I love this store and the staff. Best part is NO self checkout machines. The only complaint I have is the 2 closest spots to the store entrance should be part of the handicapped spots. People with zero issues handicap issues park in these places.spots. I don't understand why the store doesn't move the handicapped signs to include these 2 spots right in front of the store entrance. The store other than that is great!

Seriously, everything is Fresh always as the customer service is and they have a great attitude to handle with all visitors they gives you help all the way in and out do not hesitate to keep FreshCo the first choice

Clean with reasonable prices. Good selection of products. Staff is always friendly, helpfull. Just went today. Some good deals

I am one of your royal customer for long time but always customer service bad and rude.some workers seem not happy to be there. Also there ıs no limit sticker on items when you go to cashier they tell you have limit very unprofessıonal. I had very bad experience in this store many times.i hope you can pay attention to and improve.

Clean, well stocked, knowledgeable and polite clerks. Easy in and quickly out, ample parking.
One draw back next to a major intersection otherwise good store to shop at.

This location is not as clean as other fresh goes in London. A generally have the items on sale but at times can be difficult to find. Check out can be confusing with only the express lane open at times yet signage telling you if you have more than 10 items to line up near the side of the store

Good, Clean, reliable grocery store. Great location on a major intersection makes this easy to get to and park. Friendly knowledgable staff are always busy stocking shelves and cleaning. Very good prices and a Great selection of International Foods make this location a great grocery store. We'll be back often:)

Terrible groceries my son has gotten sick several times eat the food you guys sell such as bear paws and nutrigrain bars, I've had to throw out almost full boxes of food and snack due to it be un edible and causing my 2 year old son to get sick. Nothing was past its expiration date but still makes him sick, this place is disgusting and I'm no longer shopping there

I love this location! The staff are friendly and the manager is so friendly and approachable, especially if you have questions about availability for products they have or did carry but can't find. Only giving 4 stars because I feel like this location gets screwed over when it comes to their chicken, too many times I've gone here and their chicken looks like it's about to expire. I don't blame the store but the supplier. Friendly staff, especially the man with the Scottish accent.

The one thing I went to look for, they did not have. But overall a great grocery store to shop at. Well oh well can I find a can of corn chowder

I love the buns 6 for $2.00 clean and comfortable to shop people and cashiers are pleasant! I live close by!

My favorite grocery store and favorite location as well. All the cashiers are amazing, also the manager Debbie is awesome. The store is well cleaned and organized.

Security at door is probably my only complaint. Un personable and to preoccupied talking on her ohone than to do anything about the guy who walked out in front of me with beer he didn't pay for. "I'm here to count number of people in store only". Great Security not

They did not have Easy On Speed Starch aerosol spray cans and in fact the worker didn't know what I was talking about. An older women did though and I started to think it is no longer available anywhere. I tried Walmart and they did not have any either and knowone there knew how to find it either. Terrible product knowledge, training etc.

Very neat, courteous staff, good prices great parking. Store is very huge with variety of groceries.

Friendly and close to other stores with well stocked shelves and wide variety of products as well as no price hikes. Many options for shopping great hours for convenience.

Good store and great selection just the shelves are always picked clean. A real drawback. If u go Sunday there is nothing.

The store is well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. It is a one stop shopping centre with everything from nuts to wine and beer.

I would recommend this location to everyone. The staff are always friendly & very helpful. Since covid 19 started their diligence for cleanliness & their customers safety is impeccable & is their first priority. Good job & thanks for truly putting your customers first. I've had issues with them closing early and twice in one week I bought something that leaked all over my fridge and floor, first was a bag of milk which I placed in the fridge and it must have had a small hole because one of the bags had completely emptied on my floor and in the fridge, took a good while to clean that up, a couple days later it was minutemaid orange juice which a factory error caused the seal on-top to be lopsided, which again leaked, had to be sideways in my fridge but unopened, but still went everywhere. This time I told them and checked the others to find all of them were leaking which proved I wasn't lying lol, Even though I refused a refund anyways, but was surprised the following day that they never took them Down! Kept selling them. I was embarrassed another time for paying with three dollars in quarters, I swear to god that's it, something I don't normally do, because I didn't want to use debit for such a low amount. No Nickles no dimes, I just forgot coffee cream, but the guy was EXTREMELY rude and almost refused, his reason was he didn't want to count it he said and it was close to closing cause they like to close early and be out the door right at 8 or 10, never seen a grocery store do that either. That was unbelievable to me, very embarrassing. Shame, I just moved to the area but dissapointed with service there. Prices are great though lol.

Everything you need and reasonable prices.great ethnic selection from around the world lets you expand your cooking choices.

Employees with masks under their noses and a couple of customers walking around with no mask at all on multiple occasions. No one says anything to them of course.

Nice store good aisle clearance and good selection of fruits and vegetables. Clean store and covid-19 precautions adhered to. Pretty fair pricing.

The store is clean and airy, the quality of all fresh food is good and the cashiers are all kind, helpful and friendly.

Like any other grocery store but the prices are more budget friendly, the staff are super nice and the store is quite clean. Only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that sometimes the fruit and veggies are moldy so product inspection before opening would be nice to see but other than that it's good. Lots of deals all the time by the meat section makes it great too

Great grocery store. I'm there every weekend, doesn't get too busy and has a great selection. Just one thing, need more strawberries please!

I like this place for the most part, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. They're usually pretty good. However, I guess it's okay for their employees to criticize what people are buying to other customers. Today, (March 12 around 1: 50) while I was waiting, the blond short woman with glasses at the 1-16 item lane felt it was her right to criticize what I'm buying to the customer in front of me. I'm having a a bunch of people over for a party this weekend, so yes, I bought junk food. I'm sorry that's such a crime to her. She should mind her own business and do her job. Don't comment on my groceries (especially not even to me, but the person in front of me) unless I bring it up. I'm sure not all her grocery choices are always very healthy. I've been a cashier so I know this is wrong. I'd have been fired if I pulled something like that.

Store is clean. Great choice of products. Fair prices just get rid of the worse workers Brenda and Carol. These two are rude and classless. No manners and dont know how to treat customers!

Got all I wanted and the staff was very friendly and helpful. She bought me stuff from inside coz it was stock out outside. Loved it

A nice clean new store, with good selections. Went in at store open, disappointed to pass 3 different staff and no one greeted me. As I passed a fellow shopper I threw him a Good morning. One lady in deli even passed me 4 times and not even a hello. I've been outta of the grocery industry for sometime, but good customer service shouldn't have declined like this.

Friendly staff, the prices are always very competitive a large selection of items. It's definitely a go to grocery store
