Manager Merly is so bad she wants to hire all her friends and relatives. She’s kicking other staff from other countries (except Philipina) without any reason information. The owner of the freshii has to do something with this issue. Email me for further info.

Ordered a tex mex bowl and green smoothie

The bowl was a soggy sore mess of a puke bowl…bland, mushy and just beyond depressing. Not sure if its even soggier than what would’ve come out of my other end once the digestion is over.

The smoothie was bland, flavorless, boring. Freshii used to be so different years ago when it was still up and coming and I haven’t had it in years. They clearly don’t care to do well anymore.

Very unprofessional people, I have ordered food from them many times but my food wasn't delivered. I asked them for the help and they didn't pick up my phone.

I ORDERED FOODS. THEY SENT IT CORRECT. THEN INDIAN GIRL YELLING OUT ME? WHAT A PITY! WHAT A TEREIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I want to share my perfect experience from this Branch. I had an issue with my chichen last time that I came, I gave them a feesback and the Manager, Mary, had the best CRM and they followed up with me and compensated for me as a free meal. This is how the professional CRM works and make customers loyal.

I had to eat vegetarian for the day so I came here. Was not to bad however the falafel was terrible.

Ordered a salad From freshii for lunch and I’m sad to say it was far from fresh. Lettuce was dirty as if it wasn’t washed but also way past freshness and expired. It had hunks of slimey old wilted lettuce. Photos for reference

Slow and very unorganized. Works on the easier meals to prepare rather than who was there first. Also not worth the $20 I spent for a tiny tiny meal.

I ordered a simple smoothie and a soup. I had waiting over 30 minutes to grt my food as i watched people come after me get their food before me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. After I had went up and told them I still have not recieved my food (20 minutes later) and they said they have not even stsrted making my food yet. This location is very un organized with the staff and the food. The staff were very slow and didn't seem like they cared about their customers.

They’d rather throw out the bowl and remake my order than add the ingredients I had originally asked for, what a waste.

Really good service by the gentleman that that working on Sunday. Good spot for fresh healthy food and smoothies.

Update: Haven't been here in a few years. 4 years ago I left the review below with 3 stars. Well I went back and it's far worse. They still don't tell you if there is a missing ingredient, even if it's a main ingredient, like the bacon in the Cobb salad. Employees look upset and tired so they are unhelpful, probably from being understaffed and having to deal with a disappointed clientele. I do like Freshii but this location should be put out to pasture.

Decent food when made right. I've been there a few times where my order is supposed to come with an ingredient which they are out of and they simply don't say anything. It's just prepared and given to you without that ingredient. Very odd. I expect my order to have everything that it says on their menu.

Missing toppings, half sized bowls. I used to visit weekly and never knew what I was gonna get, lol, or not get. Train your staff how to measure things properly or hire competence.

This place is fantastic. I only give them walk-in business, but I've seen them when they aren't busy, & I've seen them when they are crazy busy. It's just like any place of business; they have busy times when you may need to wait a little longer, but they have an amazing team at that store. I'm a regular customer of theirs.

Not to mention, they've held to their masking standards during the pandemic, which makes their store worth visiting alone, especially if you are concerned about that from a staff perspective.

I love freshii but paying $14 for a half sized bowl compared to other places is beyond frustrating. This is the only location I’ve been to that seems to give you half of what you would regularly get at any other location.

Disgusting service. They never ever make a delivery right. You have to write instructions with caps and they still get it wrong. Either hot sauce for no reason or add onions when asked not to.save your money order somewhere else.

The kitchen staff does not double check for toppings to ensure that you get the right order so I would recommend you to check your food. Ordered a $13 pangoa bowl with steak, the brown rice is mushy and the kitchen server gave me my bowl without the steak. Good thing I doubled checked and went back to ask for my steak topping. Otherwise, $3.50 down the drain because of their mistake!

Very bad experience on this location, a female on desk name Lisa, told 20 to 30 minutes for 14 order and took 90 mins, six of my order messedup and made again i asked for delay, she complaining about lack of staff, hard to cut Avogadro and busy.but no sorry or apologize. My suggestion avoid this location.

Never knew a place primarily focussed on putting together salads would always be out of ingredients. Originally didnt believe all the bad reviews but after my experience, I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Worst Freshii Ive ever been to, my advice, get management that actually cares about what is available to the customers.

It was fresh! I got Baja burrito and the energii balls. Chia pudding is the best you get there!

Good healthy food with a nice selection for when youre trying to eat healthy and yet have some descent options for flavours. Really enjoyed it!

Came here to get a salad and by the time I got it my break was basically over. Would honestly give 0 stars if I could since I don’t enjoy spending half my break waiting in line and the other half waiting some more for my food. Slowest service here out of all the freshii locations, and they could solve this so easily by not being understaffed. For the sake of all the customers, please have more people working! Don’t have one employee sprinting to do everything!

I got my usual Oaxaca bowl with chicken and they prepared it so quick! The ingredients were fresh and it tasted great. I would return to this location again.

They don’t believe the customer, I have eaten her a few times over the last couple of weeks. I enjoy the food but was very disappointed when I had my order the Pangoa, which is supposed to have avocado. I ate about a third of it and realized I did not receive the avocado. I told the guy making it, and he said it always comes with it. Well this time they forgot! He did not believe me, looked at me like I was lying. He didn’t give me any. The customer service is very poor!

I love the people here, I love the food, the customer service is great but the consistency with the portions is. Not the greatest. I usually get the bowel filled to the brim with certain workers and OMG I love that kind of service! But recently they have been decreasing their portion size and I'm usually okay with it since you got to make ends meet. But today. Oh boy. It was a lot less to the point I got mad. Like come on. Please fix this guys. I hate to be the negative Nancy but this is ridiculous. I got the bowel with steak and. I just feel like they really cheaped out way too much this time. I really want to keep eating there. Please fix this!

Thank you to these kind souls at the Dufferin and Steeles location who went above and beyond by calling my daughter's school to let her know her wallet was left behind! You guys ROCK.and of course Freshii is one of our fave places to eat healthy, wholesome meals! 5*

Just ordered a romaine salad with my selected toppings, once the salad was made i said i ordered a romaine salad and i see no salad, the guy turns around and drops less then a handful of lettuce. I asked for the dressing to be tossed and on the side and the guy tosses with no dressing and throws it in the bag. I didnt know it was that hard to read and order and make it. Once i got in my car to eat it I realized that half the bowl is filled with quinoa even though i checked it off as a x1 topping. So i basically payed for something I didn’t order. I tried calling to speak with a manager before I walked in and confronted there staff but if you mess up salad then me prooving my point in person would be useless and no one answered the phone, plus the inbox for the voicemail was full, could only imagine the number of complaints. Message to the manager, hire new staff and do your job. Stay away from this Freshii location as well as the Osmows (food poising) in that same plaza. Ended up throwing out the whole salad or i mean a quinoa bowl! $13 in the garbage, literally!

As plenty of other reviews have noted, this location is particularly slow and disorganized. I have very consistently been let down by the slow and unfriendly staff.

The Cobb Salad was great. Fast and friendly service even though it was getting close to closing. Really appreciate it.

Ordered pick up from this location, kale Caesar with falafel, and it made me very sick. I ate at 7: 30 pm last night. It is currently 1: 15 am and I am burning up with fever, throwing up, and have severe stomach cramps. I will not be returning to this location and I will probably avoid this chain at al costs.

Terrible service. Rude staff. Very slow. I had to complain for the 3rd time as my food was 25 minutes late again. When I complained to the manager of the store I was told "We are busy sir, if you don't like it don't come back"

Delicious and healthy! The manager / owner was helping her staff make bowls, wraps. Good teamwork!
