FreshCo Kalar & Lundy's Lane

This is a fairly nice grocery store with a fair selection of items to choose from and competitive prices compared to other grocery stores in the area. It is in a pretty solid location which adds to the convenience of shopping here. It also has a spacious parking lot with more than enough room for all of their customers.

FreshCo is very good store to by your groceries from it, price is closed to Walmart and you can save more if you used loyalty points program (Scene+).

Need to pay attention to best before date. They always put fresh items behind the almost expired items.

I would rather pay the extra money at another grocery store to not have to deal with the absolute rude customer service I had. We stood in three different lines because the lines kept closing as soon as it was our turn then the young lady that helped us had a huge attitude when I was asking for assistance with the debit machine that wasn’t working. I also asked if I could redeem scene with my debit and she gave me such attitude for a simple question…we will never come back here.

I shop here regularly because its just down the street from my place not to pricey but not the cheapest either good selection though and meat is medium quality

Good variet make sure you check out the fruits and vegetables before buying they tend to be expired

Good in terms of variety, but really really bad customer service from top to bottom. Refusals on Price Matches, rainchecks and many hassles with the management. THE worst store around for sure

Usually shop here all the time, the staff (mainly cashiers) are really lovely.however this morning I found a worm in my blueberries (thankfully before I gave it to my 5 yr old) and I spoke to the manager about it and he did not care at all. He offered me a refund but literally shrugged about it. Of course I took the refund but I’m mortified by the experience and will not be buying our produce here anymore, especially seeing how he didn’t care at all. Buy your produce here at your own risk. I soak all produce for 30min with vinegar and baking soda and this was still there

It is a big market where Turkish products are also available. You can find everything you are looking for. It has quality and beautiful products, especially Turkey has very good bread like loaf bread.

Is a good place to get all type of groceries. You can get also indian groceries and they all are fresh especially vegetables. Good place to explore.

Not your typical 'Freshco' by far, since it's so much better. Well-stocked and well worth going out of your way for, especially when visiting Niagara Falls @ Kalar Rd and Lundy's Lane. They offer a fine selection of international and domestic wines to choose from.

Have to use quarters for buggies which i don't carry, they only sale reusable bags, the cashiers are so cramped with people trying to cash out. A very bad experience.

We stayed at KOA and this was our go to place. Nice to have reasonable pricing stir e s in niagara

I just was there, a lady in her 20s wasn't wearing a mask, someone asked her to do it and she start laughing and no was until more insistence that she decided to use her clothes as a mask. I can't believe that the store is playing a record encouraging people to use a mask but nobody asked her to do it while she was inside. Not been this enough, one of the employees told her that she could be there without the mask. That was very annoying because now she was feeling that she was right. We are all together in this. Well done for the Mr that asked her to use a mask.

Found that it doesnt have some of the products my family uses. For eg. Onion soup mix. But its a clean grocery store and the employees are always friendly, helpful, fast and efficient.

I went to freshco today with my boyfriend and found mold in the pepperoni sticks. Did not get a picture this time but come on what is even happening here. FIX YOUR STORE. This is a picture of the meat also in freshco. This is disgusting

I think some staff need to retrain on how to be a little more nice (maybe smile one in awhile?) Or go find a job that does not require interacting with customers? And some need to be retrained on how ad matches work

Low priced groceries without many extras. This grocer keeps their prices low by not having a bakery, florist, deli etc in the store. Aisles are spacious and items are easy to find. Decent produce. Carts do require a deposit. It's usually pretty easy to find parking spaces in the lot. There is a starbucks on the same property. Staff here are some of the best cashiers I've encountered. You can purchase alcoholic beverages here.

I do like visiting this location, great prices, fabulous selection of fresh vegetables. Clean location to add. The only downside in my opinion is that fellow shoppers crowd the aisle and not paying attention to the very clearly defined arrows - this of course is not the stores fault! Will be returning.

Advertised item not available. Indian mangoes $20 box of 6. Mangoes were either not ripe or spoiled. Boxes stated do not open, examinded and perfect condition

A very bad experience is witnessed from a cashier to a customer, at counter No 7 at 4.00PM on 16th May 2021. Cashier, she was soooooo rude at customer (a senior) as he was little slow. She was yelling at him for grabbing one beer from a six pack. That should not be appreciated when dealing with customers. Sooo BAD.

Clean store. Fresh veggies and fruit were good. Staff was very friendly, helpful and happy. Would go again.

Well from the obvious, they do offer a variety of ethnic items, relatively. If you need more authentic, try Thai Bihn or My Choice in St Catharines.

Anti maskers are allowed in regardless of health considerations.

Dairy products left out and mouldy are simply returned to the shelf when they should be discarded.

No face cover required! The guy walk into the story without any face cover during lockdown! NONE of the stuffs stopped him and even ask why? ! One of the stuffs said he should at least wear a shield to cover his face by LAW, but there is nothing they can do about it. The story doesn’t care about public health, or the law. All they care about is making money from the unlawful customers other stores don’t want. Not going there anymore.

We go here primarily for John in the Pharmacy, he is wonderful goes up and beyond, he is a true professional, ultra efficient and super friendly, Thanks John.

Not good experience as customer as one grocery manager waste my time 15 minutes of morning solving issues about bread department and eventually he said that I dont handle this department and nothing I wanna do and then I ask for general manager he was not there so if I want to complain I have to come tomorrow or call tomorrow to waste more time to improve theirs service.

By far one of the worst grocery stores in the area. It’s just a hot mess how they operate the store and it’s always too crowded. I’d much rather drive an extra few minutes to go to Food Basics.

Always clean and organized. Staff are always friendly. Would be nice to get free wifi inside. My phone doesn't always work and I like to check local deals as I am shopping.

When open very good. Now is very bad. You can see everyday 10-15 or 20 people lined up and only 1 or 2 cashiers working. Not recommend

The produce is awful. Like im super sorry to say that but it is. This is Niagara Falls People and its like you haul it in from the bowels of Toronto.
