Good location. Large parking lot with plenty of space. Tim hortons is also in the sane parking lot. The store is clean and well maintained. Items are stocked amply. Will return

Horrible customer service with no common sense!
I just wanted to use a functional shopping cart to do some shopping. I was ready to do a full shopping errand so I paid my quarter to unlock a cart … the first cart didn’t work as the wheels were locked so I dragged the cart 50 ft to lock it and retrieve my quarter to unlock another cart, this one worked for the first 20 feet then the wheels locked … the lady be behind tried to unlock a third cart but those wheels were locked too (that’s 3 carts in a row with locked wheels!) and I noticed she called an employee to unlock her cart so I did the same & this next employee called another employee and they tried to unlock the wheels of my cart but to no avail… this ordeal already wasted 20 minutes of my time and I was very frustrated. Neither of the two employees offered to help me try another cart or paid me back my quarter to try unlocking another cart. So I just grabbed a basket picked up a few items (much less than I intended to buy) paid for them and left the store to go to another grocery market that had a functioning shopping cart and employees who care about customer service!

Fresh co is not my favorite grocery store. Its a grocery store i shop for odds and ends. My biggest complaint about fresh co is no self checkout.

Umm fairly big store. My family prefers a couple items from this store. Prices are umm I guess they vary. So I do go to this location quite often. I'd like to mention I just met my 1st decent cashier in a long time. I find most of them to be very rude. I've left with a uneasy feeling more times then I'd like to admit. Best of luck

This Fresh-CO is in a Good Location, though I don't always know where the already Chopped & Bagged, Carrots are? ! I'm not interested in the Organic Bagged Carrots, I don't want to Spend that much! Well for the most Part it's a Very well Stocked Store, & a Clean Store!

My weekly go-to store. I come here with my brother and always find the store neat and tidy. Produce almost always in great shape and everything is priced reasonably. Staff here is lovely and welcoming!

Very friendly staff, products well stocked. Getting a better variety of healthy/plant based options (could def do with much more but any improvements are appreciated) and they did away with plastic bags which is AMAZING!

They had their store hours posted "OPEN NOW" however when we arrived after driving all the way there, a handwritten sign on the door read "Closed"

This location has plenty of parking, the store is large and we'll stocked with reasonably priced fresh produce, and the place is clean.

I find this door is a lot better than the one that Victoria park in Girard cuz the one there does not have half the time anything that you're looking for but the one down here on leslieville it's really good

They have some freaky looking sweet potatos sometimes, but I like it there. Pretty good snack selection, great when I start baking a cake too late in the day and need to go get icing sugar and chocolates at 9pm

Cresco's it's a pretty good place to shop not as clean as other stores but it's progress not perfection the staff are friendly and helpful and there's a lot of good deals it's a good place to shop and enjoy your day

Bad Stock Management - One day they have soda water - the next they have none. With all the data they collect why do they not keep items in stock?

Just returned from my by weekly big shop at this Freshco to which in switched from Food Basic months ago as i found it very on top of saftey protocol.very disappointed: no security at entrance to encourage hand sanitation and spray on cart handles, nor at cash line ups.people trying to cut in, only 2 cash opened so wanted to rush other people by me as im packing big grocery. I spoke up and cashier waited, as they had previous

A great place to shop, especially for international foods. It’s well stocked and organized, the staff are really top notch either helping customers or stocking shelves quick. To add to that the prices are good on most products.

Produce is well stocked, good deals on meat and cheese. Recently got rid of some products and moved everything around which is rather frustrating, have put a lot of stuff in the aisle making it harder/ slower. Couldn't find dijon mustard.

It's one of those groceries places that doesn't leave you tired and annoyed because the layout is confusing and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The prices are pretty affordable and the quality is really great for most grocery items. When certain grocery items goes on sale, your grocery budget can really go a far way. I especially like when groceries in the meat department go on sale. I wished that fresh fruits and vegetables, you know the healthy stuff would go on sale more often.

Love this location. Always a good amount of inventory and it is clean. I love the ethnic aisle they have. Keep up the good work.

Prices increased substantially for vegetables. May be someone wants to make his New Year prosperous. Disappointing.

Went in for 2 specialty NFLD items and came out without them and $200 worth of other groceries.

4 days later, found my items! Lines were long but moved very quickly.

Remember your 25 cents for your cart!

Pretty good variety for a discount grocery story. Lots of uncommon international products. Rarely is there a long lineup outside despite restricted COVID entry. Store is kept tidy. A few observations:

1. The store often plays games with pricing to avoid their own price match guarantee. For example it doesn’t disclose price per lbs/kg for meat. So a pkg of chicken will have a big $11 sticker on it implying it’s on sale. Though it doesn’t reveal the unit price which is often as high as Loblaw. This is dishonest - esp since their customers are often working class people who can’t afford Loblaw. It may also contravene The Competition Act or spirit of it.

2. Sometimes they inexplicably jack up the price of their cilantro - or change bunch sizes. More price games. Weird, considering all other produce is usually reasonably priced.

3. A lot of middle aged and older dudes shop here on weekdays. Something about the discount plainness of this place maybe. Just an observation.

Great grocery store location and outdoor parking without cost. Clean and always stock in what we need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cash registers always open and have never found a time with long waits. Covid-19 regulations in place and everyone following the rules in place.

Discount grocery store that has an excellent selection. The placement of items is chaotic in my opinion. For example cranberry sauce, pine apple chunks and canned fruits are all in different isles.

Love this store, been coming here awhile, the parking is convenient, the store is not huge to walk around like loblaws, but they still have what you need

Nice quick spot to grab groceries, complimentary hand sanitizer, shopping carts take 25 cents just a heads up.

Open some cash registers. 27 people in line waiting on 2 poor cashiers. I feel for them! We're queued up around the whole place, no one can shop at a distance from this line!

This is generally a pretty pleasant shopping experience for this class of grocer. They have a really good variety of items, especially international, good quality produce, and usually isn’t too busy. I’d recommend going in the early morning or late evening during the week (if you can).

I like this Fresh Co. Clean, most shelves are well stocked and never to busy. Staff are friendly.

Clean nd Tidy. Variety of things you will get here in cheap price but U have to be lucky for that. It gets sold quickly so every time you will definitely find fresh stuff.

They are taking the necessary precautions of social distancing and sanitizing during these times of covid19

Five stars all because of Sinovia. On a Saturday afternoon, I happened to be in the area playing Volleyball at Woodbine beach. Then, afterwards came to this Freschco, due to convenience of proximity. Shopping was the typical positive experience. Sinovia cashed me out, just provided pleasant conversation, but her thoughtfulness was so apparent. While I was packing my groceries, another customer after me, she asked me if it was okay if the customer could use the debit machine (physical distancing) demonstrating respect and consideration for other's comfort of physical distancing. Then, as she was stepping away from the cash, she left an extra plastic bag for me in case I needed it (I didn't). The little things go a long way. Thanks Sinovia, you're an angel in human form!

Im writing this review because, the staff at this freshco has been extremely professional, friendly and patient during this whole covid nonsense.

I believe a tip jar should be setup for the staff.or you can just tip them individually as I have started doing.

Staff r always professional. I personal Ly like everyone on the store to wear a mask as it is recommended. Ppl still wander up and down aisles despite being advised to follow the arrows. Safety, safety, safety is a concern of mine for ever one who visits the store. Thanks for asking

First time there. Its clean and the staff are nice and helpful. I usually go to the freshco at Victoria Park and Gerrard and i noticed the prices are different, vp and gerr are a tad cheaper. But all and all it was a good experience

No one wears a mask or gloves. No hand sanitizer! Buggies are not cleaned for customers. Most customers are not wearing face masks either. If you want Covid 19 visit here

Fast. Inexpensive. Nice people at register. Not one of the girls so much as called me a silly stoner which did not cause me to say

FreshCo though cheaper than the brand name stores still lacks on quality. Lots of dented cans, bruised and tasteless produce, close to the end code dates. Honestly these are just some areas that are need of improvement

Not at all pleased with my trip to FreshCo on Fri. Jan. 24 at 5: 30 pm. I decided to try FreshCo as my new grocery store but my first trip will be my last. Ran into an employee — a middle-aged African-Canadian gentleman — who was categorically unhelpful and consequently rude. (All I wanted to know was the location of mint leaves and ginger.) I had my young daughter with me and even she noticed, prompting her to suggest I ask someone else. I don't know if this person was having a bad day or something, but his bad day cost you at least this one customer.

I've given this store many chances before but I'm consistently disappointed with the quality of food sold here. I bought chestnuts once and every single one was rotten. Bought meat and it stank when I opened it even though it was way before the "best before date". Bought veggies and fruits and they're either rotten from the core or go from unripe to rotten. Just walking around in the veggies and fruits section you'll notice a huge portion of them are in terrible shape and you'll be hard pressed to find something that looks usable. I can't understand why this place is called Freshco as they just leave the rotten fruits and veggies on display. What a shame.
