You should take returns from any FreshCo location:/ unsatisfied customer. It was one item.

Very bad customer service, nothing is fresh. They're taking the customers photo while they're walking away from the store.

Your infamous rude cashier pissed me off also. In this day and age there is no tolerance for such bad behaviour.

Easy to shop well laid out.

The main thing that's bothering is they don't even have a express line sometimes you stand in line for 7min for one item

Well maintained, always stocked store. Fresh produce. They have a self checkout counter which i love! Reasonable prices.freshco is my go to grocery store for everyday groceries.

Affordable price, Senior 2staff whom I am seeing for last 6yrs and Supervisor Lady is very kind and helpful. Fast on their heels. I like shopping in this Location of Freshco

My first time visiting this freshco. I was so happy to see they have so much of Indian groceries sweets snacks and fresh vegetables like karela. Prices are very reasonable if you compare to any normal grocery store.quality of product is so much better than Nofrill‘s.

This supermarket is inconsistent depending where you are.
The store in Pickering is the nicest I have been in.
The produce is superior to all the others.
I do not understand why the are not the same!

You get everything here and at good prices. This place is well maintained and is located at a prime location with good bus service. Staff are also nice and always willing to help you out.

I'm an Indian guy and I find most of the things I need to prepare Indian dishes. Grams, pulses, produce, meat, everything is here.

The reason I took off 1 star is because several times over the past 2 years, I've found produce that are not fresh. I could see rot right on the surface.

But there a 2 great things that have happened recently. First is that they've started selling rotisserie chicken which is simply great. Price for it was $8.99 when I bought it on December 3rd, 2021.

Another thing that I love are the self check-out stations. If I'm in a hurry, I don't have to wait in line anymore. Also, I can take my own sweet time in bagging my items without anyone breathing down my neck.

It has most of the basic things. Had bad experience with a cake i bought few time. Try to avoif this and save money

Nothing particularly spectacular about this location. Nothing notably bad either.

Here are a few observations:

- Cashiers are quick.

-Prices are reasonable (it's a FreshCo)

- Store is well kept.

- A bit cramped in there. That feeling gets compounded when they're busy. That being said, you kind of want to leave as soon as you walk in sometimes.

What else is there to say. Place is great other than the fact that their asian aisle is lacking.

Wonderful place to shop. Beautifully looking and tasting veg/fruits choices. Store has been rearranged for making a better experience. Protocol are in place for Covid. Very clean store, friendly and respectful staff. Wheelchair accessible.

This FreshCo location has grown sooooooo much! Cleaner, brighter, great layout and now they serve 1kg bbq chicken that's made on site. Shopping in the morning around 9am still isn't bad. Less people, more parking and lineups are quick and not to mention their prices are slightly better than others.

Great store, kept very clean. Free parking is available and they have fair prices o most items. I definitely save shopping here.

Pretty decent place after making changes, I prefer to buy my groceries from there as staff is extremely helpful and always looking forward to guide customers. Almost everything we need is available here.

Prices reasonable. No long queues anymore at this store. South Asians can shop here rather than go to places like India town on Markham Road. Cleaner and less expensive. I am boycotting the India Town on Markham Road.

This place used to sell good quality vegetables and fruits. But when I went there last Tuesday, my experience was not so great. Some of the vegetables were not fresh. To specifically mention, the entire lot of red onions were sub standard. Hopefully they had taken them off the shelf, after I spoke with the supervisor regarding this.

Not very crowded. You will get almost anything in lowest price here. Even if it is a bit far from my home, i bought groceries from here due to lowest price and better customer service.

Dont visit this location the new managers ruined this store and while shopping there I see them yelling at the workers and nothing fresh I found mold on chesse and expired meat DONT GO TO THIS STORE!

I was standing in line for about 20min this morning for one item. When I got to the cash register, only 3 were open and one of them would take off and do other things. I don't know but I think specifically during times like this you would have like a express lane or self checkout to get people moving asap. And when approaching employees about it very rude and arrogant response.

This is my honest opinion: It's one of the cheapest store in terms of the cashiers present at checkout thar I have ever experienced in 16 years of Canada. Always line ups, regardless covid situation, even though, I have been to other grocery stores during pandemic and I haven't lined up the way I'm lining up here. I would close the business if I were the manager. I have to admit that it's the closest grocery store from my place, that's why I'm going there, but I always go there disgusted.

You gotta fix you damn line up! It is so unfair for other customers who are coming in for an item or two and need to line up for 30 minutes! Ridiculous!

First time at FreshCo. Surprised, clean, well stocked and helpful cashier (Tanmay).
Line up to cash out was LONG but fast moving.

Clean, prepare to line up outside. All good, limits the amount of people inside store. Good selection and prices. Friendly cashier.
Be kind to the hard working staff, they deserve it!

There should be one dedicated (express) lane for those buy 1 to 10 items, especially during these times where people just want to buy a couple of things and leave.

I usually visit this store location for fair deals. They always bring some good offers for cleaning products. One thing I noticed they usually don’t fill up stock that much fast back to the floor

No social distancing my mom asked the cashier 3x to wait till we were finished bagging to cash the next person out and she pretended like she didnt even hear us

This place is has the quality products as compared to it's competitors. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I like this store. Just please think of a new cart lock for people who don't carry cash. I always end up shopping without a cart carrying my grocery in my arms which is very annoying. I never understood the logic behind a 0.25 c lock. You can also create a station for accessing carts using credit card like the ones they have in the malls. Other stores provide large baskets with wheels as an alternative. Thanks

Staff can be customer oriented when they feel up to it. Fresh food each time, prices are amazing too.

Variety of Indian food. But dairy area need cleaning. I visit there several times but always looks dirty.

Genuinely wish I could rate it lower.

I'm sure both the deals and the produce live up to there so so reputation it's just the attitude of the staff that manages to make a reasonably run-of-the-mill experience just terrible.

Can't remember the last time I encountered such a lack of respect for the corporate image as I have here.

Avoid if at all possible.
There's at least five separate department and grocery stores within walking distance - 4 of whom have consistently lower prices and show better appreciation for customers walking through the door.

Do yourself a favor, and Skip this place.

Julia Childs summed it up when she said "people who love to eat are always the best people".  SO.what makes food and the people who enjoy it so great? Food is not simply stuff that people eat when their hungry. Food is awesome, delicious, inventive, colorful, inspiring, and so much more. A mutual love of food can bring different people together and can make the saddest person feel a little better without even meaning to. I love food and think you should too. So, here are a few reasons why I <3 food SO much.

1. It brings people together.

There's nothing better than having your whole family home around the same table for dinner. Food is a catalyst that brings people together. Having the entire family together at your grandparents' house for Christmas Eve dinner or a Thanksgiving meal, treating a friend to a birthday dinner, or annual family celebrations are perfect ways to keep in touch and connect with your family and friends that you might not see regularly. If a distant relative or family friend I hadn't seen in a while was in Boston and offered to take me out to dinner to 'catch up', you bet I would take them up on the offer. Food is a wonderful thing that can bring people together and can help you keep the ones you love close.

2. It's social.

Think about how many times you've texted a friend and said 'hey wanna get ice cream' or 'rise and shine we're getting brunch'. Even though you might not realize it, tons of social events are centered around food. Birthday or holiday dinners, city trips, lunch dates, cocktail parties, happy hours, and even pizza parties in your dorm room. The minute someone says 'there will be food' so many more people are apt to show up to the event or social gathering. People bond over food they enjoy and there are many different communities, like the vegan community, that have been formed all based on similar diets. Food makes everything more fun and it's a great way to get friends together and to connect with others!

3. It's always there for you.

We don't have a FreshCo in our neighbourhood so thought we'd stop in and check it out. Not impressed with the cleanliness or the quality of the stock. Not sure if the carts were sanitized or not. Just gave up shopping halfway through the store as I couldn't stand it anymore.

Fruits and vegetables need massive upgrade in Quality, Groceries are good and affordable with some prices higher than No Frills and Walmart
But overall not bad if better fresh produce is available

Great place to do your groceries. Nice products and excellent customer service. Value for money!
