FreshCo Carleton Place & Lansdowne

Still cheaper than other options in Carleton Place. But it's getting more expensive every week. While it was busy today before the Thanksgiving long weekend it was nice that the lines were moving fast and the shelves were stocked.

Picked up a Fall planter & was $2 cheaper at the check out. Great specials on food. They always have the Milkbone biscuits that my dogs like. Also got a few treats for them (cheaper than other stores). They always have strawberry glaze there & cheaper than other stores. Staff very pleasant I now have a Scene card so can get points for purchases & discount on some items. Love shopping there.

Relatively small store but has all the essentials of life (and a lot cheaper than the YIG in Carleton place). We recently switched away from YIG and so far are happy with our decision.

Now we get scene points to shop here I've switched to do 99 percent of my Grocery shopping here.

I go weekly with my son for groceries. He's autistic and the staff are wonderful. A few associates have engaged him and shared that they too have autistic family members. It's wonderful to see the interactions.

My only concern is that frozen items are often coated in ice buildup. I notice entire skids of frozen foods on the floor in the aisle being worked slowly or completely unattended on a regular basis.

Always great veg and fruit. And the ethnic foods are amazing. Store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

First time visit.
Store felt "cold" I don't like the lime green. I prefer the No Frills yellow.
Heavily staffed and no customers.
Good for us bad for bottom line.
So if you needed.you get service.
Store was heavily stocked.
Neatly organized.
Hard to read signage.
Confusing Ad displays.
Missing 3 core Ad items: !
I will visit again and then give a final rating.

A nice shopping experience. Could benefit with a few more staff on the floor but overall a nice, if smaller, grocery store

Friendly people and understanding but I still won't go to the last minute before closing they work hard enough.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The produce is not always fresh and it is more expensive than other stores.

I give it a three because when I went only two cashiers on and the lineup for the cash people do cash out was across the front down one side and just starting to go across the back of the store that's how many people were waiting

Great prices, everything you need. Cindy is almost always there with a smile on her face to welcome you to the store with a clean cart. Lovely lady!

Our favorite grocery store in Carleton Place. Competitive pricing, the only store that price matches, and no longer gives out plastic bags!

I like this store. It's well stocked and not so large that it is tiring. The staff is very helpful and polite. I recently had surgery and appreciated all the help staff provided me.

Unfortunately, they allow people in the store without masks.
Makes me reluctant to return.

Well layed out store with items easy to find. Most notable difference to other grocery store in area is pricing. Paid almost half to what I have been paying at other grocery store and found everything I normally purchase. Well done

This grocery store is kind, courteous and understanding of people with mask exemptions. This morning they gave out a complimentary grocery bag to boot. Why haven't I been shopping at this store more often this past year? Clearly, the manager has done an excellent job educating his staff on the 'By-Laws' and treating the public with respect throughout this pandemic.

Lines can be so long sometimes and people really dont respect distancing in the aisles. I ended up not getting half the stuff I wanted and just trying to get to the cash quick to get out.

People are very helpful and friendly. I was in the store recently and could not find what I was looking for. I asked a gentleman (cant remember his name) and he helped me look for it. He could find it either, but he asked others until he found the product I was looking for. Recently they are making an effort to stay covid safe.

Lots of food in stock, even during the pandemic. Hand sanitizer dispenser located at the entrance and at the exit. When I visited the store there was no line up but a staff was keeping track of the amount of people going in and out.

Awesome.this is a wonderful grocery market. They take every precaution wrt COVID and the staff are all delightful! I must mention, the pricing of all items is incredible! Our family of multiple households chooses to drive the extra miles to shop at this store. We've never been disappointed! Thank you Freshco CP!

Inventory moves fast and produce is not always available, especially the flyer specials.

Employees are great especially the check team.

I love freshco I feel like I always save so much money going here for most my shopping. I say most because I have to go to Walmart and independent to get the rest of my vegan food on my list. They need to get more options like vegan shredded cheese, cream cheeses and such. Overall, best grocery store for prices

Pre covid, we preferred to shop here. Now, we avoid it like the actual plague. Customers don't social distance, cashiers weren't wearing masks, and no one seems to have any patience. The arrows on the floor do not seem to be an effective method for guiding anyone. Stay safe, stay home.

The best store in Town for fresh produce and reasonable prices. Always have great sales on which helps with people on a fixed income. I shop here all the time. The only negative is that some people are going in the store without a mask on and are getting served. These people should not be allowed to shop in the store without a mask. If there is a medical reason they are not wearing a mask they should have a paper from their Doctor which should have to be shown before they enter the store.

Great staff! Easy to find items.no lineups, but if there are the staff quickly direct the customers to the next cash. Great job everyone!

Freshco is well named. The produce is fabulous: and always fresh. Selection is amazing. Pricing is the lowest of all major chains. It is our go to spot to shop!

There are grocery stores closer than Freshco, but It's worth it to go out of my way to go there. Excellent quality produce for a very fair price. I'm thankful that my dollar goes further there. Being a single mom, I can't afford not to go there.

Should add some good international foods in here. Poor maintenance in International section. Don’t have even green thai chilli, I’ve been looking for 2 weeks in this store. Please add all items that’s suitable for fresh co store. Thank you

Freshco is always clean. The produce is a good price and of good quality. My preferred place to buy groceries

Always our number one place to go for groceries. Staff is great too. Sad that they keep running out of broccoli often though.
