I like coming here but cmon adjust the opening hours in holidays… i just drove 20 mins by the bike in that crazy sunny weather to find that the store is closed… happy Canada day

Lots of options at this location, seafood, butcher, international foods, it's clean and organized. The bathroom though. Clean it a little more often it's diagusting

Most convienent and opens at 7am, sell alcoholvat this location. Ver quiet not as busy in the morning as afternoon but its less traffic. But also less produce on the shelf because they just opened.

Great variety and very well stacked, but it took me 30 minutes or more to make it to the cashier for an expres line. They were forming lines all over. Very unorganized. People were cutting the lines, for there was no one to control the chaos. I have never seen such.confusion and disorder in a store.

If you miss any shopping during the evening you can get groceries here late around 10: 30. Especially when your done work and going home. An easy and quick pick up.

This is no Vaughan Mills or York Dale, however given it being one of the original malls, I would say it is pretty good for it's time and the community it is serving. The condition of the mall is very well maintained. If you are outside of the Jane and Finch community I don't have any reason to tell you why you would want to visit this mall. It is a great spot that people gathered before COVID and it has all the essentials that someone may need!

First time I came here and will never come back because I couldn’t believe and couldn’t imagine how dirty and busy the store is until actually saw a big mouse run underneath the shelves and nobody does anything! Is it normal in the store with mouses? So disgusting and scary to buy food here.

Buyer beware. I found expired cheese in the fridge at this location, so you really have to check the expiry date of everything before you buy it here. They also charged me for expensive lettuce instead of the cheap avocados I purchased because apparently, the item code for both of these products is very similar.

Good and fast service, excellent selection of products and everything I've bought here has come fresh, never had any issues.

Freshco at Jane & Finch is pretty good but struggles to compete with Walmart, which is nearby on Keele. They have a good halal meat counter, but unfortunately they don't have graded beef there. Their non-halal meats selection is not that good. Not as good as Walmart. But they do have a decent fish counter with excellent salmon. One thing they have an excellent deal on is apple pies, which are $5 for a 1.1kg pie - which comes from Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia.

I went to this store Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday to buy ice cream sandwiches that were to be on sale for 2 $ which they had on the flyers if they are not going to have a product they shouldn’t advertise it waisted my time to go there

I love coming to this store, its big, its well-stocked, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. Its spotless clean. Can't ask for more. It's a little more expensive than the No-Frills across Finch/Jane intersection but I would gladly pay the few pennies more for products and be in a cleaner environment.

The best place for grocery shopping. Affordable and cheap. You will get everything for household in the store.

Just shopped here as I thought it would be safe. Appears not to be so. The security guard had his mask off while talking on his phone and standing on the path to the cash registers. No way to get around him and have 6 feet. Multiple employees with masks off or around their chin while out on the floor. One that had his mask below his nose, then took it completely off to speak with a customer and not even trying to distance. Blatant disregard for public safety. Very inconsiderate and unfortunate since most people in the store at this time were seniors. Will never shop here again!

This FreshCo is attached to the Jane-Finch mall. It is very well managed and the product quality is good. They have a nice variety of fruits, nuts, vegetables and instore butchers providing fresh meat. In addition, the store sells beer. They carry a large inventory of dairy products. I like their coleslaw; it is the best value in town. The prices are very competitive; specially their “Compliments” brand. Watch out for their paper flyer or the electronic version on flipp. Wearing a mask is a requirment. Lots of parking space in front of the store. Produce in your store does not look fresh, veggies looking battered and bruised is something I've seen here more than a couple of times. Step up your quality control.

Friendly staff but disappointed there is no sanitized station at the entrance. I am a front line worker so it bother me

Store is always stocked. Fresh produce. Halal meat shop always has fresh meat for a good price. Decent variety of wine/beer. Store just need to have more cashier support for line ups.

Great selection. A wide variety from International and domestic items. They have a full service meat and fish market inside the store that offers regular and halal meats. They also have a wine and beer section. Not the best wine selections but pretty decent and inexpensive. The cashiers are very friendly.

Good place for reasonable groceries shopping. Reasonably priced asian and middle eastern foods available.

Hi I just want to say that in every weekend there are this Uber/Lyft drivers outside. Three of them asked me if I needed a taxi and I said no but it didn't go as I expected. The first man, when me and my sister were done shopping we were going outside and we turn around to see him trying to follow us luckily people were outside and he gestured me and my sister to go with him right after I rejected his offer so both of us went running home. The second man, when I was done shopping I went outside only to see him in his he gestured me to come to his car. The third one, when I was done shopping, I was walking until I noticed a black car following me and when I stopped walking. He turned around and stopped where I was standing he slid down his window and smiled at me creepily and I told him I didn't order neither an Uber or Lyft, I don't really remember what he said but then left and I never saw him again. But I sometimes see the second man in Frescho and I try my best to avoid him. And I'm 14 by the way.

Clean, neat and organized. The butcher shop is pretty good and has a large variety of meat options. However, I would urge the managment to assist their associates to fix up the customer service skills at this location. To place an order for meat takes too long sometimes. It doesn't appear the associates want to help the customer rather they avoid eye contact. I have experienced this one too many times. Other than that, everything else is pretty good.

I wish to thank Shukriya at the cash counter who provided awesome customer service, with a warm welcoming cheerful smile and attitude and handled my returns very efficiently and professionally. She made the whole experience very pleasant, effortless and efficient, i wish her the very best and more power to her. Thank you

First Time That I have shopped at Fresh Co Jane& Finch Store Very Nice Very Big Clean Lots of Staff Very Busy Saturday night Not Enough Tellers Working No Self Check out In A Really Big Store But you can Buy Beer At That Store But it's a very nice story Lot's Verity some really good prices so I Given them 4 Star's could had 5 for self checkout

I'm in love with the cashier! I hate this place for keeping her busy whole day. She treats me as stranger while at work. I'd love to visit this place often to see her. I miss you my love!

I've never had more problems with a grocery store than I have with this Freshco. Aside from worms in produce and mouldy donuts, they also sell bagel bites which are often spoiled, with the meat that is suppose to be red appearing white/gray. This has happened several times and despite complaints, nothing changes.

The Jane/Finch Mall's Freshco isn't always Fresh. No grocery store has ever disgusted me as much as they have.

Very bad customer service.
Wadi is a disrespect cashier, item limited to go back lineup again if want to buy more, while other cashiers no limitations.
I went there with 2 person he still not let me buy he view as 1 person if come together.
So rude, if asking too many questions he will call security.
In the store don’t show limited. Why?

I was actually taken aback by the variety, quality and prices. I would now put this way north of Food Basics and No Frills.

It was crowded. I could not get a case of canned Five Alive juice.
Also I could not get a case of canned Frutopia pop. I got crush and gingerale

Cheap prices lots of good stuff to chose from but the meat isnt really fresh from monday to wendsday but the fresh batch usually comes out o thursdays.

Location is great. Varieties are good. However, there was one particular cashier who had a very poor attitude and customer service. I politely asked for a bag before i paid and was waiting for the bag after I did. When asked, she threw the bag at me and did not even seem to be sorry about it. Customers dont deserve this kind of treatment. Hopefully, the store management takes a look into this.
