I always prefer this location over the others in Burlington. Their food always tastes amazing and their portions are generous.

The customer service here is the worst. I've honestly never seen snobbier, more entitled people.

The benefit was astounding at this Freshii! They made beyond any doubt I our arrange was arranged to flawlessness and they appeared that they cared around our all around encounter. They indeed brought our feast to our table!

Staff is a very polite and it's food is too good. I tried bowl and burrito and it's awesome i love it.

I came here for lunch it's atmosphere is very good and costumer sevice are also good and I also thnks indeerveer she is very helpful

Terrible food made me sick went up to complain and ask for a refund and the manager called security absolute nightmare and employees are very rude must be retained in customer support

Ordered a steak bowl, steak was cold and looked like dog food, and grey coloured. Had 2/3 bites and was really disappointed. I went right back w my food and said I really did not like it, and dissatisfied and asked if I could please just get something else or my money back. He said there was nothing he could do and if I wanted something else I’d have to pay for it. Also to mention I said I didn’t like the sauce either and his response to me was “well I haven’t had any other complaints today”. Would give zero stars if I could:)

Worst customer service experience. The guy called Aditya at the cash counter was not only rude but extremely unprofessional. I was told by the security itself that they have received many complaints because people are not happy with the quality of the food they serve there and also the staff is highly rude and specially Aditya, who has some major anger issues, so please be aware and make sure to not go to this particular location of Freshii!

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. They should trained their staff. I agree with the reviews regarding Aditya he is giving worst customer service he doesn’t even know how to talk to customer he is very unprofessional and mannerless am surprised how he became manager at freshii. They used to have best quality food and better customer service but now day by day their quality of food and customer service both getting really low.

I got Oaxaca bowl there was too much dressing. I wasted my $15. Not recommended at all. Freshii is my everyday place but at this location I always got bad food this was my second time and feel bad now why I came to this location. I don’t know how this place is running they are ruining the brand.

I hope this location is not a representation of the franchise. I won’t return here. The woman at the counter was not friendly, spoke over me and had zero manners. I ordered a wrap and was given a salad? The smoothie was gross, I dumped it. 22$ I won’t get back. Definitely won’t return.

Brutal customer service even if you ask for extra sauce need to pay extra for that, hide from customer what they gonna add in your bowl even if its mention in deal on Thursday they overcharge.

My wife purchased chicken wrap and the chicken smells bad so she took it back for refund and when she got her statement the refund wasn’t there and when I checked the receipt it wasn’t completed, I called the store someone by the name of Eddy says he’s the store manager and he was very rude and he was arguing with me and he said (Our policy is no refund) so if you have problems with quality of the food it’s your loss, I will not support this establishment anymore and I will tell everyone about it their (dollar store Policy) and the quality of their food and their poor customer service.

I love this place the girls that work their are always so sweet and quick. Kiran is always nice enough to Remeber my order and help me out. 10/10 recommend this place:)

My family and I have been coming here recently and we are really happy with the service and food. Staff are great and very knowledgable. Food is fresh, healthy and delicious.

Go to this location multiple times a week the service is always fast and polite, the app functions well, and the bowls / salads are always good.

Very expensive for a simple cobb salad wrap. Came to just under 15$. They charged me 50 cents extra for a squirt of sriracha. I've never heard of that.kind of embarrassing.

The best part is that they didn't end up putting the sriracha on it.lettuce was going that weird purple colour on the edges, so it clearly wasn't fresh. The mixed greens were wilted and the bacon tasted just above raw. It was a mouthful of very cold ingredients. Not a good experience. I'm just glad I got a quick refund. Won't be returning. Not just because of this experience, but I really don't think the food warrants the price.at all.

I work in the mall and I have to warn whoever reads these reviews STAY AWAY FROM FRESHII. Everyone who works in the mall knows not to eat here. The ingredients are always wilted and/ or frozen from sitting so long. It is always ice cold and tastes soggy. The prices are ridiculous, service is slow.the list goes on and on. Don't eat here. I did twice, and regret it. The second time was so bad I will never return. Don't do it!

I'd give no stars if that was an option. Rude, stingy, and not fresh at all. Head office should pay closer attention because the woman who runs this place is ruining the brand.

Skimped on a lot of veggies for my bowl and barely got any tofu even after I paid to have extra. For the price you’re expected to pay for their food this location isn’t worth it. My smoothie tasted off and the cup wasn’t even full. What a rip off. I like the franchise but this location is terrible

Frozen broccoli, terrible quality of noodles and veggies. My girlfriends bowl was pretty much inedible. A wet and soggy mess with terrible portions. All these fake reviews with 5 stars from the manager's friends is just silly as well.a bit obvious (at least have more than 1 review besides this place)

Seriously ordered tacos said no tomato on it and they made a huge deal about it. It's an allergy deal with your customers better.

Great customer service, and great staff. They are always helpful to explain the menu and also FAST service. My sons and I are always eating at this location 3-4 times a week.

Yummy food and great service. Bought two custom bowls from here today the food was fresh and tasty loved it! They were closing in like 4 minutes but the Indian girl named 'Kiran' was so nice and polite. I loved the customer service surely gonna recommend to my friends and family and will back too. Apart from this, smoothie was also really great.my experience was awesome.

This location is my number one go to every time I go to Burlington centre. Staff are so amazingly educated about the menu. They are always wearing masks, and washing hands. My family and I are eating at this place 2-3 times a week. The food is amazing, staff very pleasant and welcoming, and of course the food. They are always going out of their way to make make sure we are happy with our order. I highly recommend this Freshii location.

I’m done with this location. This is the second time in two weeks that I have gone here and am disappointed. The first time the girls were basically rude had zero personality no hello, thank you etc. I was the only one who did all of that. Didn’t fill my requests of no cilantro and sauce on side. I said ok maybe they are new let it go. This is now my second time today I am missing standard ingredients from my bowl. No tomatoes, no cheese, then they gave me one tiny piece of avocado. So I basically paid for a bowl of brown rice with black beans, corn and sauce plus some of the rice is burnt. I’ve never had this experience at any other Freshii. This location needs a complete retraining of all of its staff on CS and how to make the menu items Don’t go here if you want Freshii head to another location.

If you are looking for healthy fresh food, and delicious this is the location to go to. I ordered a custom wrap, and it was amazing. The girls are always so nice, and very polite. I am on Keto diet, and the girls helped with the options that I had. They also introduced my husband and I to the Freshii app. We were thrilled that we can order our food directly through the app and pick it up. Love this place, we highly recommend it.

Great food, great employees. Food looks fresh and nice portions. This is the location that I always go to for the great food, and also the employees that know their menu really well. I hight recommend this Freshii location for everyone. I also would like to say this location is by far the cleanings location of all the Freshii locations in the Halton area I have been to. Staff take extra care, and always very pleasant to deal with. They welcome you with a smile. Very knowledgable about the menu, and make sure the orders are made correctly.

Not recommended. Very poor value for money. Vegetables NOT fresh, sauces mashed up, not very tasty. Kale salads wilty. Mango squishy lumps. All veg seem poor quality. Ordered 3 different salads for my parents and myself and was so disappointed. NEVER going to, or ordering from Freshii at Burlington Mall again.

I came here with my husband and love the location. I always get Oaxaca but this time I get teriyaki twist. They give me satisfied service. Love the way they treat us. Love the food because it was fresh.

I always love freshii️ this location is the best ️ staff is amazing, food is amazing, they give you the perfect quantity of the food and fresh food. I will highly recommend my friends to try this location. Will come again for sure.

I really wish I could give it more because I love Freshii but this location is so so so so so slow, like SO slow and I always have to double check if they put the right toppings on which sucks because they’ve missed stuff multiple times. I will say though that the last bowl I ate tasted great and my boyfriends did too so that’s why 2 stars!
