Definitely has gone downhill in the last couple of years. Produce is sub par and shelves are barely stocked. Staff are friendly though

Because if the produce which is moldy and NOT fresh way way to often. The rest of the store is just meh

This is a good place to grab the basics (and some produce). The produce selection is quite large (though mixed with quality). They do not have a deli- and the meat section is lack lustre. If you're wanting fresh meat/cheese or salad bar types of items then you would have to go elsewhere.
A great spot to get essentials, pantry items, international foods and snacks.

The cashier and other workers are always very nice and best of all you can go to that store on the first or last day of the sale and you will always get the sale items. Unlike alot of other stories.

Good local grocery store, good selection of products and reasonable prices. No bags available when you checkout. Only boxes available for packing up your order.

Needed to return a bag of Lactose free milk ($10 for 3 litres) that was bad and the expiration date was still over a week away. I was told by the manager that it is store policy that they don't refund "cold items" because they don't know how long it might have been left out of the refrigerator. Does this mean that FreshCo treats every customer like a liar and a cheater? So in return, let me call FreshCo thieves because they effectively stole my money.

Update June 15 - the store owner called me to apologize and offered a refund. The staff were mistaken and cold items can be returned if they are spoiled.

The employees were very nice always willing to help cashiers was very nice too bathroom was exceptionally clean keep up the good work

. Very convenient and I feel safe on grocery shopping at this location.low and affordable prices with variety of brand options that meets your budget.

Unfortunately I have watched the quality at this location go from a five star to a one. I have lived in Binbrook since this location first opened (with Shontel as the owner), and once this location switched owners (to current owner, Frank) I have seen the grocery stock along with the quality of produce fall dramatically. I used to do all my grocery shopping here, and I have since switched grocery stores to one about 10km from here, verses the 500 meter trip to this location.
Unfortunately the cashier's and floor staff will take all the heat for the owners poor management. Hopefully things turn around soon before we see a NO FRILLS open up next door and run this Freshco out of town.

FABULOUS experience. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful, above and beyond my expectation of a warehouse-type grocery store. With my very large order, 3 people helped me pack, including a lovely young man named Matt, who even helped me out to my car and assisted me loading my groceries. Never, EVER had this experience in the Oakville Freshco on Third Line!
Love, love, LOVE the feel and attitude of a well run grocery store that focuses on customer service!

Please fix your child restraints on your buggies! It’s so hard to find a cart with a working buckle, and if it isn’t broken, it’s missing the plastic seat. It’s a nightmare to shop with my toddler who is constantly escaping because she can’t be buckled in properly. I love this store but may need to shop elsewhere because of this.

My favorite store. 5 bags of groceries including a selection of lunch meats, bacon, sausages and hot dogs.plus fresh veggies and dairy.all for $123.clean, well stocked and a great produce dept. Awesome job binbrook freshco!

Today is Friday April 5th 2019

I have been in Binbrook for almost 6 years now, husband almost 9 and today was the 1st day we were blown away with set up and how amazing a little face lift and change in set up can actually do.

It deserves 5 stars for how amazing the new layout is and how fresh all produce looked for a while. I was currently driving to Fortinos for produce because each time product looked un appetizing. BUT not today the whole store was so well stocked and so clean. Staff alllll were so friendly greeting and saying have a great day when you left.

New owner " Frank" well done and thank you for the hard work in turning around the general look that we needed. The staff always were working hard but with good leadership you can now see how well it all goes together in the look.

Keep it up Binbrook Freshco and I hope this review gets read to each of you for all the hard work it doesnt go unnoticed!

Great staff and service though sometimes too busy. Better now with self serve. Fruit not fresh. Lots of mould on fruit.

Bigger than some other locations. Not many options for other grocery stores in town so it does the trick.

I hate how the cashier will not help bag your items even if you are the only customer at checkout. It is so unprofessional they the cashiers then chat amungst them selves while watching you bag your items. Additionally, taking about how dead the store is while still watching me bag my items. In a world where there are service providers at every corner and a growing ecommerce market within every company I think freshco should take a look at their competitors to better serve their customers. I can order my groceries online from fortinos, pick it up already bagged and be on my way.

I have been at this location many times and watched a mother with children try to balance bagging her all or her items, watching her children, tend to a crying baby and the cashier just watched. Its pathetic. Loblaws definitely does it right. They will even carry your items to your car if need be.
