Good prices and selection. Don't go during pre dinner rush hour or suffer through long lines. Any other time it's not a problem

Public restroom was filthy and filled with flies. There also were no soap and paper towel and the toilet roll had one usage left.

Does anyone pay any attention to the restroom here? Of course not given that it looks like it has not been cleaned for a week.

The amount of money you save, you’ll end up losing by how long you have to wait in line to check out. They never have enough cash registers open and there’s no self-checkout.

It's okay. The produce is rarely fresh. I've seen some moldy produces and expired products on the shelf, but it's got all the stuff that makes it a grocery store.

Freshco means fresh which is true, Best quality with lowest price. Bunches of varieties are available. A lot to say but. THIS IS MY FAVORITE STORE FOREVE? ️?

Produce is not fresh. Even the stuff that's been stocked recently looks old. It's fine for buying packaged food but I would get my greens elsewhere. Also, make sure to bring your own bags. They don't have plastic bags and you'll have to buy a resusable bag if you need bags.

Fruits and Vegetables are often poor quality at this store.
Overall store is very stuffed, even compared to other FreshCo stores.

Spacious well lit you notice how clean the store I like it large spaces between aisles and the special always available. Big variety of fruits, vegetables of all kind love the daily fresh bread section always fully stocked. Staff friendly notice the cashier sanitize after each customer and their hours early am late pm.

Plenty of products available at affordable prices, and many international foods available as well. So much cheaper than all the Metros and Longos that are everywhere else in downtown.
I think they need more check out counters though because the waits can be a little long sometimes.

Tried to grab an item off the a shelf.
Employee standing in front stocking the shelf on his cell phone. Three times I asked him to move. He glanced at me and ignored my request. First time shopper last time shopper.

At first, I did not believe the reviews enough until I had an issue myself. OUTDATED EXPIRED FOODS. I bought cookies which were 4 months beyond the expired date. My mistake was not to see the expiry date. But still, would you not check your perishable stock for 4 months? Such a health hazard!
Not sure if the store manager is going to do something about it or still sit back and watch things unfold. Stay away.

Great store for the neighborhood. Store is clean, and they carry a large variety of fresh and canned/boxed products. Great prices as well.

It was slightly packed, only complaint i have is the placement of one of the snacks. It's right in the walkway between the cashiers and door. ‍️

The parking lot is shared with the condo and you can get ticketed if you don't display the 90 min free parking ticket that you can print from machine or if you stay last 1.5 hrs. The building will ticket you starting at $70 with a 7 day grace period to pay $45. It's not city parking ticket and it's rediculous. Don't pay it. Scam.

I like the freshco store at Parliament. Mostly is has all what I need and the veggies are fresh.

DO NOT GO HERE DURING THIS PANDEMIC. YOU GUYS HAVE 6 CASH REGISTERS BUT CHOOSE TO KEEP ONLY 3-4 OPENED SIDE BY SIDE TO ONE ANOTHER. HOW ARE YOU PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING?

THIS STORE IS DEFINITELY THE SPOT YOU WANT YOUR GROCERIES FROM IF YOU WANT TO CATCH COVID, AND BUMP ARMS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.

Good selection and decent prices, but the store is a bit dirty, long lines and no mask policy enforcement. Wouldn’t shop here during the pandemic, otherwise just another FreshCo.

The hand sanitizer for the carts at front stink and it’s sticky so avoid that.

The location is pretty good otherwise and staff is nice

Not very well stocked and the store is always rearranging things sonits difficult to find items, also you will find that the same product but different brand are located in separate aisles. So I stopped going to here and remain a dedicated customer to no frills as the jave more options and things are easier to find and also appear to be more fresh

Be careful shopping here, two separate grocery items I bought here (asiago dip and olives) I noticed had the packaging opened/compromised and unsealed when I was unpacking my groceries. Won't be shopping here again unfortunately as it is not worth the risk.

Near my Condo.very clean and it has good diversity of food range.from Asian to middle eastern to normal Canadian products.

There's parking so that's a plus, but however the area and the people that go there.let's just say they're not a good crowd.

Store is great. Lots of variety very clean. Free parking underground. Produce is fresh. Store is always giving back to the community. They have a fresh guaranteed if it’s not fresh to your liking they will return and give you another product no question ask. They Price match as well and so many instore deals they have

Got to give a shout out to LORENZ in the meat department. He was very professional as well as his customer service (Corn Beef lady) Thanks again Lorenz. Aslo a shout out to SHIRLEY at the cash register who helped me exchange some items was super friendly and wonderful customer service. You guys are great!

Warning: When something is not fresh in freshco, u can’t ask for return.

Last week I tried to return a food that is bad (has a plastic smell) however, the worker said I can’t return it. Probably won’t go there again.

Pretty normal for a supermarket I guess. Prices are definitely lower than something at Loblaws but the facility is not as clean or asethetically pleasing but it shouldn't matter much if you're just quickly getting things. Staffs aren't always visable for assistance so sometimes you'd have to look for them. I usually just pick up like milk and chips maybe a few cookies but other than that, I prefer Loblaws.

This store is very iffy.the products are being limited to their own brand and Kraft.look carefully for better products? The produce Saturday morning should have been greatly reduced in price since the quality reminded me of long ago Ushers.very poor. TCHC building.watch what you buy here produce and meat especially.shop at No Frills.

I didn't like the place. Aisles are too tight, I was barely passing by with my cart. A lot of low quality products there and not too many healthy options.

This grocery store is very busy and not set up properly to handle the volume of shoppers that shop there daily. Also the prices are more expensive then the other grocery store up the street and they are stopping the ability to price match more and more items everybtime I go.

OUT OF THE DOWNTOWN CONJESTION AND YOU GET RELIEF ONCE YOU STEP INSIDE. THE SMELL WILL CAPTIVATE ANYONE'S IMAGINATION TO BUILD ANYTHING THEY DELICIOUSLY THEY WANT

Much bigger than expected. This location sells a much larger variety of items than one would anticipate from a condo grocer. They also have an exceptional array of ethnic items and a very large produce section. Maybe it's time to reconsider what lower cost grocers provide. Definitely eye opening

Occasionally bump into people trying to rob stuff off the shelves. However it is located in a convenient area.

Most items are cheap including meat and vegetables, despite the locality, items have a variety for everyone

Managment is fantastic. Neat clean environment. Well behaved and helpful staff. Manager is really awsome and friendly.

Its gotten better through the years. But I have a problem with their veggie section. They run out of the good stuff so quickly and so often I would think they would replenish better.
