They have almost always fresh produce in most categories. Friendly staff.fair overall pricings.and they do match prices as well. My only complaint is that sometimes they have only one or two registers open, despite the store getting busy.

Awful customer service here, the floor is always sticky and so are the shopping carts. To the management, get the floors scrubbed once and a while and pick up the game on the produce.

The store manager was very helpful and professional in correcting this ordeal that I had with a cashier about the scanning codes of practice.

Security guard is super nice! Store staff are very polite. Very clean. Fruits & Vegs are always fresh. I have been shopping here, since they changed from Price Choppers. If You need to return anything, they service you right away. They practice Social distancing and have sanitizer at the door as you walk in & as you walk out. Lots of parking space. I shop here weekly cause they have lots of great sales. Management Supervisor is really nice & understanding. The cashiers are All super nice!

Friendly cashier's at checkout. Helpful Floor staff. Variety of products available which in is a in plus. Prices are friendly too. Mid day seems be busiest of day I found

This store might be small but always provide the best service ever. I been buying here since the pandemic and lockdowns started and they always followed the rules plus always provided hand sanitizer at the entrance. The security guy managing the line up is super polite and makes your waiting time as short as possible.

My children get their groceries every weekend from FreshCo and we are very satisfied with the stuff, prices, staff.everything! Only Saturdays are a nightmare as expected! So they go any day but Saturday!

I like the Freshco chain generally. This is a fairly large store with a predictable layout. I knew what I wanted and was able to find everything without assistance. The produce was fresh. The checkouts were orderly and the cashier was very friendly.

I have been shopping here for 5 years and there are a lot of good things about it. But I am switching to delivery. I do not feel save there when the workers in the produce section can not wear their mask properly. This store was slow to implement masks and plexiglass and they do not enforce customers to wear mask. Since they can stay open when many other businesses cannot, they should be trying to stop the pandemic, not make it worse.

Good location. Short line upon entry. Staff is nice. All covid safe with masks. Security keeps track of people entering to keep count so it's safe.

Don't be fooled, it's not actually cheaper! Also, most frozen products and shelved items are full of strange ingredients, avoid their junk.

All in one grocery store and have lots of deals running every week. Good place to get your say to day needs.

I’ve seen somewhat lower prices elsewhere but it’s located conveniently close to me so it’s a no brainer. Also quite clean.

Great location: Okay Prices if your into generic brands. Great for seeds, nuts, edible items. Only bad thing is the checkout no self serve machines like you'd find at other grocery stores.

Found it extremely disturbing when I noticed during my visit today in the middle of the one of worst pandemics this country has ever seen. Not one single employee was wearing a mask of any sort. When I asked an employee why they responded "Well masks don't really do much". This is the type of miseducation, ignorance and attitude that obviously management has instilled in which they care nothing about the health and well being of their customers or their employees. SHOCKING!

This was a place I used to go for my shopping needs, but recently I realized this store is not following the Social Distancing rules to keep customers safe. They have signs on the floor which majority of the customers are not following, they don’t have employees to show those who don’t understand the signs like they have the security guy in Walmart patrolling and watching every aisle and telling to people to follow the directions that is in the floor.

Not going there because I don’t feel it is safe to shop there anymore.

Been shopping at this store for over 6 months. Best affordable option in the area for basic staples. Do find some expired products at times that I bring to cashier's attention. Natrel milk expiry dates are never that great (a couple of weeks ahead), so a good indication their products are not that fresh, or they hold on to them for a while. Could be just bad luck though.

Pandemic measure were awful, so anorher star docked there. No masks for cashiers, and they would rush people through, so you end up having to stand really close to others to pick up your groceries or pay. They did this even mid pandemic. I think staff could have used some guidelines/training.

I was shocked today to see not one cashier or stock boy wearing a mask. I’ve been shopping there for almost 30 years. I’m done. As well, no Ontario berries available. Shop local! What are they thinking? I’ve mentioned this to the produce manager time and time again. I want Ontario produce not stuff brought up from Mexico or the US. I was able to buy what I needed across the street. I won’t go back unless I’m contacted by the store and/or they step up.

Great store. Polite staff. Shelves stocked. Great ethnic selection. Good prices. The owner really cares about customer service.

I have been here for almost 6 years n wht I found recently that they r charging extra price which I didn’t buy. This is a really big issue do guyz whenever u get the receipt always try to check it properly. They r nuts

Most of the produce are reasonable priced, the store have toilet paper, limited to one per a family. This is really great especially with the shortage of toilet paper globally. I say thank you Fresco Gladstone.

Convenient location, Large cheap but quality groceries store, clean & nice shopping environment to enjoy. Very friendly gentle quite staff. Ample parking.

Nice location and great deals sometimes. I wish they have more staffs sometimes as they have mostly two elderly ladies only helping with cash register.

Produce section has gotten smaller and the quality is okay, but prices are cheap. They often seem to be missing common items and spices.

It's good for buying on a budget.

They open earlier and longer than Anthony’s no frills formerly Vi’s no frills. It’s easier to price match compared to Anthony’s no frills.

The cashier staff r great. They explain that fresh large shopping bags are life time replacement. Merchandisers tend to block aisles.great selection of veggies but always sold out.cart area is dark and dangerous.the parking lots is a dump dirty.housekeeping outside and in fruits veggies is sketchy.

I guess you get what you need for decent price, which is rare in Toronto. Fruits and vegetables are cheap but mostly come from Mexico.not that great if you want to buy organic or local. Attention foodies: They have a special isle with international products, definitely my favourite one when I crave to try something new or when I’m back from a trip.

Very good selection of items except not a good choice of sugar free items such as Chapman's no sugar added ice cream and only 4 containers of the no sugar compliments brand

Always clean, low prices and good produce. Easy to find everything you need and it had free parking. Usually quite at night which is nice.

This is a discount grocery chain with decent prices in most of items they carry. Great specials on brand products. Reduced variety. During peak hours people might have to wait in line for cashiers but they are super friendly and fast.

This spot got that yoghurt deal. TWO BUCKS for a tub of yoghurt, people! I was also approached by a random dude from Vancouver because I was wearing a Vancouver Grizzlies toque. He added me on Facebook and it comes out we have 17 mutual friends from Vancouver. We haven't hung out since.
