There, s clerk who works express all the the time.you will know when you meet her, she very rude to the customers refuses to give her name when ask by a customer.with this kind of help you need to find a new grocery store not this one.

Store is always full organized and clean. Produce is fresh and available. Staff is very helpful and polite. Store is more affordable then anywhere else.i highly recommend it to anyone.

Used to have the best selection in town, now due to lack of inventory management the shelves are usually 1/4 to 1/2 empty, even when all the other stores in town are fully stocked. Also, there is a short bald man that works in the meat dept that is consistently inappropriate with women and aggressively rude to men

Always clean and organized. Staff uses correct sanitation protocol and are super friendly.
Today, August 7/23 a new owner has taken over, and they are offering a free BBQ meal (hot dogs), salads, fruits, desserts etc. What a beautiful thing to see in this day and age.

Good clean store that has all the groceries that you would expect to find at great prices. Staff keeps the store well stocked and are readily available to help if you need it.

Over the years FreshCo started offering wider cultures now in Peterborough you can get all the Halal grocery without any difficulty that is a great move by the Peterborough FreshCo it shows their change of heart as just couple of years back even after request they never wanted to cater for other cultures

Understand the thinking behind the " coin to get a cart", but it is a pain. Nice fresh fruit/ vegetable section. Friendly, helpful staff.

No variety of products and no self checkouts. Cashier threw the receipt at us and didn't say thank you or have a good day or anything after the transaction, just turned to another employee and started talking about a drug dealer. Self checkouts have better customer service and they're cheaper.

This store has a fantastic variety of ethnic food. I got some fantastic dumplings and look forward to trying more

The store lately has been a lot cleaner than usual. The workers and store owner are very pleasant to talk to. Overall good service

I regularly shop at this Freshco. The produce is fresh and the prices are cheaper than other grocery stores. I noticed some improvements recently and was told they have a new manager. It has never looked better in terms of cleanliness and the shelves being well stocked.

Do most of my shopping there. It's close to my home and they have most of the things I need. The place is always clean and they do there best to keep the shelf stocked. The staff is always friendly.

Went here with my boyfriend and his friend, my boyfriend was going to purchase 2 cases of beer for HIMSELF.he is legal age, provided proper ID.the cashier asked if my boyfriends friend also had ID, he did not as he wasn’t the one purchasing and is underage.so they were refused the purchase, even though the items were already partially paid for.the cashier then proceeded to say she had already smart served my boyfriend’s friend in the past after he said he was underage and wasn’t planning on drinking the beer.moral of the story; this location is irresponsible, serves alcohol to minors, and does not properly ID customers.

Came in once during covid times, unfortunately I didn't enjoy the store. This time I was impressed, clean, no lineups, stock and produce were good and very good prices.

Fresco is one of my “ go to” grocery stores. They have a great selection of all the staples, and at a better price point than some of the competitors. I also appreciate that they offer international food items, where I can find my favourite Mexican spice (Tajin).

Fresh I is our regular grocery store, prefer the one on Brock, Peterborough, definitely not the surroundings, but the staff, manager, security guard, make shopping a pleasure.
