Typical grocery store.had everything we were looking for. Clean and well lit with deectn prices

I visited this store very first time, I saw lots of the cases of tomatoes in display in produce section, but there was no price tag over there, so I confirmed with the produce staff and they said it's $8.99 for a case, I took one case and went to the billing, cashier confirmed with the produce and got confirmation for that, then she spoke to one of the manager and that manager said it's a different type of tomatoes they are out of the sale item so they kept these tomatoes only for display, so I said no problem you can take it back but according to freshco policy if rate is not mentioned or any price confirmed with any staff of the store that product you have to give on that price, so be careful and remove those tomatoes from that section or put a rate tag, she got angry and called the store manager, the store manager said do you think these 15 to 16 years old kids will know the prices of products, it was shocking experience for me and I felt humiliated and insulted in front of many other store staff and customers

Please teach your employees to be inclusive of new employees and be friends with everyone. No need for some to think that they can talk and or treat new employees who are now learning in some rude ways!

Brutal. Your meat is alwayz freezer burnt and tastes horrible. The meat thats brought in already packaged gets spoiled or put out the day it expires.

Heres turkey best before april 2022, packaged on march 31st.

I will never go back.

Chepaest grocery option in Alliston, has better produce selection than Walmart but worse than Zehrs at a cheaper price than both of them.

Just be careful and check your bill because I have had several errors in favor and against and they won't honor the prices printed in the shelves. They will go by what the section manager tells them is the price.

This location had sun optimal service and wasn’t kept very clean. I visited Giant Tiger earlier today and it had been kept immaculately clean.

Low prices, international foods, varied selections of different foods, and lots of parking. Went in today, they had everything I wanted +.

Good clean store and I have to say the produce department is really shaping up and looking great and I generally find most everything I'm shopping for including advertised specials.

Alliston Freshco is the best place to shop for groceries and to make a friend with those amazing Manegers and workers lol, they are the best.

Clean, organized, well-stocked. Cash out is done in an organized fashion following physical distancing protocols.

Was very happy that I got exactly what we went for! Breadfruit or Jackfruit, green bananas or figs, fresh fish! Jamaican beef patties and organic garlic Yes FreshCo keep it up! By the way good COVID-19 precautions! Saved

I love this store, staff are friendly and helpful they price match they just need to stock up more and have more variety of stuff and more brands and more quality products

Lovely people and great selection of food for everyone. Also very clean and all covid protocols followed. Giving it 5 starts because of how they greet you and how upbeat and helpful. Keep.it up yall

Prices are hard to beat in Alliston and produce section has been nicely updated. Not as broad a selection of products as Zehrs, but more favourable pricing.

The store is great mannerly staff always someone to help you great products great service and great prices what more could you want.love the store.

Love these stores! Nice and bright and lots of international products but the staff don't smile or say hi.

Great location and good layout, but the checkout line was long with only two cashiers open, and they need someone directing people to cash.

Very rude cashier. Was the next person in line to be served and was told to o to the back of the line. I was not asked first if I was in line. Talked to the manager and she seemed to not care at all. I only buy a few items from this store as I find most of their products quite mediocre. I can easily fingd these items else ware.would give zero stars if I could.

Ridiculous protocol. Completely unnecessary.
Why? No person in that store had a deadly, transferable disease. Yet everyone was made to wear a mask, which is scientifically proven to increase the risk of infection (references can be found).
I sand behind a sign while people brush shoulders with me as they attempt to get to the end of the line.
Stop all the crazy inconvenience.

Prices are often higher than other stores. Fruits and vegetables are not fresh. And probably when you go to the cashier, some products that you saw on the shelf at a low price will be different and more expensive "by mistake" and you will need always to inform for them to correct.

Lee, Mary, And keeton are absolutely outstanding cashiers. 5/5 stars. The managers, Keegan, Tammy and heather are also incredible. They all deserve a raise. Such hardworking staff, it is just unbelievable how good they are at they’re job.

I liked coming here until the old grumpy lady working on cash was sooo rude for no reason. She didnt even say hello or nothing, She has no manners what so ever and shouldnt be working on cash with such a bitter face and bitter attitude.

Shelves were bare, not much meat, but there was activity every where as employees were trying to restock quickly. Thank you Freshco employees for sticking it out

They need to work on the green side most of the the fresh green and the fruit are not full they need keep the store stock and they meet section is good and the seafood they need to keep in on area Bcz is all over the store other than that they do good work over all

Currently the store shelves are some what bare with the current virus scare taken place. Staff is stocking shelves as quickly as possible. The store is tidy and clean.

The produce is very poor. Also, they constantly run out of sale items 2 or 3 days after the flyer comes out.

Great selection and deals. Staff are nice and friendly. Any time you go out isn't too busy. Cashier's are pretty quick, you never wait long to check out.

Good prices for good products. Sometimes the produce and the meat isn't the best but the rest of the store is great!

Went expecting a Sobeys but was pleasantly surprised it’d changed to a FreshCo.
Same items, cheaper price.

I shop here regularly only for sake of convenience. The produce isn’t top notch, there’s never any plastic bags for produce where you need them.and my biggest peeve is the floor cleaner.this man has no care in the world to the customers and will cut you off, will not make room for you to pass the list goes on.the few cashiers do make it worth the trip with a smile on their face

The store is ok cleanliness wise and the prices are good but the lady at the cash was cranky and there was a fair number of products I was not able to find.

It's a FreshCo so it's not your high end grocer, but it is kept very clean, and I've never waited in line behind more than one person. I like that they price match.

Produce is often way past best. Seen too often rotting food in bins. Needs a lot more attention.

Find it very hard to find fresh stuff there. I have only been a handful of times since it opened and am always disappointed.
