I have doing my weekly grocery shopping since moving to the area. Good prices and good selection of products.

Quite a good store. I did feel they have limited stock of a few items, specially international aisles. But I’ve always found I’ve been looking for.

Very nice staff there at this location. Thomas is courteous and professional and helpful. Produce is always fresh and well displayed and they always seem to have the flyer products in stock.

Enjoy shopping at this grocery but they need to extend the shopping hours back to what it was before!

Good choice of product including a wide variety of international products. Good choice of fruit and vegetables. All in all I recommend this store. Excellent.

Great store. Being a vistor from out of town it was clean, well stocked and the staff were helpful. Keep it up.

Quality and freshness is not the best sometimes. I do like that they have some different products to offer.

Amazing staff, amazing friendly customer service and great prices on great food. Definitely a place I'd recommend if your looking for amazing food deals for dinner meals and especially dairy products.

What more can I say but I love the low prices and the wide offering of foods, from vegan/plant based to traditional.

Rude associate, incorrect hours posted on the website. No management around to speak to. Seniors sitting outside in their cars bc they thought it was open. No Obvious S hours posted in the doorway.
Another time I went and tried to price match. The cashier was extremely rude in telling me they dont price match that store. (which they use to). I asked why it changed and again got a very RUDE answer. I'm not sure why frescho is all of a sudden too good to price match the stores they use to. Not impressed with their service or communication via website.

One complaint: We are in a pandemic.everywhere encourages cashless payment.so come on Freshco.enough with the quarter to get a cart or at least put back the hand baskets. Who carries quarters around. Really tired of this.

Store is always clean, layout is easy to navigate and find items. I've only ever encountered one employee in all my years shopping here that wasn't pleasant, and that was a number of years ago.

Spouse went in to buy flowers. I waited in car. Some people don't pay attention when going through parking lots!

You might think Zehr's is the bougie grocery store in town. You might also think Earth is flat. I'm not here to change your mind. But I will tell you the best selection of fresh produce and hard-to-find ethnic goods resides at non-other than Oville's own FreshCo. Bonus: it's clean, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Yesterday (28th oct), I went to purchase some food and had also got some beef from there which had an expiry date of 1st of Nov. All the staff were nice and made my way back to home. When I opened the beef it was smelling like rotten meat and had to throw away. I am personally never gonna go there of any of the meat purchases as this was my first time in this freshco and this happened to me.

I bought a bag of all purpose flour from this store on Oct 23rd. I called to complain and they argued to replace.it has green mould growing in the bag and inside on the flaps. I took a picture

Lots of fresh produce and everything is fully stocked. Friendly staff and overall great experience.

The staff are always kind and accommodated my medical exemption no questions asked!

And we love all the selection and great quality produce.

They have a very good selection of Carrabin, south Asian and even some Japanese products at reasonable prices. Shopping on a Saturday or Sunday is busy but not crowded or rushed.

Great store to shop, plenty of parking.
Cashier are courteous.
Find what you want easily. Price is right.

This a very nice place to shop. For myself, we can find all what we need there and in an affordable prices. Staff are nice, not cheerful but nice putting in our minds that they are busy, and sometimes we need help, they are giving you that help you need, but like 2 words answer, for 2 words question. Iam not local in Orangeville, but I like buying our groceries from there. Management need to supply us with more Halal meat and increase the Halal section.

Usually not busy when I go. Friendly staff. Good selection of international foods for a discount grocery. Good prices/sales. Bring a quarter for the carts!

Not too bad. Use security for covid. Bought 3 baskets of pointy pink and red flowers.i brought them in at night during spring and they bloomed til late fall! Oville gets a frost in may that can drive you mad. Good for bread and oranges.

Will never shop there again. Despite social distancing rules every cashier was sending people through the checkouts 2 at a time leaving people to pack their groceries within 3 feet of each other. Called the manager and she didn't seem to even care. Said that it "depends on how busy it is" and it was not busy at the time and that's beside the point. It shouldn't be done at all.

After a year of covid you would think that the company would gave figured it out by now but apparently the managers dont see any reason to protect its patrons.

Great shopping experience. There is always some goodies on sale.
There is a wide array of goods for various ethnicities.
There is always fresh lovely flowers around for purchase.
There is adequate parking as well

I luv this grogery store n this location specifically. They have wonderful staff. I have health issues & I always feel supported n seen. I have nvr encountered a rude employee. They are helpful, happy, kind hearted. The store is always clean n well organized so I easily find things n not go 0 on energy right away. Thanks everyone

Great place. Wonderful prices. If you don't like No Frills or you don't have one in your town. This is the place to shop. I sometimes find better Prices and Deals at Fresh-co. Its a great place to shop especial for someone on a budget.

Seems to have gone downhill. Prices seem to be higher than No Frills. It used to be the first place I went for shopping. But not now.

Limited variety in most of the sections but the produce is fresh. (Example - no parchment paper, limited dried herbs/spices - they were not out of these things, there was no place on the shelf for them)

This store has a great manager named Thomas. When I was looking for a hard to source hot sauce, he took the time to call other stores to find what I was looking for. Terrific customer service!

Very clean and friendly. They carry an amazing selection of ethnic foods which makes grocery shopping very convenient!

Great place to shop, all variety of groceries avilable, its fresh, clean and above all not pricey. Cheers for Freshco. I recommend 5 star grocery super store.

Manager I dealt with was rude and irrational.got in my personal space and physically bumped into me just disgusting.

Narrow isles very tight in there. Rarely is there shopping carts or baskets at the front. Poorly designed and managed

Make sure you have a quarter handy if you want a cart. You have to bag your own groceries so check out isn't that great feels super rushed. There vegetables are sub par depends on if you prefer savings over top of the line veggies.

My wife and I were just in the store Jan 23,2020. We had to go through the express line with more than the quota of 1-12 items, which was fine, however, the blonde woman with the fake eyelashes was running the till, and she was handling our groceries really roughly, basically throwing them across the scanner. Even our glass jars of spaghetti sauce and Frank's Red hot. She treated our food like it didn't matter. It was enough for me to notice that I certainly didn't like it. There was an elderly gentleman who went through the till before us, and instead of handing him his receipt, she shoves it in a bag or something. He remarked that he couldn't find it and that now he couldn't see how much he paid for his items. All that cashier could say was "Well, I gave you a receipt", and then turned around and ignored the customer. Another customer offered to help the man find his receipt, but then he was too frustrated, and left the store. This is not good customer service, and I for one will be avoiding this cashier in the future. Shame on her for this behaviour.

This FreshCo is as great as the others. I like it because it is clean and always well stocked. Especially with fruits and vegetables.

And how can you go wrong with their policy. If you don't like it, bring it back and we will replace it AND give you your money back!

FreshCo's prices are unbeatable! It is clean and organized and I usually have no trouble finding what I'm looking for. My only complaint is that the produce selection is sometimes not the freshest

Produce lacking so did not purchase. Some deals but not impressed. Highlights were cashier and helper who bagged for me and put groceries in my car due to my shoulder injury. They were great.

I went today approximately 4 pm and bought some groceries. I asked 7 bags from cashier when the items are scanned. She said ok. Then she didn't give me. I asked to her again, she threw some bags and told me, she didn't charge. Her attitude was very bad and I never seen this kind customer service anywhere else.

Place is close to home. Produce is not bad and reasonably priced. Large ethnic section of spices etc

Frescho is always amazing to shop in. Friendly staff. Always fresh produce and an easy to shop layout. Best proces aswell.

I've been there many times and its a good place would recommend if you need quick cheap groceries

The best grocery store in town!
I'm always blown away by how engaged the cashiers are at this store- they're personable and friendly, while providing rapid service. I've never had to wait in line for more than a few moments, even during busy Fridays and Saturdays.
The selection of products at this store is really fantastic too- if you're into global foods at all, they have a bit of everything. I don't even miss my grocery store from when I lived in Toronto- we can even pick up kimchi or dumplings at this local FreshCo. And the Mexican food selection is fantastic.

I actually really like this store! Fantastic prices and selection. I also have been fortunate enough to only have friendly staff whenever I've been there. My only complaint are their bags. I had one completely fail and I lost several glass items - after I already paid for them. Other than that I highly recommend this location!

I like the openness of this supermarket and the fact that their fruits and vegetables are often well-priced, sometimes lower than some of their competitors. They are located close to one of my favourite craft stores, so its easy to set out with the intention of doing one and end up doing both. It's a win-win.
