advertisement) has a different amount of diapers in it. Well anybody who has kids knows that each size has a different amount of diapers in it, the fact is it is a PAMPERS SWADDLERS SUPERPACK except I needed a size 3 not 2. So since when is size factor if it is on sale or not. Dwayne refused to price match even though it the same one. I will take my business elsewhere, sorry Freshco you lost a loyal customer, I would go there every Sunday. I will go elsewhere now. Beware there line "we wont be beat" is a complete lie! Over a couple bucks you lost my weekly business!

The prices are decent and I always get good service. I'd recommend it to any one on a budget and looking for good deals. I'll come here again.
