FreshCo Dufferin & Dupont

There is a lot of construction, and it is interfering with my usual grocery shopping. Limited parking and carts. Parking area dark, and I no longer feel safe there at night as I have to park much further away. Selection more expensive and sometimes there are shortages.

Always there is/are prices mixed up and tags are misleading. For now, this the nearest place for grocery, if not the only one. Food not always fresh.

Good prices.but, the shelves are not stocked regularly. If they are out if something.could be weeks.

I really like going there to get my daily groceries. However, today as I was leaving the store, a man with not a single identification as a Fresco employee request to check my bags saying he was the "store's security guard". I found that extremely inappropriate and disrespectful, as I was approchead by a guy (again) who had no idetification to be an employee. I was wondering which person would like to present their groceries to be checked by a strange. Very unprofessional.

I've been shopping at this FreshCo for years but today is probably my last time ever stepping foot in there. Everytime I go there I get stuck with the older cashier with shoulder length grey hair. She is SO RUDE and humiliated me today. I told her I no longer wanted any of my groceries and she could have cared less. I called later to let the manager know what happened and he said he would talk with her. I asked him if anyone has ever made a complaint about her before and he said no but if you just take a moment to read some of the reviews, MANY people mentioned her specifically. If you do shop at this FreshCo, just do yourself a favour and avoid her line completely. She is the absolute worst!

Mediocre store with lousy meat section and higher than average prices in the Galleria. Worst cat food selection I have seen in a major grocery store. No frills blows this one away.

This location is a bit of a dump. Produce is pretty lacklustre in terms of quality and variety.

Everything in this location that was fresh food had gone bad, If you need non perishables, this is the place to go but if you want fresh food, maybe skip out on the "Fresh"Co. The floors are also always sticky, ALWAYS. I thought it was my shoes but the gym and Rexall next door have no issue.not sure if there is something wrong with the linoleum.

I live in downtown and specifically come to this Freshco to buy indian groceries along with other regular stuff. It has everything I want, staff is helpful in finding things I need. Best Freshco among all other stores.

The staff is nice, and the place is clean and well-stocked most of the time. Over the weekend some meats could get gone and won't be restocked soon, and many times the shopping baskets are nowhere to be found upon entering the store. Apart from that, a good place to shop at.

Lovely young, friebdly cashier went on break as my order was to be rung in. Petite mature cashier with grey hair extremely rude to me and next 2 customers. Poor customer service, bad attitude, no patience and in all the years I have been shopping at this store it is the one and only time I have had a bad experience. I will be sure not to go through her register in future.

Unlike the least covid friendly narrow isle neighbour Food Basics.this location is refreshingly open, has great hours, and staff are excellent (don't underestimate the importance of good staff at your grocery store). In fact. I am reluctant to post this as I want it to remain a secret.no, not a super wide selection BUT open till 10pm with best pricing around and good staff. And covid aware/friendly.

Huge store good inventory. A bit slow for checking out despite many cashiers.
Always a bit busy due to many other stores nearby but a good experience anyways.

No line up to get in. Only went for a few items. Small line up for cashier. Some things seem a bit more expensive than no frills, but they price match more stores.

I visit this location often because it has few specific herbs and food that I can't find anywhere else; like dried mint, Sahlab, pepper paste snd summak. I find something new every time I go.

Find a place with good prices. The only concern is that the vegetables and fruits are not that fresh most of the time.

Good service, the best prices but they need more cashier they only had 2 and like 20 people waiting to be charged

A1 FreshCo customer service was amazing especially the grocery worker name Matthew. Would shop here again. And the elderly cashier was very nice to me <3

It was fully stocked and the manager Connie DeFalco was very polite and showed awesome costumer service!

Low stocked. Cashiers are just plain unsympathetic. When u say hello they are just staring at u wtihout greeting u back and not even a smile.

FreshCo has been a great place to buy our groceries. They have continued to improve the space over the years, many of the staff have stuck around and are familiar. My guess is a good relationship with management.
They have a good variety of foods from around the world and decent produce.
During Covid19, it would be helpful if they removed the coin requirement for their carts, but I understand why they have it in the first place.

Happy this grocery store is less than 5 min walk from where i live which is very convenient. Rather go here than no frills on the weekend because theres less wait at the cash and i always get good service. My cashier today was adreanna. Adreanna was friendly and productive, even though she has a cast on one arm, she still is able to get the saturday rush done (cant imagine when both her arms are functinnal). Gd job!

This is in the lower end of the mid range grocery stores. You can buy cheaper for same quality and you can pay more for better quality elsewhere. There's reasonable stock but much of the time there are staff stocking shelves blocking the aisles with full carts or pallets of goods. Many times have had to move out of way of staff as they do not lend way to customers,

Place is clean most of the time. Has a good selection. However watch for wrong pricing. 3 out of 4 times they have something priced wrong. They do honour their pricing guarantee. Staff (some not all) are not that knowledgeable about their products.

It's not bad. Selection is average, the staff let you shop peacefully. One problem I noticed were the line ups. There would only be two of what i think 9 lanes open, with cashiers closing their till early and just standing there watching us instead of opening another lane. Place seems disorganized but friendly.

Great selection, great prices, and lots of stock! I know that every time I come here I'm going to leave with everything I need!

Pretty good FreshCo location, which is conveniently opened until 10pm. Never have to wait long for a cashier to open up at the times I’ve been here. At times, however, they leave some of the exterior lights off in the evening after dark, making getting a shopping cart or parking a bike potentially dangerous.

A large, low price grocery store. Fairly clean and well lit. The mall it is in is undergoing renovations so not always easy to locate from the wrong side of the mall.
