Chris, fix your price tags checking. They are off by upto a couple of dollars often. I just ignore so that line behind me don't have to wait, but it's happening too frequently now. It's like you defraud people by showing low price on labels but charging more at register. Except for left most fast aisle, other aisles are too narrow and your shopping carts often hit the shelves or conveyer belt table. Alley after exiting the register tables is also somewhat narrow, such that carts and people loading them easily block the way for others trying to leave the store.
A self checkout would be nice to have.
Other than that store is good. Timings are very convenient. Quality of items is good, sometimes little pricier than competitors though. Staff is friendly.

Absolutely terrible mess, only 2 registers open at ALL times. I ask if they’re hiring cashiers or if they need help/staff they said nope we’re well staffed but they just don’t care to serve you.and the other registers are blocked off with merchandise trapping you in. Got you feeling like ur in prison

I like this store the best. Its well lit and friendly staff. And you don't have to walk a mile to the front door.

Always clean - which is important. This location shines compared to the others in London. And St. Thomas. Travel past another FreshCo just to get to this one.

It's not such a big deal for fresh grown spice, foreign fruits and vegetables.
However there's a competent staff and functional atmosphere and is conveniently placed beside a dollar store little for gardening.

The store was not too crowded, had plenty of stock of sales items. The store is also very clean and well laid out.

Nice, recently updated store. Large selection of products at fair prices. Lots of free parking.

There was no line up or many ppl in the store.everything was well stocked and I was in and out seamlessly. Even with new relaxed measure the shopping experience is so much better.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in Ontario. Everything is affordable and the staff is great. Every time that I pay for my groceries, the cashier greets me with a smile and asks me how I'm doing. When I have finished bagging my groceries, the cashier tells me to have a nice day.

Staff is the greatest. Always so welcoming and helpful. And I can usually find everything I want/need.

Great shopping experience, organized and helpful staff, lots of parking spots, watch for the traffic take your time, there's few building apartments in the area, kids and school buses so take your time get in and out the parking lot.

About time I like to see the prices and some dollars off is good deal. As is. Need big room for line up

Staff is very polite, courteous and helpful. I enjoy my shopping trip now and consider it a lesser chore now. I only shop at certain times, after 11pm when I get off work. The cashier's are so sweet and friendly; and the employees stocking the shelves are approachable and if you ask them where something is they will take you to the spot where you will find your item (sometimes they just tell you the aisle number, that's ok too).

Only ever 1 cashier open/ No issue with employees but management must be brain dead as they have countless employees emptying boxes but no one checking out customers. I just dropped my food and left. Never going back.

This place is ridiculous, the fruits and Vegetables are horrible I just don't understand how they can sell rotten and Mouldy products to their customers. This should not be allowed. It is Outright disgusting.

Friendly female staff very helpful to the seniors who shop there. The males not so. Compatible prices and the store is usually clean and the shelves tidy.

Great grocery shopping its very clean and inviting. Very fresh vegetables and fruits. The meats are very competitive and held at the highest standards. Following covid restrictions to the T.

Not bad. Did fell like people are getting a bit relaxed about covid rules. Other then that it was fine clean and enough space. Nice fruit and veg.

What used to me my go-to store is now impossibly lined up. Only 1 cashier on express means that I'm usually shopping for 10 minutes and waiting for 20+. Unacceptable for having a handful of items.

They still need to attend to their produce. Everytime I visit, they have rotten produce out on display. The chaos of lineups now with COVID, sure didn't help poor Freshco. Awesome deals though! The 4 stars are for your selection and prices.

Very nice, clean place. Good fruit and vegetables. Today had a good selection of seasonal plants and centrepieces. Young people here are kind and polite.

I've wasted so much money at this store. Between the garlic that was apparently frozen in transport, and was rancid when I cut it open, to the multiple heads of lettuce that are rotting from the inside (while the outside remained completely picture perfect), I've been let down time and time again by their quality.
Won't be shopping here from now on.

Can be relied on for Fresh food. Even have a DVD section I enjoy perusing. Haven't found too too many I need I think one 4-pack combo so far. Have meals for me. Have variety of options even an excellent health care aisle with basic pharmacy style options. Super useful store. Will go back.

Great prices. Sometimes they don't have as much selection, but my bill is always way less than I expect.

Good prices but the fruits and vegetables leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps that’s because the creepy ponytailed mini man working there is doing unimaginable things with the products. Maybe if he focused on his job rather than creeping out every 16 year old girl the area would look better. Is your company in the habit of hiring predators?

I like this store, friendly staff, but wait times have been too long since covid. Maybe I'm going in at the wrong times, but lately I'm waiting longer to check out which is annoying especially if I've only got a few items.

I just love Freshco.they have almost everything I am looking for and they price match as well so it's a win win situation.

Good place to shop. They did very well with Covid and keep changing to make sure we are all safe. I like manager relaxed after we get more knowledge with Covid. Staff are well trained.

Their vegetables get ruined and moldy before their best dates. Kinda frustrated to find fresh food these days.

To many warehouse staff than cashiers. Why not hire more cashiers so less people waiting in the line? I left a few times because of that.

Easy in and out at a busy time of day. They had an abundance of the sale products that I was looking for. Courteous service.

This is my go to grocery store due to location and prices.produce and meats are occasionally bad but the service is fantastic. I have disabilities and they help me shop, lift, bag and load my car. The staff is always friendly especially Pat who always offers assistance. Had a problem returning items not very forth coming.

Everything that you want under one roof it's a great supermarket to spend you money at that value for your money and great staff

Horrible environment, fruits and vegetables are always bad except for maybe a few items. Boxes always everywhere on the ground, staff always seems to say that they are out but never checks the back. Guy with a ponytail is really creepy and checks out girls with an old guy.

Prices are good. Store layout is all over the place. Hard to find things as there are no clear sections.

Good selection and prices despite its smaller size. Aisles can feel a little cramped. And they often carry questionable stock, like overpriced DVDs and half dead plants.

Not a fan of the Owner, has been dismissive of issues, pushes blame on landlord, and has given rain check reciepts rather than checking the back for extra stock

Great grocery store, I never had a problem with service here. Prices are always competitive with all the other stores, the lineups aren't too big and the best thing of all the store is open till midnight. There's always plenty of parking and a dollar store next door in case you need something small. Remember bring a quarter with you for when you want to use the grocery cart as quick deposit.
