Probably the loudest grocery store I've been in. Hanging out in a grocery store on a Friday night is a new trend? SMH

Had a fantastic experience with a cashier Kayleigh who customer skills where excellent n directed me to things I needed that i was unable to find she was fast n kind.she a keeper

Freshco is one of my favourite my grocery stores. All kind of grocery items are available there. European, Pakistani, and Indian food articles are sold there.

This is probably the worst location in GTA. The employees treat all customers like shoplifters. I returned an item, which was within the exchange policy period. The cashier was interrogating me as to why I came to return the item, as if I didn’t abide the exchange policy. Not all of their cashiers do returns, and I was redirected to another cashier. And the manager asked me why I was walking around the store. Again he was speculating me for shoplifting. And I told him the last cashier was not able to do refunds so she told me to come here. All in all both the manager, male - wearing a back t-shirt and the cashier, female - with a boy hair cut, were finding excuses so I don’t get my refund.

It’s extremely disappointing to be treated like this, and I am a regular customer, because this location is nearest to me.

Not very friendly place to shop, all cashier are rude and not organized. Long lain for waiting they are seems like careless.

I do not feel this store is keeping its customers Covid-safe. Shopping carts are not wiped, yet were all madly piled in the dark parking lot (left by customers.) I did not notice hand sanitizer and encouraging signage upon entering the store. The check out line for me was an unreasonable 12 minute wait. The line up was backed up to the freezer isle and very slow moving, therefore customers were not being expedited quickly. Instead we stood indoors in a corralled area where dozens of people would have also stood today. This area is up against a wall, therefore lacking good air flow. Only 2 cashiers were open, (5: 30 PM,) one was being monopolized by a Freshco employee with her winter coat on who when directly to that cashier without standing in line with the rest of us.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say their service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Pricing is fair and they serve large portions.

Had not been back to Freshco in a long while, went on Monday Nov. 30th 2020. The grapes I bought were mostly bad, green onions for salad wilted within a day, the store is absolutely freezing cold, there were only two cashiers with a lineup of about 20 people, I asked for another cashier. This place is depressing, food is not great! I will no longer shop here. Brampton residents since1977.

Definitely a place worth stopping over, the food is good and well prepared, the cost is affordable and it is regularly well kept there. Kudos.

The fruit and vegetables are 2nd rate. Same boring selection year after year. Boxed and canned stuff is cheaper than high end stores.

Friendly staff but Whenever there is any item on the flyer as cheap or on less price, they generally took that item off from the shelves so that one cannot do price match especially with butter.

Your employees are asking to customers, are you stealing?

Poor quality of strawberries. Bought two packs yesterday, one was having fungus on the strawberries, they should do proper inspection for the fruit products on daily basis.

There are never ever enough cashiers.even before covid not enough staff always a long wait.i wouldn't ever go back there.

Messy and lines up were like all around the market. People left their groceries and left the place mostly elderly people. I was there around 4pm. Lack of management. Tuna was. 88ctv chunk but as always ALL mixed up with other Tuna and when I get to the cashier marked down almost 4.00cad each. She wanted to confirm and call for assistance, I felt bad for the line up and said NO I'm leaving. Too many people on the floor but not cashier

Everything about this place is ok. Just ok. The quality of produce is meh. The meat is meat. The selection of things is alright. The staff arent the friendliest.

Variety. Good quality. Reasonable prices. 4 stars because the watermelon was on sale and I didn't get any xD

Selling expired products
I feel very sad to write that FRESCHO is playing with the health of everyone and want to bring this matter in front of you that frescho is elling out dated products and it means If anyone take chances to eat this and can die too.
I have the product and bill but got no help and they are happy to sell bad products for money.

Used to be a good store. New staff/ cashier needs training / should know customer service. Today 08/13/2020 @ 9: 23 am Cashier charged $ 5.05 extra (wrong billing) did not agreed first, Later Ms Penny agreed for mistake, refunded extra charged Money. Cashier instead of feeling sorry started creating a scene in front of all customers. All customers were laughing. I feel sorry for this particular store now, being loyal customer for 14 years.

This place is something else and I do not say that in a good way. Trash everywhere outside, plastic bags, gloves. People are not keeping their distance from others during this COVID-19 episode and the store employees do not implement social distancing. Be safe when you are going here and have plenty of hand sanitizer. It's also strange how there are Security Guards now but couple of years ago when they had armed robberies twice they did not have Security at all.

Just be careful and double check your receipts second time the cashier got the wrong items and charged me more

Worst customer service all staff looks like untrained spending more than 5 minutes on every single customer come to store if you are free for whole day

Visited during pandemic. I understand the chaos. But, price stickers in many items were missing. I found it bit inconvenient.

There are 8 cash counter and only 3 cashiers were working. I picked my groceries in 10 minutes and waited 1: 30 hours to pay.

Centrally located, as always cheap and does price match for groceries and supplies. Cashier check out should be more or add self check out to avoid crowded lanes especially during week end or peek hours

The place is kinda dark. Overall there is room for improvement in housekeeping and the way stock is displayed particularly the produce section. Vegetables are not fresh

Disgusting, There are lots of people with fresco uniforms but stand in the counter with the board another cashier would be happy to assist you, what the hell is this people stand in long rows even express counter is like a passenger train. Only two counters are working even sometimes one whenever I arrive at. The owner of the Fresco should be cared about the service otherwise there is NoFrills store close to this people can go there. Which delivers a very good service as there are every counter working not only two like this.

Slow slow slow. Usually only 2 checkouts open one express one not. Lined up like crazy, produce section is terrible, meats is usually minimum stock. It's close by so I will use it. Check expirey dates this store is terrible for it. Found another freshco on chinguacousy road and sandalwood that is fantastic. Shop there now instead.

The vegetables are not at all fresh here. They should justify and stick to what the brand name says! I feel that it's a issue with this branch only.

Won't recommend this place to anyone.

Came in early today with my hubby and I just want to big up Donna who was the nicest cashier I have ever met in my two years in Brampton.thanks for the positive energy girl.

Best place for price. The lines aren't great though especially on weekends. Always stocked. Overall great place

Not bad get in and out quick good help from cashiers to find items. Prices good too when things are on sale.

Maybe it was just cuz I was there at the end of the day, but a lot of things were missing. There were like 3 boxes of kiwis left. But what is awesome is they have bushels of old bananas on sale for 99cents a bag! I always buy some and freeze them.

Staff was super friendly. It was not very busy which is awesome. Her wishing me a good night was real and sincere!

All things are available and the cost is between no frills and sobey s prices but 3 cashier for all customers isn't smart which will make problem on waiting line.but overall it is good to do grossori there

I find the prices high for the quality. The store is always very clean and organized. Cashiers need to work on friendliness and customer service.

This is a delightl ful cashier friendly and knowledgeable her name is Donna it's employees like her that keeos me coming back
