Good store. Cheaper for a lot of products than other grocery stores in the area. Not the biggest store, but it was a wide variety of products. Clean and well maintained. Staff is very lovely. A lot of younger people work there and they are always busy stocking shelves and working hard. Super friendly and ready to help any time I have had a question.

Always love my experience here. Sometimes produce isn't so great.but always friendly, always clean.

Fresco is the worst place for people with disabilities cause if a person with disabilities doesnt have help they have to use a small basket on there lap and kick any big boxes they want.like every other store has an electric wheelchair/ scooter with a basket and this is the only grocery store that doesnt i pb wont ever shop here again.also the prices are more expensive than any other store! I used to shop here cause it was cheap and affordable now its just expensive and not worth it!

Well laid out, easy to find most items, and the staff is knowledgeable. Store owners are happy to help, and easy to talk to.of they're not slammed at the store.

Produce didn’t look good the red leaf lettuce looked like it was sitting there for days all wet and soggy looking

Love my experiences shopping at Fresh Co. Staff is very kind and helpful. A wide variety of foods and non food items can be found. I save so much money when I shop there.

Only frustrating thing was a mother was shopping with her toddler and he wasn't having aa good day. People working an shopping were can't she just pay and leave. Cashier went out grab her cart like she was being nice to check her out. She just wanted them gone from the store. Not cool!

Not as friendly as it was likely as it's busy.

I want to support local businesses, but this one, I support on a limited capacity because of necessity. Prices are reasonable, but watch the flyer for certain. Atmostphere is horrendous!

Does not price match half the grocery in the area. They have a list at the cash out. Maybe they should put a list on the front door that says We do NOT price match these stores.

Watched a lady go through a basket of cucumbers taking each one out and made her own basket. So much for COVID SAFETY

For someone on a fixed income it was a good place to shop. As goes on tho so dose the cost of living and I'm finding it hard to shop there. I would go in with 40 50 dollars and come out with 6 or 7 bags of items but now I go in and I'm lucky to come out with 4 bags

This store has lots of great deals and even better service. I have shopped here for years for both work and home,
have nothing but positive words to say.

No complaints still the best fruit of any store especially Walmart don't buy tangerines or mandarins in Walmart flavorless garbage come to freshCo always fresh.

It was an awesome experience, highly recommend, has the best prices around even beat Walmart and no frills. Definitely worth checking out, very nice parking lot view.

This store is so well organized for the covid19 situation we are all in, from grocery aisles to cash out they have mastered the experience for their customers.

Our favorite store with great accessibility and we go often. Just wish the would remove the word HANDICAPPED from their parking signs. Its insulting and against Canadian Human Rights and Bill C-81. May not seem important but it is very important and wrong that this still happens in Canada. We should do better.

I have trouble walking & waiting in long lineup is impossible so unfortunately tend to go to store with electric ride carts

Being a Trentonian, I want to support local businesses, but this one, I can no longer support. Today (May 2nd), I drove into the parking lot to see it almost full. I thought Ontario was in a lockdown! Anyhow, prices are reasonable, but the atmostphere is horrendous and high-schoolers run the show on the weekend. My teenage daughter and I just run from the place most nights. But today, the check-out was sillier than normal, as there were too many customers in the store and a confusing teller-prompting system had been set-up. I would recommend shopping in Belleville where the shopping experience is civilized, especially the store across from Staples. Everyone who wants discounted groceries - shops there!

Well organized, follows COVID precautions with markings, sanitizer, etc. Assortment of more specialized items is limited by store size/ shelf space. For example, the baking isle has only two types of bread flour and a few basic yeast types, no milk powder. These were all ingredients I needed for my bread maker's basic recipe. Made a few substitutions, thanks to very helpful staff. There were only two isles open in check out, but both cashiers were efficient and really pleasant to customers.
Overall, good experience - will shop there again.

Friendly staff, always willing to offer advice on healthy home cooked dishes. The environment is filled with kindness and positivity.
Let's not forget the fresh food as well.

Store needs to invest in baskets or smaller carts for customers who only want to get a few items without having to get a huge cart.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The staff are a reason to keep coming back, that and the sales! Plus they price match.

People cut in the line that is clearly posted staff saw this and did nothing. Its been over a year people, follow the GD arrows, read the signs and pay attention. Maybe next time the staff can speak up instead of walking away.

This is the cheapest place to buy every day groceries. They price match anyways but they are consistently cheaper than even Walmart. The quality of there home brand is every bit as good as the others and they really do have good quality produce, which to me is the only other differentiator. And they have cashiers.

This store let's WAY too many people inside during the pandemic. I suggest shopping elsewhere until COVID is over.

Prices seem higher than most places. Very few shopping incentives. Good in a pinch for something quick. This is a expensive grocery store selling inexpensive items of quality.

This is a nice, bright store with roomy aisles to shop in. The produce department was nicely filled. The only bad produce I saw was on the reduced items rack. Some great deals to be had.
